My annual exam felt rushed, both the medical assistant and doctor were not personable. They were aware that I had recently experienced a miscarriage, yet did not treat me with appropriate sensitivity. The doctor did not provide an environment where I felt I could ask questions or raise concerns. Maybe they were having an off day, but this experience was pretty disappointing.

Writing this review while waiting in the room for Dr. to come in. I showed up 30 minutes early to complete paperwork but wasn’t taken in until 30 minutes after my scheduled time for MA to take my vitals. Had to go back to waiting room to wait for an exam room to open up. Once finally taken into a room, over an hour has passed since my scheduled time. I have been laying on the exam table without being seen for 30 minutes now. They make you lay naked in a cold room for 30 minutes. It’s over an hour passed my scheduled time, and still have not been seen.

I’m currently in my second pregnancy with Pali Women and absolutely love them. Everything about my first pregnancy with them was wonderful to the point that we decided to stay in Hawaii to have our next baby. All of the providers have been wonderful. Lines of communication are always open, I’ve always felt heard, and well cared for. Would recommend them ANY DAY!

I'm moving soon back to the mainland and wish I can take all of the staff with me. Have been here through out my pregnancy (im 22 weeks). From my very first appointment during my toughest days everyone was so friendly, attentive, and made my ultrasound appointments super exciting and were very reassuring I had better days ahead since I was suffering from HG 😔. I pray to find another group of health officials to give me the kindness and care as these ladies have.

I was a patient here for my first pregnancy and loved all the staff and drs! They were amazing and treated me with respect, care, and kindness. I will always recommend this practice to those who need a ob/gyn!

Excellent care throughout my pregnancy. The OB showed up four minutes before my baby was born and after I pushed her head out, the OB grabbed my baby by the neck and yanked her out of my vagina with zero warning or consent. I then received terrible postpartum care by the OB.

I visited Pali Womens for the first time and saw Paige. She was absolute fantastic. She was so welcoming, as was the staff, and was more than helpful in answering any questions I had. Very kind and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my first visit! I’ve already recommended her to two others! -Savannah

I saw Dr. Friedlander as a new patient and she was amazing. She was warm and welcoming and made me feel super comfortable talking to her, I didn't feel rushed and she answered all of my questions in a caring manner. Highly recommended if you're looking for an ob/gyn.
