OH MY GOSH IF THIS IS A REAL STEAK, IT WAS THE VERY FIRST TIME I HAD A STEAK. THE BEST STEAK EVER, LITERALLY!! Especially *Kevin* was super nice and kind. The last night in Hawaii, as a honeymoon, was perfect thanks to him and all the hopitality you guys gave us! I do appreciate all the efforts you made and super gorgeous foods you served! We had the most wonderful experience here. On our reservation, I left a simple note - "We are celebrating my parents 40th anniversary." We arrived to a table set with real rose petals. Our waiter was terrific; explaining to us how everything worked, as food arrived he shined a flashlight so we could take better photos of our food, offered to take a group photo before we asked, filled our wine glasses before we needed refills. Then at the end of the meal he brought out a strawberry flambea with "Happy Anniversary" written on it. And of course the food was wonderful. 10/5 stars.

My husband and I visited this Ruth Chris restaurant for our date night after we ditched the kids! Lol!! It was such a pleasant and delicious dining experience. The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish. Our waiter, Laun was very attentive, knowledgeable, and an expert in service. My husband ordered the petit filet with a steak house salad and mashed potatoes while I enjoyed the ribeye steak with a Caesar salad and the garlic mashed potatoes. Everything was SUPERB! The steak was cooked to perfection. Juicy on the inside with a delicious charred layer on the outside. Before leaving, the waiter surprised us with an early anniversary strawberry and chocolate dish. Easily 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been incredibly fortunate to have had Audrey as our server for dinner, as her commendable service has truly elevated our experience. With her attentive care and impeccable attention to detail, Audrey has gone above and beyond to ensure that this evening with my wife has been nothing short of extraordinary. My wife and I went here for our 10 year anniversary. It was nothing but exceptional; from the service to the food! They make you feel special here! A must try!

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. The appetisers and sides were also delicious, and a top notch glass of red to match. We walked in without a reservation but they accommodated us to dine at the bar. The bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful and even gave us some local tips. Highly recommended.

My birthday dinner was so special because of Luan! He was such a great server and made my experience special. He went above and beyond and never made us feel rushed. He also walked us through the menu so we could enjoy everything the restaurant had to offer with a smile on his face. Not to mention he offered to take our photo and brought us out a birthday treat on the house. If you make a reservation ask for Luan. He is such a delight!

Great food and really great service. I had crab cakes, and my wife had a petite filet. The filet didn't seem so petite, but it was cooked perfectly. Cakes were large and meaty. Sides are a meal by themselves. Recommend splitting sides. Gave the atmosphere 4 stars due to an unsupervised child in flip flops running back and forth to the restroom. Highly recommend.

Awesome like other locations. Katy as server was superb. Prix fixe option in late afternoon was so popular the restaurant and bar area was full of diners. ONLY issue that could be improved is food delivery places sizzling steaks near the back of high bar patrons in bar area.

We came here for dinner without reservation and we’re able to get bar seats. Steaks are good, portions are huge.

I just want to be clear that this review is for this specific location only. We have been to many Ruth's Chris over the years, New York, Nevada, San Diego, & Orange County & LA County locations. For years, we have given this place our business. But at this location, this was the absolute worst experience we had. We are currently staying at the Embassy Suites that is connected to the location where Ruth's Chris is & were given an information letter that stated a free dessert with the purchase of an entrée at Ruth's Chris. Since we have our toddler, we decided to do an online order & pick up. When I called to inquire about having the free dessert honored the girl who answered the phone stated she was 'pretty sure it was for dine in only'. Once my husband walked down to pick up the order, he asked about the dessert again & showed his room key. At that point the same girl who answered the phone stated 'uhhh it's for dine in only & the purchase of 2 entrees' very rudely, while the manager stood next to her not saying a word. When the carry out person brought out our order, the girl at the front desk whispered to her 'ask him for his ID'. I'm not sure how common it is for someone to pick up an order that isn't theirs & who has the email pertaining to the order? But this was extremely rude and unnecessary. While we understand that it is possible, embassy suites is not providing the correct information on how the free dessert may be redeemed. It was completely unnecessary for the staff to be so rude & for the manager to be completely not helpful as well. We spent $90 on our dinner! To top it off, my steak was not even cooked well done as I ordered it. This location needs a lot of work in customer service, hospitality & apparently on cooking a steak as it is ordered. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location or any other for that matter. I submitted this exact complaint in a survey that Ruth's Chris sent me over a week ago & have still not heard anything back from them.

It was our second visit to this upscale chain steakhouse in Waikiki, Hawaii. The first time was 2 years ago. This restaurant is located on the first floor in a double storey shopping block. Surrounded by shops and other restaurants and only a few steps away from our hotel, Halekulani. Nice ambience and it was very busy on that Thanksgiving evening. Booking is essential. We ordered a tomahawk (again). We were glad that the tomahawk was on a special menu. Set meal for 2 with appetisers and desserts. It also came with mashed potato and creamed spinach. The steak was cooked to perfection. Fantastic quality of meat. Desserts were delicious too. Service was efficient. Staffs were friendly and attentive.

