I love diving with Zoe and Mike! Every dive I’ve been on has been relaxed and stress free. Professional and also very friendly and laid back! Diving shouldn’t ever be stressful and it never is with NSDS. Great people to get to know and hang out with :)

We had two incredible days of diving with Zoe. Right from the beginning of booking the tours, Mike and Zoe really went above and beyond with communication, making sure all of our needs were met. Each day Mike would check the swell and conditions just to make sure the dives would be the best they could be. We dove Electric Beach and Sharks Cove! Zoe even bought me birthday leis, she is so nice and all of the dives were really relaxing. After our two dive days we ended up renting weights and tanks. Mike was super accommodating at meeting us anywhere on the island to drop off and pick up the gear. They are by far the best we've had tours with anywhere. I highly recommend taking a couple tours. We can't wait until we are in town again to dive with them! :)

No vacation to Hawai‘i is complete without a SCUBA immersion, and North Sure Dive Shop is the right crew offering a fantastic and safe experience. Although North Sure O‘ahu is better known for world class surfing—think Pipe Masters—it is also a hotspot for diving enthusiasts who seek to explore and protect the majestic reef and its habitat. Mike and Zoe were super attentive and professional from the day of booking until we bid Aloha, a hui hou! They are truly water people with international dive travel, big fish experience, and academia in Greece. Both highly skilled and very unassuming, but passionate about their craft. Admittedly, the last time I dove O‘ahu was in 2008, and now at 48 years of age and 10 pounds heavier, I was somewhat apprehensive—even after my responsible preparations prior to this trip. Mike quickly made recommendations on my first dive, and Zoe executed underwater adjustments. Tricky, tricky. The second tank, however, was THE reminder of why I started diving in 1998. Zoe spotted a 300-pound Hawaiian monk seal who dropped into a crevasse in front of us to say hello. I think it was near the spot they call the Cathedral. And because she was able to document this perfect encounter with this perfect creature on her GoPro… she turned perfect into double perfect. Yes, we’ve just coined a new term. Thank you Mike and Zoe for giving us a better world.

If you are on the fence about going scuba diving, I hope this review helps you make it an easy decision. We had an absolute blast! It my fiance's first time going and it was such a magical experience... Beyond what we were expecting. Zoe was our instructor and she was awesome. Made our experience that more special; my fiance was pretty nervous about the whole thing but she had just as much fun as I did. Zoe made both of us feel super comfortable and knew we were in good hands the second we stepped foot in the water. Mike was also there before we went in and he was great as well! If you're looking to do something new or just a flat out fun time - go with these guys. They're the best!

Mike and Zoe are THE BEST! They were super friendly and professional while taking me through the reefs and lava tubes that the north shore has to offer. Before and after the dives, they told me a lot about what else there is to see and do on the north shore as well. It's clear that the other folks in town love them too :) . Looking back, I think they're doing the town a valuable service by setting a great example. Attached pics are gropro video screenshots, just a smidge of what you'll see down there!

3 of us joined Zoe from NSDS on a guided trip through Sharks Cove. She was a knowledgeable and skilled dive master who helped one of our group with some hesitation and fears. They provided top quality gear as part of the experience. The shop always picked up my calls and quickly responded to texts. They worked with me through a schedule change, and exuded professionalism at all times. Next time I'm diving in Oahu I'll call NSDS.

Great experience with Mike diving and talking when not underwater! He took care of everything. I certified in Hawaii years ago and have dove here a few times over the years, but Mike was able to show me things I hadn't seen before. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my dives were wonderful. Also got some new hiking ideas and snorkling ideas. It was a blast! I highly recommend Mike and Zoe!

We had a great experience, from arranging the right dive, day, and time, to working with Zoe, our dive guide. Both Mike and Zoe were friendly and professional. We’re new divers and they made the Electric Beach shore dive really fun and memorable. Highly recommend.
