After a ordeal with mk angling Direct and even worst experience dealing with customer service I finally contacted an angling Direct store with some quality service the whole of angling Direct should learn customer service from this gent I only got his name as oliver who answer the phone to me today resolve My issue and dealt wit my situation promptly and professionally which mk branch nor 4 customer service employees was able to do go oliver saved me 1 day before my fishing trip

Got most of what I wanted but choice was limited on some lines , so I can understand why people shop on line. But I was passing and popped in as I do prefer a browse. Staff were apologetic and helpful.

Shop needs a good hoover and tidy up.Very dark in place's.5 staff chatting together,yet no interaction with customers.Wanted to buy a brolley,told they had none but wasn't offered any alternatives,so will spend my £150 elsewhere.Needed 10 items could only get 6.Then given a paperbag,which I didnt need,or ask for and was charged 10p for it !! Staff serving need to be more friendlier and polite.

Lovely big place, packed full of everything you need for fishing. Bought a few things from here over the years and also online. Everyone is very helpful and they are always running different offers, so worth signing up to the email newsletter.

Excellent store, always helpful staff. The Best Customer Service ever, went in today with a problem bit of tackle, 5 mins later .. What problem ! Sorted. Highly Recommend this store and staff.
