I don’t believe they do any kind of maintenance as quite a bit of the machines were broken. Still, they have rides for small children, a variety of games for kids and some for adults. My nieces had fun. A little overpriced so we only schedule it on a “treat yourself” weekend. My nieces had a blast. I do miss the tokens and really don’t like the cards but that is personal preference. I definitely enjoyed the slots which gives a stupid amount of tickets for knocking tokens in. 🤣 All in all, I think it was money well spent. The guys behind the counter were super friendly considering they had to refill 3 of my machines with tickets. Lol. They also are so patient with the toy choosing process. While we waited I had my nieces choose what they wanted to make it go faster but once they had what they wanted, they had a harder time choosing other things. The guys didn’t make me or them feel like an inconvenience. It’s a bit of a drive so idk if I’d take them back but if we’re in the area, we’d stop in for more tickets. Lol.

It's not like the early 2000s where Capcom VS Marvel and Daytona USA was crazy when I was a teen and all of us would watch crazy battles back then. Wish FunFactory could bring that back. To bad it probably won't happen since we have online gaming. But to watch people in person battle it out was the best and it kept the kids out of trouble and a place to hang out after school.

Kids always have a great time playing the different games. I’m a big kid myself when I’m there with the kids or by myself having fun. Whenever we’ve gone to play, it’s always clean and the staff are nice and helpful.

You guys are horrible you sent a moron to ingress complaints .on he didn't congratulate me with credits for game card like he should .he was very disrespectful and was disappointing how handled it .worst thing was the feedback he had could you believe he told me i should look for help in welfare.he had no sympathy fir losses neither for hardships .if yoir gonna earn a chance fir employment do it right or find someone who does .they claim your a renaissance at rate you demand a trade for complaints .so why only fill our rights with a business card .it's trillions of dollars page even more cause the oeginal feedback and story arch for support .why charge people so much expectations when we real people can't manufacture it on daily basis anyway .so why is it a accomodity over what can't be produced by our own time .

The staff is far from friendly or helpful. Not just a one time occurrence haven't had a good experience with employees there are over several times throughout the past year. There isn't a ton of games but it is just a small located in a mall. Avoid employees as much as possible and should be able to have fun. A few things have been broken for a while now. A few games where you can win tickets to get prizes,some kiddie rides and different video games. A decent place to kill time with the kids on Windward side.
