There are some little food eatery stalls. The area is clean. The public bathroom is really clean & smell free.

What a refresher, still under construction, but once finished what a place. Restored shipping Containers are the highlight of this downtown spot. Food is good and not over priced. Live band plays on most weekends.

Lovely, grands by the River. Really cool little eateries and cafes and exercise places and shops. You can hop a cruise, a fun fast river boat, and water taxis. You are right at the start of the River Walk, and near the Aquarium and plentiful parking garages. Right near museums and history Center and across the River from the the Henry Plant Museum wide area to walk, well paved and easily accessible restrooms.

Beautiful...lots of upgrades since I was there last years ago. Hours for many places seems to still be under covid-19 schedule. Some places open, some places closed. Parking lot is across the street and a little bit of a walk. It's starts at $2 up to $15. I love the cruise ships right there.

Great spot to spend the day. Snorkeling was pretty good. Beach was nice. We did this from a royal carribean ship. Included a small buffet for lunch. Food was good. Drinks at the bar were ok. A little overpriced.

What a nice place to take the family for a little fun outdoors, but not necessarily in nature. The picnic area is astroturf with tons of tables and seating. Plenty of shade, giant checker board on one end, LIVE MUSIC on a stage, and the battle ship in the background. Plus it's free. Plenty of really amazing food vendors (but pretty pricey.) Paying for parking stinks, too. But all in all, a very clean, fun place to take the family.

Really nice place. We stumbled on this place by accident and wound up spending a couple hours here. There is a nice variety of shops, eateries, chocolate store and a beer garden. Great atmosphere. Definitely recommend stopping by

Great place to hang out with friends and family. Live music and grassy area where kids are playing. Dog friendly. We enjoyed watching the cruise ship depart. Food and drink "trucks" with very unique offerings. Great place to spend some time.

Cool little shopping area, a little bit of a tourist trap but not in a bad way, its florida... Most people here are tourists. Also you can get alcohol to go cups and walk down the river with your bar drinks and bar hop!

I like "Splitsville" its an enormous bar with great food. Lots of amusement. Bowling lanes, pool tables, darts and more. There are other businesses there too that I haven't been to like a chocolatier shop and more. The outside has a bar in the middle of the area for outside lounging. There are a bunch of tables with umbrellas for shade but not enough. (I hear they're going to remedy that). They have live music outside at times. If your lucky you can watch a cruise ship dock or depart. They dock right there. That's pretty cool to watch. There's a huge parking lot right there and a parking garage across the street. The aquarium is there and a museum. If you looking for something to do and you cant come up with any ideas go there! Day or night you won't be dissapointed.

We aren't from Tampa so we just put into Google maps to find us a vegan restaurant. We decided to get off the bus in Channelside. The restaurant was like a permanent food truck. Not many options but OMG the dish was excellent. We will be back. Naked Farmer. And the ice cream place next to this place had dairy free options also. We got the Blue Thunder with pineapple, so refreshing.

This is the only place in Tampa Bay that I can genuinely say that I enjoy having to go to, it’s like a mini soho in one little plaza! It’s perfection! And the green is such a nice and classy edition, it made sprawling out in cabanas with day drinks actually bearable in this heat! Such a perfect spot to shop, eat and play everything from cornhole to bowling! And in style too!

Quite a few different eateries, including a great chocolate shoppe. Modern layout, plenty of space. Close and free parking.

It was my first time here since they renovated the place and made it accessible to the waterfront. My favorite part was the beer garden and the putt-putt style golfing. They need more and better vegan options in their restaurants. All in all it was a fun evening with good friends.

I absolutely love the renovations. The vibe is so chill, its perfect for date night, a family outing, or some drinks with friends. Its so versatile and has comfy couches and I love the fake grass. It has some lawn games. There's usually some obnoxious kids/guys throwing a football....I really didn't care for that. Other than that, I can't see any negatives. I do think wet Willie's would of fit in just fine. They have some nice snack options and even coffee.

The area is becoming a great place to just chill and enjoy being social. It's very family friendly yet adult based especially late night. Great food and drinks in Sparkman's Worf. Parking is easy and reasonable. Most people are really friendly and respectful of others and the common space.

I came here from Orlando because my sister found this place. It was worth the hour ride. I had the mint chocolate chip ice cream cone. It has white chocolate filling inside the cone with chocolate chips. I had chocolate ice cream. I normally don't like soft serve, but with all the toppings, it was fine. I highly recommend this place for a treat.

Super cool spot to chill with a date or walk around on a cool night with a childhood friend. There’s parking right across the street. Some beautiful river views. There’s a lot of seating but it’s a crowded spot so you’ll have to be patient or lucky. The live music will soothe the angriest beast.

It has changed since 2010, everything new when I remember was closed and I was very disappointed. I was treated very obnoxiously by a short guy in a suit saying the waterfront was rented out and when I saw how much it changed and described the difference, he had no idea what I meant by different entrances back in the day and how lively that was when I was 32. I'm 43 now it was a Ghost town. Other than the PRIVALGED that rented out the whole entire place in 99+° weather on September 12th and 13th

This is a great place to relax outside on a pretty day. There are so many food options that could please any appetite. The only limitation is seating in the shade, but it’s still a beautiful area.

We were in town for a concert at the arena and came here to find a bite to eat. Live music, festive lights, friendly atmosphere, variety of grub. I particularly enjoyed my tacos from Gallitos and my cabernet from Lighthaus. There's a nice area by the water with fake grass also with swings and chairs to relax during the band.

Our Local handles all the Cruise ships at Channelside. Berths for 3 vessels and the area is continually growing and evolving with new eateries and local attractions to see. Also, there is a WWII Merchant Mariner vessel that is open for tours. Admission Fee required. Nice area to spend a day just walking around and taking in all the area has to offer. Florida Aquarium is nestled in amongst this area. Come on down and bask in the FL Sunshine and visit local beaches.

Beautiful spot! Absolutely recommended for anyone's first date. I took my girl over after our dinner portion of the date, then we headed here to the bay plaza for a chill vibe happy and accepting area, we were able to gaze at the moon and stars the whole time we chose to stay, I even seen things out for pets too. I personally love how much there is to offer in such a small spot and with so much space in the mix. Honestly recommended to anyone and everyone, just remember $20+ date idea don't forget to tip it looks good on you👍

Yachts Star Ship Cruise, we went to a graduation, college reveal celebration. Our group boarded, was on the upper deck in our own private section. We had our own waiters. We were started off with an occasion speech, than we were advised of the relative graduation cum Laude, of her class. She will be attending Hampton University. We were started off with a salad, the main coarse than cheesecake. Some of the family went to a different deck to celebrate more and dance While the others enjoyed great conversation and the view. We arrived back where we started and it time to go home. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the great hospitality.
