Let me say, I have visited this provider in the past for IV before moving & had a good experience. I was in need of another IV getting over a cold, so I looked them up and booked them because they were one of the few that had availability on a Saturday. I drove 20ish minutes to the office and no one showed up. I even called twice & no response. I finally received a call this morning asking to reschedule but that is unacceptable to ghost a client. Please fix your website to not allow people to book on Saturdays!

Everyone in this facility has been Amazing! Super kind. Very Welcoming Atmosphere as well. Very knowledgeable and informative on the services offered. Ive had Botox, and a facial erbium laser treatment. Ms Katherine is the best!! I look forward to my next appointment!

KC Wellness is an awesome MedSpa. Very friendly staff and easy to get an appointment. They text you reminders and call you back quickly. Lots of specials offered. My technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend.

Such a welcoming positive energy enviornment. Listens to what you want and makes you feel comfortable. Kat did my lips and they turned out awesome! Also did my Mothers lip flip (her first one ever) turned out great and made the whole process smooth and comforting for my Mom. So gentle at the hands. And Cassandra the esthetician is amazing! Absolutely love Katherine 😍 i have been going to her for xeomin which I prefer to botox really looks natural and lasts longer. My favorite facial is diamond glow. It is amazing how your face looks afterwards. I am in my 70’s and try to take cars of myself, I have bern having facials since my 20’s people have tol me I look to be in my 50’s Taking care of what you have been blessed with pays off. The staff and new facility is wonderful try it!
