For the money, it's an excellent location to stay. This hotel is among the best in Fremantle, so I'd highly suggest staying there. And a fantastic hotel with spacious accommodations and outstanding customer service.

Superb service, gorgeous hotel in the heart of historical Fremantle. My partner booked this for my birthday and we arrived with bottle of champagne and upgraded our room with spa. The hotel is very clean and organised. The swimming pool area is so inviting and homely even so small. Staff is also really helpful. From the moment we arrived and checked in, and we ordered room service, we are greeted kindly and professionally. We shall return again.

Stayed at the Esplanade Hote I was very much disappointed. Firstly the room rate was outrageous for the room we were given. Upon check in, the queue was out the door, I know check in times are at 2pm, but there should be a line for already paid bookings and not paid, this would have made the process so much quicker. Plus the gentleman they had on reception was doing one check in to lady next to him three, so I think he's needs a lot more training. Finally checked in, and headed for the pool to find it was not supervised by staff, hence children doing very dangerous dive bombs, men thinking they can take bottles of beers and glasses of spirits into the pool, where it clearly states on pool rules not to bring glass into the pool. Hence a terrible accident was lucky avoided by a hand juggled of the bottle. Also the pool bar was not open, so everyone had to go to the foyer bar to purchase and carry their drinks back to the pool. A staff member should always be on supervision duty, to enforce the rules, as parents were not supervising their kids, as they were busy walking the distance to the bar to get their drinks. The only saving grace of my overnight stay was the bar staff, they were quick, helpful and friendly with great food and drink.. Oh and finally, I rang in advance to find out about the parking situation, and was told to park in adjacent car park in Collie St for $22, so I did. Only to find out on placing car park ticket in machine, that is $44 to stay overnight. Surely the staff know when you stay at the hotel, it is for overnight. This led to another expense onto a very outrageous stay.

A beautiful building in a great location. The price reflects what you get, it's a good hotel that could be exceptional with a bit more money thrown at it. The front desk staff were lovely, the bar staff were a bit average. Buffet breakfast is expensive for what it is, it's absolutely fine but nothing noteworthy. Couldn't quite work out the deal with The Harbour Master bistro, it didn't look like it was open during our stay. The bar food was hit and miss. The rooms were good, with new carpet and furniture but they are just missing the final touch. The hallways are cold and bland, just needs someone to come through the hotel and finish it off and raise it up a notch. Overall the hotel is good

This was one place I loved to stay, but I am afraid it is very tired, the buffet breakfast was awful, checking in a nightmare, service none............very disappointed. My son was given a night there for a birthday present, he was also very disappointed. My neighbours have just returned after a 3 night stay and are also highly disappointed. What a shame as we all love Fremantle and the location is divine, but that is where it now stops.

Good location and very clean and comfortable. I have rated it 3 star due to the incredibly unwelcoming attitude of the reception staff. Barely two words were uttered during the check in and check out process ... hey ladies - you are in tourism and hospitality and a little conversation wouldn't hurt visitors to your region

Like others the 'superior room' was pretty ordinary and had to wait 1 1/2 hours until 'quality control' had checked the room! The internal facing balcony is tiny and gets the full sun (never seen anyone use them). Room looks clean but the hotel is a bit dated. Milk not provided for coffee. Not good value. Oh and parking is an additional $30 a night. So much for our hopes of having a room with a view. Saw your response, I'm sitting outside atm. Looking forward to your rectification.

I had a conference at this hotel, which is overall very nice, and I am very pleased with the service. I would love to give it a 5-star rating. However, for now, I'm giving it one star because it's very hard to contact the hotel after the event has finished. I returned to the hotel a day after the event to inquire about a lost item that my friend left in his room. The hotel staff informed me that there was no record of it and asked me to call again by phone. I offered to leave my phone number, but the staff declined and said to just call. I tried calling multiple times, but I always got a robotic response. I would like to highlight that it's very challenging to reach the hotel staff, and there's a poor understanding of how to assist customers who have made an effort to return to the hotel. This level of hospitality is not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Not an ideal hotel when looking for a clean and hygienic place to stay. Could see dirt along the corridor, the hotel room carpet stink. Breakfast was OK. Walking distance to the Fremantle market, Front desk staff should communicate with more accurate information about the time taken from the hotel to the place of interest, we almost missed our boat to Rottnest Island! This hotel imposes a surcharge for credit card transactions which I was not informed in advance.

