We arrived at 11am and were seated right away. A few seconds later we were asked to move bc the waiter for the section we were sat at was not in. We literally moved 1 table behind. Not sure why they couldn't just serve at our table. Regardless, we ordered food and didn't get our food until 12pm. An hour later. And everyone got their order then I had to wait another 10 min for a Belgian waffle. She stayed it was bc there is only one waffle machine. (Didn't see anyone else had ordered one) When we arrived there was only 2 parties in the restaurant. It did get busy after we ordered. Food was ok and pricey. Would not recommend. Never an apology for how long it took and we had to keep asking for water refills and items bc she kept forgetting.

We are visiting Hawaii for the first time for our anniversary. We wanted to celebrate somewhere with live music, good food and cocktails. We searched a number of restaurants and stumbled on this gem. We weren’t expecting much based on the fine dining options around this establishment. We were pleasantly surprised. Service/staff was friendly and accommodating. The outdoor patio was a welcomed surprise. At first we thought it was too noisy, but our trepidation turned from skepticism to excitement. The band was amazing and after a few cocktails we took to dancing and enjoying the experience. Food and drinks were amazing and our server was fantastic. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration a memorable one.

We had the sampler and enjoyed the Ahi Tuna Tataki, Brussels Sprouts, Loaded Fries, and Coconut Shrimp. The ahi tasted fresher than we had found thus far. Honestly, this place feels like a hidden, weird gem. We watched as surfers returned and waxed boards in the same patio while we dined. We will be back.

Delicious! They have live music every night too but we came during lunch and there was a little bit of live music as well. It’s a chain restaurant that has a great vibe, friendly staff, and good food.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Majority of the staff is attentive and friendly. Small dining area but they make the most of it without feeling crowded. Their Loco Moco is pretty and delicious. I liked their shrimp ceviche and they have a tasty Bloody Mary. Not as pricey as some other establishments in the Waikiki area.

No lines here! All the staff are very Nice and helpful. It was raining pretty good while we sat outside, we did not get wet 👌. My wife ordered the Hawaiian style pancakes with bananas & macadamia nuts, she said the Best ever. I really Loved the 50/50 hamburger/bacon Local Moco. Kinda spendy $21.00 but worth it 🤙😎. She also enjoyed her Hawaiian coffee irish style 👍. Loved the island style music. It was fun to watch all the surfers rent the Quality surf boards at the surf shop next door.

Staff was really friendly, despite being short-staffed. Hostess let us know it’s actually a 0830, not 0800 opening time. Breakfast burrito was a great recommendation from the really nice, professional server, Julia. She mentioned it was a family-owned place and that it felt like family. Love that. Definitely glad I came.

The food was really good. I mainly wanted to try out loco moko. It tasted very good. It's a good place to grab a bite and have a small drink while you are out and about in Waikiki. It very close to the beach too. Has a nice vibe as well. There is no parking around. So you need to park somewhere else and walk here.

We had breakfast here. The food was good, especially the burrito. It'd be great if we hadn't been charged extra for the pineapple juice "refills". As a food place, they could do a better job to get rid of flies indoors.

Perfect Sunday Brunch, come between 11:00 and 11:30 to get best of breakfast and lunch menu and $5 mimosas. Small plates were great. Açaí bowl was amazing, pancakes were fluffy. The music set a very nice Hawaiian/Caribbean vibe.

Most of the restaurants in Waikiki have long line ups. I try to avoid line ups and crowded restaurants… i tried the udon house by the mall, was crowded and service was bad. This shorefrye at Koa Ave. is a good find. Good service and good food. I tried this Koa chicken and it was good, the flavor was not overpowering. The only thing was rice was on the sweeter side, but i finished it, the server/bartender/ chef was surprised when I finished it right away, he told me I must be hungry… lol. Actually I enjoyed the food that I finished it right away. When in Waikiki come to this place. It’s worth it. On the side, i was enjoying how the people working here interacting to each other, its like im watching a tv sitcom, hmmm more like I’m in a sitcom.🤣

As soon as we arrived to Hawaii I was looking for a place to grab some food long flight and long hours on air ha! We came across ShoreFyre on google, but on top of that my brother who is out there on deployment said this restaurant is good and had live music so of course that’s a win! :) This restaurant is in a tourist area which is nice because throughout the night they have music playing around and other restaurants are still open at 9pm! After 10pm I believe this one turns into a mini club/lounge. We were able to sit outside on the deck and get some food ordered. Michael who was our server was great, very friendly and recommended dishes to try! I went ahead and ordered a Moscow mule and Kalbi Steak Salad which was delicious. This salad brings juicy steak pieces and has a hint of Thai Lime Vinaigrette. This was a great combination. My husband ordered the tacos, the Kalua Pork. He said they were very good, and the pork was very juicy. Loved that the music wasn’t loud sitting outside, the music was perfect. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you are visiting Hawaii.