Nice place for happy hour, it does get quite busy during those times though. However, the servers are real friendly and treated my party quite well during our visit.

Atmosphere was great. I normally go to the honolulu location so this was a first for me at this location. The area was great. You can valet and get validation at the embassy suite hotel for 8 dollars up to 4 hrs with the validation and go to eat. Food was awesome, i took my mom for her firat time for Mother's day and she loved it. Steaks were cooked to perfection as her order is always hard. NO PINK. Seasoning of steak is out of this world and mashed potatoes were yummy. The mango sorbet was like eating a ripe mango so that was good. Our server Asia was outstanding and she was on point with service let alone she made sure to stop at all her tables and chat to get to know people on a personal note which always makes people feel good unless your a grump. James the gentleman who helps her was wonderful always checking on us and refilling our drinks as needed as well as bread. The management walk around also to just check in and help when needed but more so to make sure you as the customer are doing good. He asked us where we were from and started conversation as he did with all the tables, which shows they really care about you. Due to mothers day they came aroimd and gave everyone a rose which made my mom so happy. Thank you to the staff for making it a special day.

Such an amazing dinner! We had the lobster mac and cheese & 40 oz porterhouse! Definitely enough for 2 people. The steak melted in my mouth and was so flavorful! The service was excellent and very attentive to our needs.

Derek was an amazing server! He was very polite and attentive to our needs. He also asked us if we wanted him to take a picture of us together. The manager approached our table when we were done eating and he was polite as well and very funny. Absolutely love this place everyone was very nice and I would highly recommend it!

Simply the best steak in Waikiki! We started with the crab stuffed mushroom which were good. The steak is served on a sizzling hot plate and cooked to perfection. I had the small fillet rare and even on the sizzling plate it was perfect. We also had the garlic mashed potatoes, the creamed spinach, and a chef salad. The sides were also amazing!

It was a nice place. Service was excellent. Food and salad was delicious..its kind of pricey but very worth it. ..I went there celebrate with friends from the Red Hat Society Club. Wonderful time. Would definitely go again.

Their takeout service is a joke. Every item was sloppily thrown into a box. $32 lobster Mac n cheese was basically just dry noodles with was looks and taste like canned processed lobster cubes. Not at all what I would expect based of price and reputation

Before we get to the food, major shout out to the manager for accommodating us after a lil mix up. We got our own private room. Pretty dope of him. Now back to this review. If you've been to Ruth's Chris before then you already know what I'm about to say. But if.yoy haven't, you're in for a special treat. The steak here is to die for. Amazingly cooked, flavor on 1000 and melts in your mouth. The stuffed chicken ain't no punk either tho. Whatever that cheese stuffing is, I need the recipe lol. SIDE NOTE: it goes great on steak as well. The sides are a la carte, which is the only downfall in my opinion. But I got fhe potatoes au gratin and the creamed spinach. Followed it up with sweet potato casserole and ice creak for dessert.(Thank me later). It was a great time to spend on my bday

Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food and outstanding service!!! David and Tracy the managers are simply the best!! Ms Tracy was so sweet to me and kind on the phone, encouraged me to visit them by sending a gift card as a thank you for dining at the downtown location previously. Mr David followed us outside the steakhouse to take pictures of us for our special occasion. I was surprised! That’s what I call a full service from the beginning to the very end!! Our Chrissy was also super sweet, friendly, polite and professional. They all made us feel so welcomed and special while we were celebrating our 9 year wedding anniversary. Will definitely be back! We went here during weekday happy hour. We were lined up before it opened. The calamari has an Asian taste and the mushroom crab cake was also very delicious. Ribeye steak medium rare. It was very delicious and went very well with butter.

Delicious food to be had here. we had the t bone for two and it was massive. The piece of steak was cooked so well. I kept saying this is delicious. Garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus with hollandaise sauce to top off. Sorry to say but happy to mention I was too full for dessert. Recomiendo este lugar le doy 5 estrellas porque el servicio y la comida de alta calidad solo puedo desi que estuvo delicioso

Enjoyed a fine lunch here. Pricy but the food and service were excellent. Crissy, our server, was so attentive and polite. She even laughed at my dumb jokes. The video of them cutting our steak was cool. Plenty of parking garages around Waikiki, so no issues there. Bar is nice and spacing between chairs and tables are good with plenty of room and safety in mind. Great to bring the whole family as the staff is accommodating. Enjoy the food and desserts, everything was amazing.

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is so delicious! Definitely pretty expensive to be completely honest, but well worth the price. The steak was cooked perfectly. The service was beyond exceptional. The appetizers were so good. We were seated relatively quickly. I believe when you come to eat here, you are paying a lot for the experience. Not something I would eat every week, but definitely a must try if you haven't already.

This place is amazing. Our server was Jared, he took care of us and was just incredibly considerate. Offered to take pictures and was very attentive. Don't get me started on the food... incredible sums it up. By the way my woman looked that night was second to none and the amazing food was just a bonus.
