Enjoyed a beautiful day at the beach...had lunch at The Treehouse delicious food ,friendly staff.

Holiday Cove South employees must be on the take with the towing company - beware. Friends car was towed while visiting and the office lied, and they’re not consistent.

Nicely appointed, surprisingly accessible. The view from our apartment was set back but fullscale access to the sunrise and beach view sounds. Overall quiet but nearby things to do made this a perfect re laxing visit.

I know someone who lives there full time and has for many years. The location is perfect, the buildings appear to be well cared for, and the pool sparkles. It's directly on the beach, so easy access to het your toes into the warm sand. Close to all the fun New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Great vacation spot.

Laid back - older beach. Walking distance to Flagler Avenue and great shopping and restaurants. You can swim in the pool while looking at the ocean. It's the best.

Holiday cove south is a good place to rent for a summer. With it's location you are within walking distance of the beach and Flagler ave. It also has a great view of the ocean depending on which unit you wish to rent.

First time for me and my wife around this beach and we loved it