Overall it is a great place just a few minor disappointments like the bed I had was to soft and the shower is a bit dangerous to high to step in and out of. The breakfast buffet is the highlight it's got some amazing food. This time it was nice quite and relaxing. It would be good if they had a movie channel. The view was great over the swimming pool.

Staff at reception were very friendly. Location was good and close to everything. The bed was comfy. We had breakfast there in the morning, I believe it was $32 per person. As I am gluten intolerant, there wasn't an area for gluten free food. I did ask the wait staff for some Toast as they had to cook it out back. Had to ask her twice to get it for me as she didn't appear interested to get it and like i was a bother to her. So by the time I received it approx 20 mins later and it was like crunchy bread. I had finished my fruit and was full so i found it to be Poor service for breakfast.

Murder mystery night was amazing, the staff were all fantastic. Unfortunately the vegan dish we were served for our main meal was boring, bland and we had to watch those who had the chicken enjoy roast carrot, parsnip, greens and mashed potatoes...they could have done so much better! Wine however was free flowing and almost made up for it!

Great hotel, clean and fresh rooms, excellent and friendly staff, two pools, fantastic buffet breakfast with great variety of food. Wifi and casting to screen worked great. Really good location, even though our room was adjacent to Essex Street there was very little noise. Good blackout curtains. Seemed to cater well for variety of users. My only concern is the security around the pool, on occasion doors from the main buffet area directly to the pool were propped open, probably by guests, and one gate between the pools did not self close. If you have a quick wandering toddler who cannot swim this could end catastrophically.

Probably the worst night I've ever had at a hotel. We selected early check in which was subject to availability of course. Called at 8am and was told they would call as soon as someone had checked out. No call. Went in at 1230pm and they had a room ready waiting for the manager to inspect it was clean. Was told sit tight for 5 minutes as she was heading right there. Half an hour later managed to get our room. We didn't bring food as we knew we would be out late and wanted to treat ourselves to the overnight room service. When we got back to our room it took over an hour for room service to answer, was told only the chicken tenderloin salad was available, ordered two, took almost an hour to arrive and was a cold 3 ingredient salad with a few cold slivers of chicken. It was absolutely freezing as the air conditioner was not heating even when it was left on 30° for several hours. Made for an awful stay and I definitely won't stay again.

Couple of little staffing issues nothing to dramatic and really no one hiring is immune at the moment and we'll be back. The breakfast was as good as you can get from room service perspective, lots of it and piping hot.

Lovely quiet atmosphere. They should check the serviettes and knives n forks box to make sure they're good to cater for us. Other than that, was lovely

The hotel interior looks more worn out than the photos on the website. The room we had was right next to the car park which is very noisy so we can't really open the balcony door or sit outside. We stayed 2 nights, when we came back from the day out, the room was serviced but the rubbish was left on the counter and the bathroom didn't get clean. Good location but that was it.

Location is great , Every thing else was nothing short of a disappointment. Disliked · In particular the bar staff in the main bar in the Hotel were extremely rude, Got clearly agitated when you interrupted their on going chats with other staff despite our standing quietly at the bar for several minutes waiting for service. The bar staff had no hesitation in letting know you were interrupting them . Worst hospitality bar service experienced any where in the world. When asked for dining options a menu was slapped loudly on the bar and told its all in there see for your self , the barman then turned and walked away. Our first room a spa room which is what was booked was cold, dark and smelled of mildew . Room was changed and we were given a downgraded room for the first night which on appearance's seemed ok , Until end of the night went around the side of the bed and realised the entire floor was soaking wet due to water leaking in from balcony. Too late to do anything. When mentioned to reception next morning was told ' … Hope you got out the other side of the bed with a giggle then disregarded. Second night got what was booked - on the scale of things better than the night before but wont . In summary having stayed at may Rydges hotels. Extremely disappointing and definitely not a 4 star Hotel

My fiance and I stayed here a few days and were very happy with everything. We had looked at other hotels around Fremantle to get ready before our wedding. After speaking with Will from reception we were sold when he showed us one of the Premier Spa Suites. Would highly recommend staying for short or longer stays.

