My family and I walked in Kapolei Store and love working with Gina, she is very , very helpful. I had a problem with my furniture and she took care of the probably immediately. Today I went in to buy some other pieces, and again was greeted by Gina, awesome face to see when you walk in, always smiling and always so helpful. I should have given them a five star if only they have the items that I want. during this black friday sales event . The sales lady (RBA) was very efficient ,helpful and nice to deal with the transaction explaining the details of the availability and delivery of the item that I choose to buy .

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley/Homeworld in Kapolei. Particularly kind and attentive was the sales associate, Gina. She took care of all my needs perfectly and I will soon be sitting in a new powerlifting recliner! This compared to the bad online experience I had with Ashley and Synchrony on the phone. Gina turned that disaster into a miracle! Thank you Gina.

Roger helped us with our new sofa’s. He was very patient and helpful and provided all the information we needed and offered helpful suggestions regarding questions we had on delivery. I do wish that there was no charge for delivery, especially since furniture is a big purchase but that’s not the sales persons fault. Can’t wait to get our new furniture!!! Thank you Roger
