**NOTE; THIS LOCATION IS NOT 24/7, IT'S 24/5. THEY CLOSE AT 9PM FRI - SUN Lots of equipment, in excellent, well maintained conditioned. This gym is remarkably clean, including the men's locker room. They should be commended for that. It's as pretty spacious training floor as well. Plenty of parking. My only gripe was there were no tall lockers. Those half sized lockers are difficult to fit very much stuff into.

I've been in 3 different locations and Planet Fitness in Bald Hill Warwick is my favorite. Spacious and clean with a lot of equipments. It's definitely the place I go 5 days per week

After having a total knee replacement in August, a friend asked me if I wanted to go Planet Fitness with her as a guest. I did and honestly wasn’t expecting to see a significant change in my operated knee but to my amazement, I was more limber and felt noticeably better in general… after the first visit! Since physical therapy is limited to you becoming “functional” and my personal recovery goal was to be even better than before my diagnosis, going here just made sense. Since then we noticed a substantial increase in workout equipment as well as completely new types fitness equipment. I don’t know if this is in anticipation of the inclement winter weather here in Rhode Island or if it’s just standard practice but it definitely didn’t go unnoticed! This review is for the Planet Fitness location at the RI Mall in Warwick since I have yet to go to any of their other locations. I had the pleasure of speaking to a very personable staff member named Ann Marie, who I found to be very knowledgeable, completely professional and unbelievably patient as she gladly answered the many questions I had about joining. My original intention was to get a Classic membership at 10.00 per month but after speaking with her, I was so impressed that I ultimately signed up for the PF Black Card Membership at 24.99 a month which entitles you to everything PF has to offer, including bringing a guest with you for free! I can downgrade my Black Card membership at any time but I want to take advantage of the personal trainer that’s also included since my goal is strengthening my knee and a 100% recovery. It’s not often that I write long reviews but here, I feel that its necessary…. I honestly can’t recommend them enough and wish I could rate them more than 5 stars!! I like this location better than the previous bald hill location. Less traffic and more convenient location. most of the equipment is similar but some of it is new and generally well kept up with. Much cleaner nowadays. Even has a clean men's locker room which is uncanny of a gym. The early morning staff that is there when I'm there is friendly. Most gym members are either friendly, keep to themselves or provide entertainment. Great gym.

I've been going to this gym for years and I enjoyed it because its on the larger side. But today I am walking out and I hear the kids working at the desk say as I am walking out "who does he think he is, Joe cool?" I'm assuming its because I didn't say goodbye but seriously I am just there to get a workout in and leave. Some people work third-shift and are exhausted enough as it is. So much for a "judgement-free zone" because I feel judged by the employees every time I walk in there. Even when your at the dumbbells you look over and see them snickering and giggling to each other almost every time. It gets to a point where its just super uncomfortable and I am done going to this gym. It also makes no sense to have a group of kids at the front desk doing absolutely nothing. That place could be run with two people max, a trainer and a person at the front desk. You think these places would have friendly and kind staff but its always the same type of people, rude and judgmental.

I want to say that I am always happy to work with Planet Fitness up here. It is such a great people. The managers are awesome love the hours I love helping customers out. I love to engage with them. You guys are the best Planet Fitness I’ve ever ever asked for and the best job I’ve ever gotten hopefully continue to do that and I will try to do my best to help you guys and help the owner out with the best of my ability Again I love working for Planet Fitness

Not super thrilled with business. Machines that don't work, others that are impaired or look broken down. Good staff members leaving the company. I'm reconsidering membership.

Always impressed with the cleanliness and staff at this location. The two young gentleman at the front desk are exceptionally friendly and always cleaning.

I have been a member here on and off and I always come back! The gym is very clean, spacious, and most the equipment is updated! I feel very comfortable coming here everyone just comes to do their own thing. There “no judgement” zone is actually true in my opinion!

Been going here 7 years with no issues. New management recently interrupted me mid-set giving me problems telling me I'm violating "New bag policies". Newer staff whisper at desk talking about customers who are working out. Not a good vibe anymore and they are rude too.

Maybe next time there shouldn't be a manager with a hangover and hickies all over his neck insulting me for smelling a bit like cannabis. Wouldn't want him saying that to the wrong person now would we? 😉