The Esplanade Hotel hosted my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. We had a private room set by the pool. The coordinator Karen is exceptional. She was very attentive, helpful, clear and concise with all the details and a genuinely warm person. The private room had linen table clothes and napkins and set up with glassware and crockery to provide a touch of elegance to the luncheon. The food was beautiful, on time with the service faultless. The perfect venue to celebrate my mother-in-law's birthday. A day of memories we will all hold onto for many years to come. Thank you Karen and all at The Esplanade.

Would’ve loved to give the room a higher rating but my room 352 was so noisy, (boiler, generator, fan?) I found it difficult to sleep. The bathroom is luxurious. A spa! I should’ve used it instead of the shower which didn’t have that much water pressure. Coffee in the room is good. Service was pleasant except for the fact I had to locate and push my own porter trolley! Breakfast was cold despite the food being in warmer trays! Flight was delayed hence only a night’s stay courtesy of Qantas.

The best thing is the location, well situated and great if you're lucky enough to have a room with a view. Rooms were well laid out, but bathrooms need renovating and could do with a painting. Staff were friendly and food was ok.

Excellent location! Very central and perfect for exploring Fremantle, just a short walk to most main attractions and food options. Hotel is family friendly, and the park with ferris wheel just outside the hotel was great for bringing my baby on walks. Unfortunately I didn’t get the chance to try the food and amenities in the hotel. There also isn’t complimentary parking for hotel guests, although there is discounted parking at $30/day at a sheltered carpark across the street. Overall would still love to stay here again when I go to Fremantle!

Stayed at the Esplanade for 2 nights with a group of people, booked a superior room with a king bed, was supplied a queen bed and a/c that did not work. Multiple people in our group had the same a/c issue which lead us to sleeping with our balcony doors open which was proved to be unsafe unfortunately for our friends.

It’s large but very loved. Lots of room in the heart of Freo walk to beach and waterside cafes. Maybe a bit rundown in rooms but very comfortable and quiet for its busy spot. Top choice. Stayed in same room 23 years apart. A fave. Don’t expect personal service as it’s just to big for that but we found everyone trying there best especially front desk, concierge and bar staff . Remember to fill out your coffee slip. 😀

Awesome location. Hotel restaurant has only very limited choices and staff are slow to respond to requests. One staff member grabbed a lemon with his hands and put it into my water... *Not appropriated* Reception missed typed an email, that then kept bouncing back but never bothered to tell me. Only on check out they were "oh, yeah I was meant to tell you" This lack of attention causes a major inconvenience to me, as this email related to the payment. Will probably try another hotel when I'm back in Freo.

Booked a superior room only to find that there was nothing superior about it. The room was ok but I was a bit disappointed that the bath and shower were as one and also had a pull out washing line. For the money I spent and the amount of time I’ve spent in hotels duo to work that there is nothing superior about it, feel really ripped off. I’ve stayed in other hotels that offer so much more for less

Couldn’t book 2 rooms online so I called to make a booking for king suit with spa wanted Friday and Saturday however they booked Thursday and Friday. Didn’t get a confirmation until I saw my email at 12:02 and 12:05 am Friday morning. Called up the day I received the email aswell the same day we were due to arrive, to fix it tho couldn’t get the 2 rooms I originally wanted, we were very disappointed. The second night one of the rooms I had booked had an intruder break in from the balcony while they were sleeping. The hotel staff were great that night (which I would give 5 stars for the Saturday night staff) however we ended up going home something you don’t expect to happen and has made us very uncomfortable to return again. This wouldn't have happened to us if the staff I booked with over the phone put the right dates in.

Really friendly staff, particularly concierge and cloakroom. Great coffee. Top tier location. Only negative is the sheer distance to getting to the rooms - the place is a labyrinth and the walk is long from the lobby.

Booked 3 nights on line from my home in Philadelphia. I anrr in Fremantle after a 5 weeks sailing trip into Cocos. I enjoyed the accommodation and particularly the staff. They addressed my special needs and gave excellent advice for touring Fremantle and booking a great Rottnest tour for me. Lexi was charming and very helpful in the booking but all the staff were great! The location was perfect for tourists like me.

