My husband and I have been to this lounge 14 times and it’s honestly one of our favorite comfort places. We know every time we come that the shisha, food, and drinks will be good. Often times even though there is an endless amount of shisha lounges to choose from, we come back here. The food portions are great (love the burgers and panini). Drinks are on point (mango lassi and mint tea are our favorite). The staff is always kind and attentive. Can’t recommend enough

The shisha here is very good, they don’t use the cheap coals and flavours, clean and well maintained. Very cosy especially when sitting in the booths, can be very busy but creates a nice atmosphere. They have good staff working here and very friendly, prices are ok some may say its overpriced. It’s also cash only but a free cashpoint in shop front so its not that bad and saves you the hassle of running out to look for a cashpoint.I would definitely recommend this place a visit and will be back again soon! 👍🏽

Great atmosphere a bit pricey for the area. Got busy on new year's Eve.

The scenery is quite nice. Theres heating which is good. Had some mint tea and that was decent. The only let down was the shisha. We bought 2x double apples and paid extra for chimney addons (apparently meant to be better for burning the charcoal). I kept getting sore hits. Burning my throat. we told the guys that this is what was happening. and that changed the charcoal. And I was good for a few mins. I had a better experience smoking this at my friends house

Very chill place, beautiful interior with relaxing lights which gives warmth. The shisha and tea are excellent! The owner and the staff are very friendly. My respect for the music, they play music ranging from French, Dutch, German, Turkish, Spanish and British

This is the best shisha place in london for sure. If you want to enjoy your time with Friends. I most say go to Fushion and have your quality time enjoy your night. The shisha is wonderful and The staff is very friendly their food is very delicious. I enjoy my times whenever I go Fushion. #AJ

We were four and from which 2 of us smoke sheesha and we were ordering food costing more than £50 but the staff said there should be 2 sheesha for 4 people doesn’t matter if they smoke or not and it you want one sheesha then have to pay £10 for the table. I mean seriously? They were forcing us to pay £10 extra just for table or buy 2 sheesha. Thats insane… never gonna come back or recommend to anyone. Its not about money, its about forcing someone to pay extra for nothing 👎🏻

Love this place . Tea was really good . Inside is really nice and big a space for big group.

The owner is rude and obnoxious. He was very aggressive towards us and even become physical towards us. He even locked the front door and did not let us leave until we paid despite our intention was to always pay. I cannot grasp a situation where a manager of a business becomes physical towards staff. I even told him look at the cameras to which he refused. they also give half shisha in the pots and the owner did not like that we saw this and become aggressive and physical towards us. Also, they give half shisha flavour.

Great shisha flavour. Recommend try pan with raspberry flavour. Shisha lounge is inside the tent well equipped with heaters and seats. Friendly staff service. Good value for money. Must visit

Nice place! Went here, after looking at Google reviews .. Shisha was very good.. Service was equally good .. very humble & nice people .. god bless them .. only shortcoming: good menu needs improvement .. not much of choice & for vegetarians, nothing much there ..

Excellent customer service. Been taken care off as soon as I stepped into the building. Drinks, food, shisha was on point! The decor and ambience was very chilled and it's a really nice spacious place to sit with large groups of people. Enjoyed every minute at fusion lounge. Would definitely come back and recommend to others !!

Lovely shisha even made for my liking not too strong and the fries are unheard of don’t know how they make it but it’s amazing
