Don't get sucked into the Deco plan they offer!! I should have asked more questions. But with all that said the showroom and sales guy were great. Obviously good at his job for talking me into the deco plan...anyway delivery was great and very professional. I'm sitting on my new couches now and couldn't be happier! Im also happy to get the 60month no interest no down payment!

Angela was amazing to work with. I went in to buy a new bed and though I had done my research, she proved her knowledge and expertise, exceeding my expectations. She asked all the right questions to ensure I would leave happy and satisfied—with the right mattress for me and my sleeping habits. Her attention to detail was superb and the professionalism which she explained not just the technology of what I was buying but the financing process made me feel confident in my purchases. We've always liked or loved the selection at RtG and we appreciate the price and value we find there but the truly best thing at our store is their associate Donald. No high-pressure tactics, no BS, just a guy willing to spend as much time or as little with us as we wanted. He's knowledgeable about the stock and is always happy to show us around and take the time we need, answer the questions we have and provide us with great customer service. This guy's a gem and they are lucky to have him. No, I'm not his cousin and no, he didn't give me a free lamp to write this review. :)

Sherri Roberts was very courteous and helpful during our visit to RTG. It's a large store and she knew exactly where everything we wanted was located. She was helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us to select furniture for our living room. She was extremely proficient and made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable, not to mention, she steered us to some real deals! I love everything about Rooms to go. (PinellasPark). I was treated like a VIP. The sale Rep.(Frank) was awesome! (Kind, very courteous and patient) He didn't leave me hanging as i looked around,; always checking to see if i was ok. They have GREAT! programs that saves you out of pocket expenses.....I almost brought the whole store...lol. I had a great experience.

Luis was great to work with. Gave us good information when we walked in the store, and let us browse at our leisure while checking in periodically with us to answer any questions. This sleeper sofa was the perfect fit for our condo, and had a quick delivery. We would happily purchase here again, and definitely recommend Luis as he’s informative and helpful, but not pushy like some salespeople we encountered at other stores.

Luis was exceptional and very patient with us as we worked within our budget to find what worked best for our furniture in our new home! He even stayed late to assist us and spoke with his manager to help us get a quicker delivery. Very grateful!

Outstanding customer service. I came in and was greeted by a charming man, Frank C. The customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I can attest that Rooms to Go definitely backs their words of customer satisfaction. The manager Franklin, was professional, courteous, kind, and was more than what I could have imagined as far as a representative of the company Rooms to Go. Frank C. always had a smile on his face, and always greeted me with such kindness and valiance. As a teacher, on a very limited income, it feels so amazing to know that I have quality living room furniture on the way. I was listened to and I was respected. Absolutely fantastic experience. Even the representative that worked on the patio department (I called him (Patio) that wears black classes was charming and polite and funny and remembered me on my few visits into the showroom. Angel Gonzalez was thorough and educated us on what sections we needed in our sectional we chose to get it to fit in our living room due to dimension issues in our living room. We had also purchased a sectional previously from this location several years ago and it got damaged months after receiving it as stitching came apart causing couch to open up. We had the protection plan and called to have them fix it and rep on phone advised it wasn’t covered after reviewing photos and declined my claim. I told Angel about the issue and advised I was hesitant on purchasing another big purchase there but love the quality they provide. He didn’t appreciate the rep didn’t try to make it right so he spoke with the manager. They saw I did call it in and got my claimed denied and so they offered me 25% back I paid for my old sectional couch and put it towards the new sectional couch while also removing the old sectional I got from them even though it has been about 2-3 years old now. I wasn’t expecting that and it really helped our family out with this purchase. Our family is so grateful for Angels help and made us feel confident again for future purchases with Rooms To Go. 🙌🏼

I had an amazing experience, my sales rep was Mark! He was very patient and kind with me and gave me great advice. I’m very young and this was my first time buying furniture for my new apartment out of state and he was able to make sure everything was in stock for the state I was going to. He was very personable and just wasn’t trying to sell me things to get me out of the door, he was very honest and pleasant. Next time you visit rooms to go please ask for Mark and I promise he will take care of you just like he took care of me.

We worked with Donald Labrie and he knows his product. He was excellent to work with. Extremely accommodating as we have a mother going into Assisted Living and trying to find furniture that worked in her space and limitations. He was very thoughtful and helpful with ideas. He truly made the transaction easy.

What a great experience with Frank the salesman with 40+ years experience. He said hello on the way in and then let us do our thing without hovering. Then when we were ready, he already knew what piece we were interested in. I loved that he was still keeping an eye out but not in our way. Although we were not a big sale, he said that every sale counts. I liked his straightforwardness and not trying to upsell us like most sale associates. Next time I need some furniture, I am going to go back to Rooms to Go and specifically ask for Frank.

After months of frustration at other furniture stores,I was very surprised to find a wonderful selection of couches and chairs that looked great and were actually in stock!!! I had the fortunate experience of having Angela help me through the selection process to get the furniture that fit my room and matched perfectly!! My only regret was going to other stores that just can’t get any inventory. Most of my items are coming with 2 day delivery!’ My next purchase will be at Rooms to go and I hope Angela will be my sales person!

I had the pleasure of working with Frank Childs today. I’m new in the area and needed to purchases a few mattresses for a friend who recently bought a home. The first time that we went in looking for a new couch, Sherri immediately offered us assistance and gave us space and time to browse on our own. We didn’t find anything that time but went back and saw her a month later. She spent over 2 hours with us the second time finding us the right piece and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Got a pretty good deal on a large sofa as well.

My partner and I were on the search for a new mattress and thank God we stopped here 1st before sleep number. Mark, Our sales associate ,was so patient and kind with us! Rooms To Go has some very good furniture. We shopped here years ago and it seems their product quality has definitely improved. In addition, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Leonard, our salesman, provided personal attention to us for the whole time we were there, which was for most of the day, while we rummaged through piece after piece, after piece, after piece. We felt he knew his product lines very well, was very attentive, and we really believe he was dedicated to seeing that we got what we needed, ensuring we got the best deal possible. We’ll definitely be back to work with him soon!