Staying 2 nights at the moment. Friends and I sat in the bar area this afternoon near the entrance. Girls in the bar completely ignored us, until I said excuse me are you serving, the young girl said I've got jobs to do first. I said the customer comes before your job to do list. She didn't like me saying that. Staff really need training in the bar for customer service and personality. So for that you get 1 star. We asked for ice to be sent to room . It was going to cost $5 delivery. So we walked down and got it for free. Last night we rang through for large wine glasses which came promptly, just now we've rung again for large wine glasses as the cleaners took yesterday's. They wanted $5 to deliver to our room this afternoon. No consistency. Not happy

Perfect position for a stay in Fremantle. Buffet breakfast was exceptional, although had to pay extra for a cappuccino. Definitely can recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed. I can suggest parking at their accociated Parking , undercover, across the street for $30 p/n. Other options are not too good. Staff are very helpful with this. Overall, it was a great experience here.

My last visit was very disappointing. on arrival, l discovered the aircon in my room was only blowing out cold air, it was a 13c day outside. l went downstairs to report this to reception. They assured me this would be rectified, much later at 10pm a knock on my hotel room door to offer me a heater for my room, by this time l had gone to bed to keep warm and had fallen asleep. The next morning, l asked for another room with heating, l was put into a room facing the wall, and the room itself was disgusting, l actually took photos of the room to show my husband, we have stayed many times in the Esplanade in the past but now use the Quest hotel in Fremantle. 2/10 Poor.

Stayed on our wedding night. Worst decision of the wedding process. The checkin process was awful. My partner sat around for hours waiting for his room on the friday . He couldn't check into our room for satutday because his name wasn't on it, even though he was trying to pay. They made me email them to confirm. I emailed them stating it was our wedding the Saturday and we didn't want any hassles as would be getting in at 12 at night. I said my bags would be dropped off as I was getting ready elsewhere and wanted them put in the room. Room was average when I got there. Although told by multiple guests at my wedding that were staying there they had multiple issues checking in and rooms were dirty. When we got to room Saturday night, My bags were not there. Rang reception to find them, told they don't know but will look. Waited a while and then went down to the lobby in my wedding dress to find out. Finally found it. Had my name on. Same name that room was under that they made a big deal to my partner about, not being able to check in all because of the name. Called in the morning to order room service coffee and was told there was a delivery fee. Who charges delivery fee on room service. Got told they would wave it because of the debacle of last night. Cheers for $5. I would not reccomend this place to stay here on any normal night let alone your wedding night. Even after emailing about not wanting issues; I was having to find my own bag in my wedding dress, tired after a big day. Esplanade have no business charging close to $300 a night for an absolutely terrible room and even worse service. It wouldn't let me chgive zero stars so you get 1 for everything. Location is the only reason you get business and a few stars.

Have been here a few times for events and always had a good experience. The staff are attentive and welcoming. It is a good sized space. Food and drinks were good, portions were a little small but perhaps more an issue with the event organiser than the venue

The hotel was good and service was friendly. The room was a little dusty with some missed spots on arrival but a word to the reception had it quickly sorted. The pool was immaculate.

Really good service, especially the lady at the door who went out of her way to assist us. Our room was great and was really clean. Breakfast was scrumptious with a huge selection of breakfast foods. Our main reason for being there was for a wedding reception. The venue room was excellent, well decorated and the food was brilliant. We had a wonderful time and loved by everyone who attended. Well done to everyone at the Esplanade. Would recommend them 10 out of 10 to anyone.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good food. Walls in conference rooms are not soundproof enough. Both the conference and first aid course were disturbed by each other. More thought should have been put into placement.

Stayed here years ago so tried it again for convenience. Had two days of meetings in the hotel. The room was clean, seemed like new carpets but very old room. Step into the tub to have a shower old. It is getting a fourth star because I could prop open the door to a balcony and get some fresh air, otherwise it just an average hotel.

The actual hotel is lovely. Staff are very friendly. The beds are so comfortable you may not want to leave them! And the breakfast buffet is second to none! Check the parking in their Essex St car park though. I got charged twice for 2 night parking and have yet to have it sorted 😞. Not a great end to the weekend.

Delightful room overlooking the pool area. Enjoyed a champagne whilst sitting on the balcony, at night. The buffet breakfast included plenty of choice and was enjoyed with coffee and juices. A lovely way to spend Mothers Day.

