The staff was wonderful. Made me feel comfortable. Wish Dr. Bohnenkamp was my primary care doctor. Good natured, clear and concise. Felt he knew his specialty. Didn't wait long to see him. Other doctors could take lessons from him. Would recommend him and his staff 100%.

Things that I’ve had throughout my amputation. I’ve been disappointing until I had doctor at the hospital and it Illinois bone did a great job. I would recommend it to anyone who would need that type of work. Keep up the great job thank you again. I couldn’t ask for anything better. Thank you.

Everything was timely. Only weaited 1 minute after checking in, took X-Rays, then exam room and Dr. Daniels came in. Gave me the news of bone on bone and plan for future. Very pleasant and professional.

A very pleasant and personable doctor. He reviewed the x-rays with me and provided recommended procedures that we both agreed to. Strongly recommend Dr. Daniels for any knee related issues.

If you care about your health run away from this place. I had a broken foot that needed surgery. Needless to say 5 weeks later they still wouldnt get me in for surgery! All they cared about was piling up visits to charge your insurance. I wont even start with the incompetent staff, especially surgery scheduling they are careless rude and need investigated by whoever owns this chop shop. I will never be back and continue to inform others how awful this place is. Since this happened i have heard other horror stories and wow.. wish I knew before I ever walked through their doors.

Dr was very clear and concise. He offered necessary information and gave me options for future treatment. Allowed me to make my own decisions. He was also very kind and human. Helped make a bad situation work out well

Dr Faubel is one of the nicest doctors I've seen. Very caring and completely explained all my options for taking care of my neck issues. I've only seen him once and we are just starting my journey to become pain free but so far I really respect him and all his staff. Highly recommend!

Visited the Elgin office today for the first time. Everyone we encountered was so nice, thoughtful and upbeat. We had read great reviews and decided to meet Dr. Palmer as we still had unanswered questions re: a possible hip replacement. Not only did he answer our questions, he put all of our concerns to rest. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and addressed our concerns with kindness. He offered deeper insight into the entire procedure and what we’d expect each step of the way. We have scheduled our procedure and I am looking forward to taking back my active lifestyle very soon! And….the new offices are a beautiful added bonus!

I have been here with my son for his ankle injury and now I needed a hand Dr. Every time I have been the place runs like a well oiled machine. On time, Dr. knows his/her stuff and gets the appt done and next steps planned before you know it. Dr. Schott is great.

I've been seeing Dr Daniel for years now regarding my knee. He is always so kind to explain my exrays and so caring and concerned. Excellent surgeon, amazing friendly staff. Such an organized office.

Dr. Lawton and his staff at Ortho Illinois made me feel so optimistic about my situation with my ACL tear. I’m hopeful to start my PT and depending how it goes and my personal journey. I felt informed at my first appointment with Dr. Daniels, we did an MRI and then referred me to speak with Dr. Lawton. They both evaluated my knee during the appointments. I didn’t feel like either doctor rushed me at all for surgery, I had lots of questions. They took the time to speak with me. Again, due to my personal situation. I’m already scheduled for PT the same day I had my appointment!

Dr.Bohnenkamp was the best! He took all the time I needed to answer all my questions, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Having to get surgery is never fun, but he makes you feel so comfortable about it, and about how much better you will feel after the surgery. Now I want to do it right away!

I had such an awesome experience from the first consultation, through surgery, and every follow-up appointment thus far. I showed up with a fairly significant medial meniscus tear and Dr. Lawton was able to repair it miraculously. He and his assistant Ashley were informative, responsive, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. Six months later, with the amazing work he did and committed PT, I'm at 95% and eternally grateful. Highly recommend!

Went to discuss lower back pain that was affecting my recent knee replacement. Started with Dr Daniels because I trust his opinion as to what to do. He is always willing to listen first and then evaluate and make a recommendation. Great personality—not rushing you to leave. Has a great support staff too. Highly recommend.

Dr. Daniels is excellent. I have knee issues and Dr. Daniels reviewed with me an X-ray, the MRI results, and showed me the damage. He described different ways to attack it and came up with a plan to alleviate the pain and get me back to a more physical lifestyle sooner rather than later. I highly recommend Dr. Daniels to all needing orthopedic care.

Overall mood is satisfied. I paid out of pocket and they were humble. I received my results from the doctor over the phone who also told me he had two specialists assess the MRI. He was compassionate and informative. Will reccomend.

Dr. Faubel is kind and approachable. He made me feel very comfortable during a steroid injection by explaining each step and giving immediate feedback (e.g. "a pinch for numbing", "great job holding still", "now the medicine", etc.) He seems rushed during office visits and didn't ask me very many questions. I didn't really get to tell my story, which I believe is critical to understanding me, my condition, and building a proper treatment plan. That is why I give 4, not 5 stars. Otherwise the facility is clean, the office staff are efficient and kind, the nursing staff are so compassionate and knowledgeable. I do recommend this place, but strongly suggest you prepare your questions in advance and don't let him leave till you feel "heard".

So far....(1st appt)I'm impressed with all aspects of this visit. Wait time (5 min) DR. FAUBEL - FANTASTIC. Gentle, caring, listened, and has a sense of humor!! That's correct....the doctor was easy to talk to (not an In-n-Out visitor). Site also has the ability to do testing on site, same day! Thanks staff, for a comfortable appointment.

Did a complete knee replacement on my wife.....INCREDIBLE results, after a couple of days, no pain, no meds and walking with just a cane. 2 weeks later she's exercising on her own. Couldn't ask for a better Doctor to do this procedure. And an amazing person and staff.

The lady at registration, the x-ray tech, the nurse that did my check in, the receptionist that scheduled my next appointment, and Dr. Schott were all great! It was a very nice first impression for my first time at ortho Illinois. My only complaint is that they are long overdue for dropping the mask requirement. Masks are not required at any other doctors office that I go to!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Izquierdo, though he had done rotator cuff repair on my wife about 7 years ago, which was successful. My appointment today was easy to schedule. Everything at the office worked like a well oiled machine. When I met Dr E, he was careful and thorough in reviewing my history and examining my problem. He developed a treatment plan and time line. Looking forward to good results.

Doctor was running 'late' (probably 25-30 minutes) and apologized profusely about his tardiness. I think this is the 3rd time in my 67 years that a health care provider has apologized for a delay in my appointment time. Regardless of this detail he was pleasant, professional, encouraging and included me in future treatment options. I recommend him unconditionally!

Hands down the best orthopedic/doctors office I’ve ever been to. Organized, quick, efficient. Was able to consult with doctor, get x rays, review X-rays with doctor and come back later that day for MRI. Follow up for MRI is already scheduled a couple days later.

The experience at OrthoIllinois was unbelievably good. We didn’t have to wait 10 or 20 minutes past our appointment time- we were brought in 10 minutes EARLY. The person who escorted us to the exam room also took vitals and info on the injury. We were taken to have an x-ray, done in under 5 minutes. Then the nurse said the doctor would be right in, and something like 20 seconds later, in walked the doctor. He did an exam, and determined we needed an MRI. There was another nurse or a PA who was in the room and before I could ask was told the earliest appointment would be on Sunday morning - yes, they are open over the weekend. Then she scheduled the follow up as well. We were fitted for a brace in less than 2 minutes and shown how to put the brace on, when to wear it, and when not to. We were out in 40 minutes. Every person we encountered was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Best experience I’ve had a health care facility in years.