Excellent breakfast place! There wasn’t a wait like the first place we tried to go to. We’re glad we came here. The mochi pancakes stole the show! My husband enjoyed the Local Boy omelet. We both really liked the Portuguese sausage too! The service was great! We enjoyed the shady outdoor seating. Highly recommend this restaurant!

Larissa P. was a great server, she paid attention to detail, the food is incredible: amazing flavor, beautifully decorated with the local flowers, the hostess was welcoming, this is our second time visiting, I personally enjoy everything the music, the servers, the food and the fun atmosphere. We got to see surfers doing push-ups on the floor and working out those well defined muscles by the stairs, it’s fun to be around those strong youngsters. The only challenge is the parking however for the delicious flavor is totally worth it.

We found this place because of a guy holding up a sign advertising the restaurant. Pictures of the food looks yummy, we sure glad we give this restaurant a try. Service was excellent, Rayray our server was very pleasant and very charming. We ordered Kalbi steak salad and shorefyre fresh catch and it was delicious. Definitely come back again. And oh I almost forgot, since we mentioned it to the hostess we were sent by the guy who was holding the sign, they gave us 15%off. 😁

The wife and I had breakfast here this morning. The food was delicious. I had the breakfast burrito with corned beef, eggs, potatoes, bacon, and cheese. It was very rich and fatty. I really enjoyed it because I hadn't eaten in almost 24 hours and didn't mind the high calorie intake. It could easily feed two people. Same for my wifes order of chicken and waffles. They definitely pile on the juicy fried chicken thighs. We forgot to get her name, but our server was very nice as well. We live on the island ,just around the corner. We will definitely be back. 11/19/23 11:00am.

We stayed at an Air B n B right above this restaurant and had both dinner and breakfast at Shorefyre. The service both times was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend going on Tuesday for their all day happy hour. We had excellent food from their happy hour menu. The breakfast portions were excellent and the food was well prepared. The restaurant is always busy but the service was always on point. Given the food, service and location, I'm surprised the rating for this restaurant isn't higher.

We ended up coming here for a late night bite and we were pleasantly surprised. The tuna tasted fresh and the spicy mayo was kicking. We ended up coming back for breakfast and the pulled pork breakfast burrito was amazing. A little pricey but the service was quick and food was flavorful.

Shorefyre has become my favorite breakfast spot to hit regularly if I'm in that area of Hawaii. They make things besides breakfast, but that's the time of day I keep going (I've been there 3 times in the last 4 days & may go today, too). I'm a huge spicy Bloody Mary fan, and their Bloody Banyan hits just right for me. I've had their pancakes, veggie omelet, Belgian waffle (tropical style), ultimate scramble, and two egg breakfast and I'm never disappointed by the flavor. The staff there is really cool, too & treats customers very well. You can tell that the cooks, waiters, and bartenders enjoy working together and like their jobs -- haha - or maybe I just catch them early enough that the fatigue of the day hasn't set in -- either way, their cheer adds to the atmosphere for sure. Top all of that off with a solid music collection (which does change depending on the bartender on duty) and it's just a great mix for a chill spot to have consistently good quality (and healthy) breakfast. I always order 2 full servings of food and 2 or more Bloody Banyans - so my bill is a little up there (because I'm basically ordering/eating two people's worth of stuff), but that's definitely because I order so much. You could go there with $25 or $30 (per person) and have a really good breakfast. Maybe even less depending on what you order. I think writing all of this down has talked me into going back there today...

One of my favorites places in Honolulu, I love the food and the drinks, my favorite drink is Coconut Mojito 🍹🥰🌺 the best in all Honolulu, all the food menu at Happy Hour is excellent. Also the Hawaiian Mai Tai is delicious. I give you a TIP the food and drinks can be expensive but if you come in Happy Hour (Tuesdays until Sunday 4pm-6pm), and all day happy hour on Mondays, the prices will be more reasonable.

We loved their food and Mia Tias. The Koa Chicken is FIRE!! Also the Nachos had some amazing homemade cheese on it! Must try the Chicken.

Mom and I both ordered nachos here. Mom got the shredded pork, and I got steak. They were really good with fresh ingredients and the portions were huge. The staff were friendly, and the service was good! Nice dining on a patio in such great weather too.

Went around 8pm. Didn't wait at all. Many food choices from burgers to shrimp to chicken and fish. I had the Kao Chicken which was delish. It was grilled chicken thighs with a mango salsa, served with coconut rice and salad.

Was an amazing brunch place! The breakfast burrito was moist and very tasty. I added some hot sauce and it was perfect! Fruit cup side was ok. The omelette and the hash were also bomb. Add some hot sauce!