Stayed overnight with a buffet breakfast. Room was spacious and clean (although TV was small - but I did read they are upgrading these in April). Nice variety in the breakfast buffet. Used the Essex St carpark for the special $20 parking deal. Happy with my stay

The concierge lady was excellent. The breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent, the bar and bar staff were excellent. The staff are worth ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The room was comfortable. However when we look at the website photos to what is presented its like a different hotel. The hotel needs a well over due make over. Its very sad the owners have let it become this way. I would love to know when the last time the owner checked in on how the hotel is looking. The hotel was booked out every night we were there. So money isnt an issue. I wont stay there again until the owner gives the building what it needs and that is love.

Spacious, modern, clean, and friendly service. We stayed in the Premiere suite and it was worth every dollar. It has a great view, a HUGE balcony and room service was very fast. We will definitely plan another stay. Highly recommended if you're looking for some time out, a bit of decadence, or both.

Wonderful stay! Was passing through and had a few days to just chill, and this was the perfect place. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!!!

Nice hotel with large rooms. Gym is super tiny, room was not very clean, bathrooms with a serious shower leakage issue which meant every shower translated into a flooded floor. Staff still entered our room despite the do not disturb sign.

The hotel location is convenient but for the high price we payed, the room was quite small, there was a bit rust in the bathroom, chips on the walls and parking is not free. Also, when we would call the front desk, there is always no answer or anyone manning the desk. Bit of a shame

Very poor service. Stayed 4 nights and slept on a bed with broken base... ended up pulling mattress onto the floor. Paid for a serviced room which occurs very late in the day - when you've been out all day and just get back to your room to rest.... if you're that busy put more staff on. Sorry won't be recommending till you look after your quests better.

Spent two nights here and loved it. Showing it's age but the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The pools need updating and cleaning more often (not a good look). I loved the buffet breakfast and the adjacent bar was just lovely and had a relaxing feel about it. Loved it. Price of drinks was very reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful. No valet parking. Parking was across the road $20 per day in an undercover carpark, but get in early, otherwise it is parking on the street. Fantastic location. Would definitely return.

The room was comfortable however it was noisy from the internal bar until it closed (Saturday night) and the air conditioning in my room didn’t work meaning it was hot and uncomfortable all night. I reported this upon checkout and was told that he would note it down as there had been issues with some of the air conditioners. Very disappointed.

Wouldn't recommend hiring this space for an event. It was booked out by a club as an event for both 18+ and underage guests, but they didn't serve alcohol, instead left it on tables. When bottles or jugs were empty no one was there to top them up, staff had to be asked to refill bottles, and when asked we were told to check another table. The manager for the event was rude and told us that he had an event downstairs that was more important. Thankfully there was one male staff member who was incredibly helpful on the night

We stayed at The Esplanade on Friday night and we paid $345 for a Superior Pool Room! How disappointing the room was as there was absolutely nothing 'superior' about it. The room is tired, outdated, poorly presented and in need of an overhaul. Definitely not worth $345 for one night! Yes, we had a pool view. Unfortunately the pool is in desperate need of repair and cleaning. It looks dirty, worn and in need of repair. We certainly weren't encouraged to jump in. The cost of room service is exorbitant. 4 cans of beer cost $48 plus a $5 room delivery fee ($13.25 a can !!). The buffet breakfast was limited in variety but tasty enough. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There is no valet parking available even though their website says there is. When you look around the complex you notice how run down it is. Rusting balustrades, plaster missing and dirt piled up on the roof. These are maintenance issues and should be addressed as they detract from the overall presentation of the building. What was once a beautiful iconic building in Fremantle is sadly going down hill.

Great place for the National Labor Women's Conference 2023. Sound and visual amenities were great and few technical issues were had. Break out rooms were great for our requirements, providing visual and audio facilities to help facilitate discussion. Food was good. Vegan options available.

We stayed for 2 nights in this iconic hotel. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The ‘green’ option of not having the room serviced every day is a great idea and a $10 credit to use within the hotel. Lunch at the Marine Lounge bar was excellent. Location perfect for strolling around Fremantle and visiting all the attractions.

