EVERY staff member we encountered here was nice and helpful! From the lady at the door that checked our bags to the ones that pointed us towards the show and the ones helping people find their seats. It just felt so welcoming. The theater is beautifully charming. They have 2 women’s restrooms which is great so although there were a lot of people there was no wait. It was immaculately clean, including the restrooms and I love their practical hooks on the bathroom doors. Their pretzels were warm and just the right balance between crispy and soft inside. Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful venue. Went for a high school graduation. Several parking options nearby. Several nice restaurants in the area too to make for a nice night out

Lovely, ornate performance space similar to the Providence Veterans Memorial Auditorium, but with a larger capacity by over 1000 seats. Beautiful central chandelier and a charming, old-world, art deco charm to its facade, the venue hosts plenty of popular Broadway shows and musical ensembles.

This place is really amazing. Architecture is very nice and and the aisle captains are so polite and helpful. Mary was one of them. Great place to come. 100 stars if I could ❤️❤️❤️

Never failed to impress me even when I returned many times. The management continues to prepare the theatre from outside to inside to look its best. The ushering staff as well are very efficient and warm, never-ending with charm. The sound quality in orchestra seating is outstanding, and I strongly recommend the theatre. I also love the parking about the theater, and with that, driving to Boston is not required to have your art itch scratched out of state!

I went to see Rupauls Werq The World! And it was absolutely amazing, I was in the orchestra pit second row from the stage, and it was a show worth every moment. The chairs are comfortable, and the room is absolutely stunning. This is a great place to catch any type of show.

The venue is very beautiful, well kept and the staff is amazing 🤩 There's plenty paid parking options in surrounding areas and the only reason I don't rate it 5 stars is due to the poor acoustics that devalued the artist's sound quality.

Really enjoyed seeing Moulin Rouge at this lovely theater smack dab in downtown providence! There's a ton of parking lots and garages nearby. Lots of bathrooms inside (but- as with most theaters- lines are still long at intermission). Great time!

Fantastic venue - not a bad seat in the house. Well managed, strong drinks, ample parking nearby & plenty of restaurants. Police presence is felt but not overwhelming

We went to see Van Morrison and I had never been to the PPA, absolutely gorgeous. However, the show was shadowed by the couple in front of us, and the smell of weed in the air ... 🤢 One was recording the whole show, so it was a glaring light in your eyes the whole performance, and the wife, who was so intoxicated made the whole experience just awful. Dancing, screaming, and making out with her husband. When my friend who's 74 asked them to chill a bit was faced with f-bombs. Luckily there were a few people keeping a close eye on the whole situation. But, in any case, an expensive and stressful experience at PPA. We sat in F118 and F120, and led out the back to avoid an angry drinking confrontation. I actually text a friend because I didn't know what to do considering I know an angry drunks. I didn't even enjoy the show, honestly can't remember much of it, just too stressed and stressed by the whole situation.

It's always a pleasure to play here! The audiences are great and the backstage staff and crew are amongst the best in the business! Thanks again!
