The best coffee experience we have had. It is a vibrant and colorfully decorated space and you are immediately met with the owner greeting you. He takes the time to give you a rundown of the entire menu. The organic coffee was delicious and they had great pastries too. We sat inside on the sofas and looked at all the plants and decorations inside. The owner says goodbye to every person who walks out even if he is interrupting the person ordering their coffee. They even have a hula hoop station out back so you can get your hula on. It completely redeemed our coffee experience in Kauai and was the most fun coffee shop I’ve been in.

Beau and Jo are friendly and upbeat. Love the food, the environment, and the positive energy. Really liked the lox bagel sandwich on everything bagel and the Napali nectar smoothie.

Beau is the most warm and welcoming person you'll encounter. Aside from having the tastiest smoothies and great coffee options, they make sure each and every customer receives personal attention. Even more, Beau gave me and my wife some excellent travel tips during our visit and even stayed open later to give us our drinks during our 1st visit. Definitely recommend!

Such a great way to start your day! The friendliness and energy from the owners are incredible. The coffee, smoothie, and breakfast options are all great. We got two of the specials, The sleeping giant drink and the Bruh vacado along with the lox on a croissant and a mac nut latte. Everything was delicious. This a definite must stop!!

Far and beyond the greatest coffee shop on planet earth. I’ve been to coffee shops on literally every corner and island on earth and the gap between Jo’s and second place is massive. Beau and Jo are as electric and uplifting as their delicious drinks. Add a funky monkey to every order. It’s mandatory. Your credit card has already been charged, so don’t worry about it just enjoy it. I don’t wanna have to tell you how to live your life but fade this advice at your own peril. Come here everyday you’re here, spend every dollar you have, and enjoy the greatest drink and food you’ll ever have. Mahalo 🤙🏽

Beau and Jo are commensurately good people. Beau brings so much energy and life to the business, stopping to ask every person what brings them to Kauai (he knows who is regulars are, for sure). We told him we are on our honeymoon, and he and Jo took the time to celebrate us (even getting the whole cafe to cheer). They wished us many good years and had so many kind words of encouragement. And besides all that, the cafe has such a unique, upbeat vibe, and the coffee is amazing! The iced vanilla latte and chocolate croissants were on point. If you’re in search of good coffee, good vibes, and good people, look no further ❤️

What a fun coffee shop. Jo is the man! If someone yelled at you when you walked in and made you feel valued and welcomed, it was him. He and the rest of the staff are hustling and bustling getting everyone their coffee as soon as humanly possible.. just chill I regularly was 5-10 people deep in line and it flew by! They are understaffed and they acknowledge it and ask for your patience while you wait... just relax and wait. It really isn't that long and you won't regret it, food was fresh and tasty.. I've had an iced dirty Chai and a quad espresso over ice, both were made well and tasted great! The food was delicious and fresh! My favorite part was how fresh, the tomatoes were cold which I love, the cream cheese was also cold, the croissants were warm and fluffy and toasted just right.. yum. I've been here 2/4 days and I'm about to head there now for 3/4 days of my trip.

New brick and mortar location of long standing food truck slinging organic smoothies, croissants, bagels and coffee. Also featuring Orly pastries. Smoothies excellent and creative. Smoked salmon schmear very good. Real gems tho are the staff and owners who have tons of positive energy and personality. Recommended.

Adorable local place with tasty coffee. Easy vibe, very clean, plenty of seating. The ebullient gentleman at the register and the gal making our drinks added greatly to the cheer and charm of the place and immediately made us feel welcome. We loved it. If you are in a massive rush, maybe skip this spot. I could see the conversational easy vibe holding things up a bit. But otherwise completely worth the stop for the drinks and the human interaction!

By far the most friendly Kamaina run business. I give these guys credit, I was told by a local Police officer these guys have been around a long time. 5stars. A lot of business is called in and picked up. You can too. ORGANIC Coffee, Granitas, Smoothies and Bagels, Croissants and Schmears galore!!! Go nuts on the combos, you can try something new everyday for a month! Love these guys. You should bring the family. We will be here to greet you.

The guy who I can only assume is Jo radiates positive energy. He's like the sun but he also serves coffee. Coffee was great and the smoothie was also great. I personally would have added some more salt to the brahvocado bagel for the avocado and tomatoes but still tasted very fresh. Great start to the morning.

Had probably the best bagel I’ve ever had (Earlybird), with the salt cream cheese complementing the soft bagel perfectly. The place has great service and such a good vibe, it’s what you think coming to Hawaii should be like - fun, beachy, colourful, and happy!!! Will absolutely be back.

The owners were extremely friendly and personable from the moment we opened the door. Food and drinks were also very tasty. We ordered a sticker, 2 bagel options, 2 coffees and a smoothie for $40. Not too bad of a price for local organic products considering how everything around here is expensive. You can tell there is a lot of heart in this place and that they genuinely enjoy their job.

I highly recommend this cafe. This morning I had the Cowabungah bagel and an iced mocha. Beau the owner was so nice. Especially to my young Nephew who came up from Oahu for a surf competition this weekend. Thank you folks so much for making us all feel so welcome and serving such delicious food and coffee

Great coffee, great food, great people. I recommend in every way. Beau & Jo are extremely hard working and build genuine connections with everyone they serve, I have never heard anything less than "I love that Rainbeau Jo's" and I agree.

Beau and Jo and incredibly thoughtful! We saw them on a day that the truck wasn’t open and they gave us suggestions for nearby treats. The next day, we stopped by for a croissant and bagel and drinks and Beau gave us even more suggestions for places to go. And we hula hooped with the hula hoops they while waiting! Great people. Great food. Great community. If you’re there on a trip, try to go early on during your trip so you can take advantage of any advice/suggestions they give!

Great place for coffee! The gentleman who served us up had great energy and kindness, it was like an extra shot of expresso! You can also hula-hoop while you wait. What a blast!

Delicious, affordable spot with the best service we found over our 12 day trip to the islands. We ate bodacious bagels, sipped satisfying smoothies, and consumed creative coffees. Rainbeau Jo's is so good, we visited every day we were on Kauai. Beau and Jo helped us plan our hikes and food stops, too, making for a really memorable vacation. I can't say enough to thank these two. When you visit, don't forget to hula hoop!

The coffee was super tasty and the bagel was enjoyable. The staff made the quick stop for a drink & bite become a very enjoyable experience. They said they want to "become best friends with every customer" - and you can seriously tell that's a real goal. Will come again while I am on the island!

I'm weary to give out 5 stars to any business unless it's (well) deserved. Beau and Jo are deserving of a perfect 5 star rating and then some! I'm still new to da island but they both welcomed me with open arms. Beau and Jo are very warm, exuberant, gracious people. But that's just the beginning. Their drinks are DELICIOUS!! I regularly order their specialty concoctions (ie Snoop Noggy Nog, for Christmas, and today the Betty White Mocha, for example) and they are quite a tasty treat. I always come away happy! You know they make and do this stuff with love (and Aloha!). Very grateful to have found them and also grateful that soon (2022) they will have their very own shop!!! With their charming, positive energy, delicious coffee jawns, bagels, and treats, this is one of my personal fave places on da Island! 5 stars!