We had our wedding celebrated at Esplanade. Karen & her team have been very helpful, they have provided us the best experience for a wedding, no stress and all fun. She understood our requirements from day 1. She made all the suggestions that highlights the beauty of the occasion. We enjoyed our families' presence with no hassles in this hotel. From all the room bookings to the ceremony & reception areas, all were attended well. And I can say that, one best decision me & my husband have come up with is to have our big day celebrated at Esplanade. Food is to our satisfaction. Location wise, all the invited guests were able to enjoy the place with the landmarks & convenience of Fremantle.

Karen the wedding planner is amazing! Esplanade Hotel is one of the venues we're considering to hold our wedding, and the service we got is excellent! Karen is so responsive, informative and passionate about having us to hold the wedding at the venue. Even though we didn't end up having the wedding due to some logistic issues ourselves, we highly recommend you to consider this place if you want a stress free wedding with someone who's on-site, reliable and really care about the client. ☺️

Great hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Terrific breakfast. Rooms clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Ally on the info desk. No problem was too much trouble for her. An absolute treasure. Many thanks to all.

Nice place to have a beer although the lunch menu was limited. We had the Cajun squid and shared a pizza. We never order pizzas when we go out for lunch. That's what dominos is for! However, both dishes were tasty! Service at the bar was slow even tho there weren't many customers waiting. Our afternoon was destroyed when I went to the male restroom and came across a disgusting mess of number 2's. For a 4.5 star hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable. Surely cleaning staff must be on top of this. I will never be back. 🤢

All those little touches that make your stay extra enjoyable from icy poles for the kids, willingness to help with any enquiry/issue you may have. Always friendly and smiling, clean rooms. Special mention to Courtney her hospitality was hands down the best. She is so lovely and gives off such a good vibe! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location and all staff were very friendly. Wonderful balcony view looking right over marine pde. Only downside was the room wasn't exactly clean and it's quite dated and in need of some tlc. Would definitely stay here again for the location alone but the quality of the rooms isn't all that crash hot considering the really high prices for the rooms and car parking.

Breakfast looked very average. I had included in my $350 room that was probably 3 star. Went for a walk around the corner and had great coffee muffin and yogurt pod. So good.

As a Fremantle makeup artist and hairstylist I’m here regularly looking after my clients attending a ball or wedding and other events and I’m always blown away by the impeccable service I receive. The concierge and front desk staff are always professional and their attention to detail is much appreciated. Coming here I always feel like a valued guest myself! I have worked in many of the rooms here and they are always spacious and well appointed. The pool area looks inviting also! The hotel is centrally located to the best that Fremantle offers. I love this hotel and always recommend it to visitors from overseas and interstate. LOVE X

Great sized room, king spa, pool view. One of the more comfy hotel beds however still a little hard. Massive bathroom and spa bath big enough for 2. Lacking in the room was some cleanliness, dirty tea spoons in the coffee area and shower not fully clean, in the door hinges and on the shower hose.

It was wonderful to stay at the Esplanade. Their food wasn't great but there are many more eateries. All was great until on the Thursday night there was a year 10 formal. On the 3rd floor was our room and the formal was downstairs in the ballroom and with the door to the balcony and the TV blaring, we could still hear it and feel. Not happy at all!

Lovely hotel friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast expensive at $32.00 I can't see many people eating enough to make it cost efficient. Many cafe's in the area nicer and cheaper. You're paying for the convenience

Bar staff were incredibly rude, ignored us while we waited to ask where to sit, then acted as if we were bothering her and spoke in such a tone it actually shocked myself and others attending. I had to ask for a menu as none were available and again bar staff rolled their eyes, huffed at us and flung one menu at us for the whole group. I was so taken aback we immediately left and got much better treatment at a pub up the road. I work in hospitality and this was honestly the worst behaviour I’ve seen the lady working was treating us as if we were wasting her time and a bother to be there- not a nice experience. Definitely won’t be back

I cannot convey how rude the staff were to me on my stay. My check in was delayed until 3pm. The room was not ready although a guaranteed 2pm was given. I was told go and sit over there and wait!!!! No apology, just a very rude front of house. The room was very noisy with people running down corridors shouting and screaming at 2am. Don’t expect to sleep. At breakfast I was greeted by a young girl who could barely lift her eyes from her phone. Her entire conversation was …. Room no? Sit where you want ! This hotel could be amazing . The location is superb. Unfortunately a very very poor standard of customer service.
