Chris was such a great sales man. He took the time for my brother Hector and me. He his great with customers as well as offering the warranty for the items I bought as well as giving me a little bit of a discount on the items. You should be very proud to have Chris,his hospitality went beyond helping me .I will recommend him to my friends.

This store is not even worth a one star review. Customer service sucks no professionalism at all. The manager does not have control of his employees at all. He just stands there and lets his employees act like idiots and like they own the store. No reprimand or discipline at all to employees when it comes to customer service. I and my husband were paying customers being treated disrespectfully by the employees. Don't ask for a corporate store number, they will just lie and give you a number to a store in Orlando. I would be willing to bet there is no "DISTRICT MANAGER or CORPORATE OFFICE". Don't worry my next call is to the state of Florida's department of Agriculture to do my complaining. Maybe they will actually care to resolve the issue. Don't waist your time or money at this pawn shop go to Trader's Pawn Shop in Auburndale just down the road from this pawn shop instead. They will treat you with the respect you deserve.

Maribel was so nice and knowledgeable about the items I was selling. She was very personable and took her time. While I was there I noticed they maintain a full staff and everyone was very professional and personable. They will keep my business!

I go in there periodically to treasure hunt for designer purses and jewelry. So far within one year period of time I have scored three high value high priced items at an extreme discount in nearly perfect condition. The staff are not normal retail sales people. They are several notches above because they are educated in their industry. Whenever I go into the store, it’s always busy with customers and staff helping them. So if you’re into the pawn thing, it’s the place to go!

Love this place. They always give me a fair value and help me when I'm in a pinch. I've tried a few in the area and La Familia offered me almost double what the other guys did. Associates are always nice and personable too. Worth the drive from Lakeland!

Today I have just and my fiancee purchased a necklace for me with insurance under $250.00. They were not busy at all when I went there and they closed at 7pm. The young lady and gentlemen in there rotated to help everyone in the store and to get everyone out without rushing. We were looking for something specific but was unable to find it. They offered to take our information and to notify us if they come across something that looked like what we are looking for. Just like the one in Bartow the auburndale location check ID upon looking at jewelry and I completely understand. I will shop there more and more from now on. ❤️

My experience with us very good came in just to look for a game system for my son that has down syndrome he’s going to turn 13 on May 27 so I want him to have something special for him which we found it. Salesman was very helpful. Price was very worth it and not buying a TV Apple box. Don’t know what it is also a gun oh and some beat so my experiences was very good. I was in the market to purchase a new firearm. They have a nice selection of new and used handguns and rifles that are priced reasonably. They were very knowledgeable about their inventory. They were very friendly and they helped me select a new 9mm Glock. I’m very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. And would highly recommend them. This place is really good with their customer service and also do not gip you on pricing when you are pawning or selling stuff like most the pawn shops in the area. They so far have given me the most value for items sold or pawned than other pawn shops and also their interest rates are not insanely crazy either. I feel comfortable going there and I have trust in the people I've interacted with so far there. I highly recommend this place!
