I would love to know where that new woman they hired got her medical license. -5/10. I’ve been going here since i was 15, and after 9 years they finally ruined this doctors office.

Horrible office not sure where I should begin.. I’ll guess I will start at my last experience. August 2020 went for a physical with John Palmero, not sure what a physical consists of these days but there was no ekg, nor did he listen to my heart or lungs. My physical consisted of blood work and him going over my renewal of prescriptions.. also I asked for my blood work to be sent to Quest labs because my insurance doesn’t cover all of Northwell labs, lo and behold it was sent through Northwell and I’m receiving a bill for over $400 this is the second time this has happened, I am disputing the bill until it is adjusted. I had an appointment the Monday after thanksgiving for blood work, received an automated call from Northwell Thanksgiving evening confirming my appointment. I go to the appointment on Monday and was told John Palermo was not in and they tried to get in contact with me to cancel which is a lie, I then asked why did I receive a call on Thanksgiving evening confirming the appointment. I can go on about my encounters with this office. I don’t feel confident with my health in their hands and have since chose another office not affiliated with Northwell

Dr Goyal is amazing. She takes the time to listen, understand and diagnose what's going on with me. She has been spot on with her diagnosis, advice and treatments. She also doesn't just write presciptions and send you on your way. She has an excellent bedside manor. I am relieved to have found her.

Just awful, they collect labs never do anything with them, no follow up, no exam, no anything, I'm honestly not sure what they do because it's not medicine, I switched over to a chsli provider and I've never been happier.

Pa Jon is the best!! Very helpful and always there when you need. He treats you like family.

Response time is severely lacking. I'm on call #6 to get a simple annual physical form filled out. When you call the office you will be speaking only to someone working from a remote location, you cannot call them directly.

Complained about knee pain sent for an X-ray after asking for an MRI, After going to a Northwell imaging center never received a call back about my results or to get a referral for an MRI! ITS NOT BONE PAIN! The female doctor in the building is incompetent, if they attempt to make you see her demand a different doctor or just leave!

Northwell Drs Fink and Bafour won’t see you in the office, only a telehealth appt if you have a upper respiratory infection. I only told the appt maker that I lost my voice and thought I might have a sinus infection. I guess he makes the diagnosis of the URI and decides if you are eligible for a in office visit. I asked how do they take your blood pressure, listen your lungs, heart look in your ears and thoat over the phone? He just repeated that they only do telehealth for URI

Usually seen close to on time, 10-20 min wait, nothing outrageous. Been going here for years. Love the attention that the PAs provide. Dr. Torelli is great too and helped me with some tremendous joint pain that nobody else could fix (I didn't see many people for that though, haha). Not sure how it is since Northwell took over
