Good luck if your pizza delivery guy is named Slava. This guy pulls up to my house, rolls down his window to yell “well are you coming?” just after he got done telling me over the phone that I should give him a $10 tip. Honestly just frustrated with the crib side pick up. I understand that they have to get the food out with in 2 mins of you pulling up or you get a free pizza but make sure you still have the full order when coming to the car. I had a salad wings and pasta. I realized they only handed me 1 dipping sauce instead of the 4 i had paid for so i mentioned it and he politely went in to grab them but then i noticed no dressing for the salad either and they tried to convince me i had dropped it in the car. I had not. They went back in and got me a dressing and I though the fork was in the box but it didnt come with a fork at all. I wasnt asking for another thing since they had already went inside and the point of crib side isn't to get out the car. I had a 12 hour shift and my knees where on fire so i fould barely walk anyways.

Ordered a pizza for carry out and it was ready very quickly. Could tell the pizza was made with love which was impressive since it was made so quickly. The store was also very clean and staff were very friendly. Will return.

Isaiah should probably be fired... Wrong pizza - drove 30 minutes back to get the right one without an apology or compensation when I got there and now have to drive 30 minutes back home. I get that mistakes happen but with such a dis tasteful attitude he has no business being in the eye of the public representing Dominos

I ordered online for a pasta to be delivered to my mother. It was a pasta perevera extra sauce. She calls me to tell me the pasta is a mess. I asked her to send me a picture & I have to agree it's sloppy. So I decided to call the location back to acknowledge the situation. He automatically said he will have it remade & delivered in a hurry and very rudely. After that phone call I called back to remind them it was a order with extra sauce (because really if you don't order the extra sauce it's dry). It sounded like a different person who answered the phone but also was extremely rude. He said they are having the order remade & then just hung up on me. I say these people do not belong in customer service if they are going to be rude and sloppy with food handling. I been in the restuarant industry for 10 years . I know customer service. Step up the respect dominos.! Because I wasn't rude.

Worst Domino's ever! The first time I ordered, months ago, the pizza was late. I called several times before finally getting an answer & when I did get someone, she told me it would be quicker if someone came to pick up our order. So I said I would send a runner from our office & she had to wait 45 minutes. I finally called the runner back because it was delivered to our door. I ordered again today, hoping maybe they got their act together & that was a 1 time thing. I placed my delivery order at 11:15am. It's now an hour later & still no pizza, although the tracker says it's on the way...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

I love Dominoes. They have great customer service. Fast prompt Delivery. & most importantly yummy pizza.

We had delivery. I was able to track the process. I was notified when the driver was near, so I knew when to go outside to get my order. Driver, Anthony was polite. Overall, great experience.

Young man at front was not personable at all. The pizza was burnt and like a hard chip. I have ordered many times at this location this has never happened before. The cinnamon twists were over proofed and fell, and then they cooked them. It was not good tasting dessert. It was tasted like rolled dough with cinnamon . It was nasty. I keep trying to call back to get assistance and no one answers. Pretty bad when you spend money and just have to throw it away.

I would give them 3 1/2 stars if I could. They are a solid B- most of the time. (I really wish google would change their rating scale so that these finite differences could be truly rated.) Anyhoo,… The pizza and the chicken bites were cooked well. The delivery service was not what it could have been. The delivery person could not figure out the call box so my friend had to go pick it up. (Yes, many other delivery persons have figured out the call box.) They do have decent gluten-free and vegetarian options.

The location in the heart of downtown Honolulu was a worry at first. My thoughts were "where the heck am I going to find parking here???!!! Do I have to find paid parking and do the running around just for takeout?" No problem! The street they are located on has ample parking and is hardly travelled on (considering the busy downtown location) and if you go to the website you can order curbside delivery as well. You can even eat in as well watching the madness of a downtown district unfold in front of you! Quite the entertainment, I shall say!

I called the dominoes downtown and the person answering the phone his name is Christian is the best customer sales person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I'm a local resident and he was awesome he is very personable an so helpful and I think k he deserves a raise he is what every dominoes should have representing them. So we order a pizza from Domino’s Pizza at 630 and it just got here at 819pm and then had the audacity to try and smooth things over by offering my mom a single soda and a small sauce if we give him a $5 tip. REALLY!!! You was already late and the pizza was cold and now you talking about given us a deal if we give you $5 tip. Naw we’re good and never again will be order from them.

I had the worst luck with this location. I ordered online and was quoted a delivery time. 45 minutes after that time I called the store. My order was just sitting on the warmer in the store they said apparently they were short a delivery driver. I asked if I could just pick it up and they told me yes. Turns out I could walk to the store….like if wouldn’t even matter if they were short a driver because you know, walking distance of a block. There were a ton of workers in the store too. I asked for a refund for the delivery fee and tip. They told me no. I took the order home to find out it was not what I ordered and had sat in the store on the warmer so long that it was hard and the veggies had become super gross. I called the store and they said they would make it up by comping the order next time. Idk how they plan to do that because all they gave me was an email with a 20%off coupon if I signed up for an account with them. Needless to say, I feel a little robbed. Lol

Every time I order, my pizza is always dry and burnt. I tried calling but the person wasn't too understanding. I have told them before,my pizza comes out like a cracker without taste.

Came at 1215am on a Saturday and it was closed... if you're not going to honor your hours please publish them on your business.

We had Chicken Mushroom and Bacon and ham pizza (All white sauce.). Delicious

Really good! I haven't had Domino's in quite a while as it wasn't that great on the mainland, however this place changed my mind. I had the Hawaiian pizza, of course.

Always on time literally by seconds! Exceptional service and food quality! Covid-19 safe! Every box provides safety seal! I wish all restaurants do it the same way as Domino’s does! Thanks for your hard work!

Price is literally triple the promo price on the dominos website. $23 for medium pizza, or $5.99 if you’re not in Hawaii. Oh and pay for parmesan cheese. Maybe if it wasn’t greedy we would go more often, instead go to Costco.

I am always pleased when I order delivery from this Domino's. It's fast, and the food is always very hot. I've never had a complaint, and have ordered several times. I've ordered from many Domino's, but this one is the best. Mahalo!
