How to describe Pinecraft? The Amish have been invaded by the English! So much traffic and hustle and bustle rushes through this community of Amish people yet they are able to maintain their sense of community and hold to their values. Watch for the pedestrians and bicycle riders. Stop for a bite at Yoeders or Der Dutchman. Strike up a conversation with a local but please be respectful of their way of life.

This is an area, not a place of business. Very nice vacation/retirement area with excellent Amish/Mennonite eating establishments. Also several great premium ice cream shops! The park is a neat place to visit and observe shuffleboard. Bocce ball and various other activities.

Certainly a unique asset in Sarasota. Several places you can enjoy for great food/ice cream. Oh, and baked goods. There also is a small golf shop I go to to purchase golf balls...good prices! Same for equipment.

A great example on what it means to remain tribal in the modern world. God bless.

😐 The beach is a lot smaller this end of the Key. A nice beach but the ocean front hotels cordon off very large areas of the beach exclusively for their guest. Typical only 1/4 of the chairs an umbrellas they set up were even used! What a waste! We were forced to find spots in between their markers. O...
