It's my first time in that coffee store. The ambient is cute and minimal, based and inspirate in planets and starts. I drank honey and cinnamon latte, one of the best in my life, and the lady was a real barista, and she made rosettas latte art. The music was perfect. If you are looking for good coffee in Elgin, that is the place. Parking lot free front the Fox River and walk to the dream hall.

In my office building today (Continental Towers) Viator Coffee had a coffee bar! The two guys working were incredibly nice and so friendly. The coffee cart was so cute. This was one of the most delicious coffees I’ve ever had - I tried the salted caramel latte with almond milk. The barista made the best latte art I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend them!

Amazing coffee! We had a wonderful experience, the staff was great, and the drinks were delicious. Being our first time here the staff was very friendly and they had great suggestions. We decided to get a Mexican Mocha and Honey cinnamon latte, we were not disappointed. I'm not from the area so it was a great find, I will definitely be back when I'm back in town.

Austin was amazing to work with for our brunch wedding on 10/17/21! Since we were going to serve brunch, we also wanted to cater coffee during our cocktail hour. The vendor we originally chose cancelled on us two months before our wedding, and after reaching out to the vendors they suggested, we booked Viator Coffee Co. They were able to honor our original cost and let us come in for a tasting. This was some of the best coffee we have ever had! We went with two signature drinks that fit our fall theme, and were able to get a personalized stamp to use on our coffee sleeves. Our experience was incredible, and over two months later, our guests are still talking about the delicious coffee we served at our wedding! Austin is the best, and we now have a new favorite coffee shop to visit.

Coffee is amazing, desserts are good and Tim and the other girl where very kind. Would definitely recommend!

This is an incredible coffee shop right in the heart of Elgin. It is a part of the Dream Hall collective but seems to be the most profitable and accessed part. Most of the baristas are Judson students or alumni and they are all ver kind. Especially Riley! Enjoy some of their seasonal beverages.

Viator is one of our favorite discoveries of Elgin. I always get the Mexican Mocha probably once a week. The market where it is also has great food options we have gotten breakfast right across from it. Coffee art is on point super vibrant flowers. Make sure to check out Viator!

Had the pleasure of checking this place out while waiting for our order from Breakfast Urbano. They share the space with a few other restaurants in this location. They have a great spacious sitting areas and service incredible coffee and lattes. The staff is kind and thoughtful! We've been dreaming about their honey cinnamon latte and Mexican Mocha! Can't wait to head back there!

Blown away by the dreamsicle expresó tonic! Staff super knowledgeable and friendly The vibe of the cafe is so chill and seems like a gathering spot for the community Love it! Definitely my new favorite spot to come and work! :)

We used Viator Coffee for an espresso station at our baby shower in November 2022. What a huge hit! Everybody loved the signature lattes. We did a lavender white mocha and a honey and cinnamon latte. Staff was friendly and quick. Highly recommend for any event.

The espresso was incredible and I was blown away by how good the food was! The Southern Hemisphere and Strawberry Scone were absolutely delicious. The service was amazing which really enhanced the experience. Everyone was so friendly and so passionate. I feel like I struck gold happening upon this place and can’t wait to come back! It’s definitely worth the special trip!

Austin and Tim are the best! Very personable, chill, and kind and excellent service. Tim has such a joyful smile that brightened my day and Austin had remembered my name after one time of ordering. The coffee is off the chain, very good espresso roast, my favorite order was the Cortado and a raw almond joy bar. not easy to find raw treats. Love the environment, filled with plants and homey furnishings. Great place to write. Viator was my coffee home away from home, Highly recommend!

Best coffee I’ve had in the area (and beyond) - incredibly friendly and inviting staff (Tim is great!!). These baristas know what they’re doing. The space it’s in, “Dream It”, is a nice open spot with plenty of seating and outlets to get work done. I spent all day here. I recommend: lavender latte & the forager latte. I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area.

Absolute delight of a coffee shop! Seems small but MAN it’s some of the absolute best coffee I’ve ever had. The baristas are very friendly and helpful, always happy to give recommendations or tell us about something on the menu. They also do some beautiful designs on the coffee. all kinds of great flavors to add to your coffee as well. Definitely deserves a stop by if you’re in town!

We loved Viator coffee cart coming into our space for our member event! The owner was very professional and friendly and made sure everyone's drinks were brewed to perfection! This isn't the first time we've had them come into the space and definitely will not be the last! I recommend this place to anyone hosting all types of events. We love their coffee & the set-up is picture perfect!!! Thank you again!

A pleasant coffee shop. I got the lemon bar and espresso. Espresso is good but the lemon bar is top notch. I would put the lemon bar in my top 3 all time best lemon bars that I've had at coffee shops. It was sweet, chewy, a little crunch, etc. Spent just under $8 altogether. Service is good and appropriately acknowledged their mess up on my order.
