Building mangers are completely incompetent. In July through August of 2022 they are closing the second story parking lot for construction and are not giving the residence any compensation. I and 70 others will not have a place to park our cars for at least 30 days. September 15 2022: Its been 45 days since start of the construction and they are nowhere near finished. Do not live here if you have a vehicle. October 3rd 2022: construction still not finished.

They allow smoking INSIDE apartments! I just moved here in August and my neighbor smokes inside their apartment 4-5 times a day. The smell fills up my entire apartment and the hallway on our floor. Priorities are all out of wack here) So, if you’re a smoker- this is the perfect place for you! If you have asthma or don’t like the smell of cigarettes on your things, don’t live here!

If you wanted to use the pavilion/rec room, you need to pay around $90 plus an additional deposit. If you want to use the grill, it's $15 plus a $5 deposit.
