I had a DOT PHYSICAL and a RANDOM DRUG TEST at the same time and I told the young lady at the desk that I really had to go pee and I held it for about 15 minutes until I filled out all the paperwork and I asked her again how much longer until they could do the random drug test because I really had to go pee she said it shouldn't be much longer so I sat down for a few minutes and I had to go pee because I held it too long and dripped in my underwear a little so I went and to the restroom and as I came out I heard her say he's out and just as I set down y'all called me back. So I done the physical first and then the random drug test at the end I just barely had enough to do the drug test in me. The physical was all good. No real complaints.

The entire staff is amazing. I’m the ups driver over in Bartow and they treat me like I’m part of the Concentra family. Thank you Susan,Ashley,Maria,Andrea,and Sarah for making me feel so important and appreciated when I stop by. Love you ladies

I had an Awesome experience with these beautiful ladies. Maria and Sarah did awesome answering calls with their courteous and promptness and pleasant voice.. Susan,Andrea, and Ashley with their smiles, gentle and calm nature to help me with all my needs and listening to me. Of courses we can’t forget the treating clinician Nicole Stokes. She was just great with her advice of treatment. Thanks for all you do and have done to help treat me and make me feel comfortable during my injury. I will miss them all. I will be calling every now and then just to drop a hi or hello to you all. God Bless you All!!

What a great bunch of people. Everyone was extremely pleasant and courteous. A little wait time, nothing compared to other places. Once you’re in, they move quickly and most importantly, they listened to my concerns. Didn’t feel rushed to get pushed out for the next patient. Pleasant experience with the staff. 8 Stars.

This facility has always really fast. Very organized and friendly! I’ve been there 3 times for DOT random tests and a couple physicals. Always had me right in and out. I will say that they are sticklers for proper paperwork so be sure you have that correct!!

I absolutely love the entire staff here. They showed that they truly care and made sure I was taken good care of. I was seen by Nicole as my physician and Locum as my physical therapist. Both were awesome in helping me along my journey to recovery. Marie was also an amazing receptionist.

I just want to say that Maria, at the front desk, was amazing. She helped me so quickly. She gave great customer service when I was about to complain about treatment from a different Concentra location. Thanks for all of your help Maria!

Amazing nurse that works there named Susan, Always smiling and also is very nurturing. she will make it hard for you to be anything but happy when you come in.

At this facility they are organized and fast, Ashely at the front desk is very welcoming and kind great attitude.

Most of the staff was great, really friendly, and welcoming. My nurse was great as well. Came here a few times for my work related injury. However, I was being schedule for physical therapy but I had declined it and canceled my appointment. On my last visit before being discharged, a staff member asked if I wanted to do therapy which I declined. However, she claims I no showed for two sessions. I was never given appointments for these two sessions, not by paper, not by verbal communication, nothing. Not even an email or mobile reminder. Her tone was very condescending as well. I had smooth appointments but the ending visit left a sour taste in my mouth.

Susan was the best! She provided impeccable care for me at my appointment. She was friendly and caring from start to finish! Thank you for showing a patient top notch care!

Extremely pleasead with the care and customer service in this office, from the moment I went in Ms Yomaira Lorenzo (front desk) greeted me with a smile on her face, she answered all my questions very professional, and kept a positive attitude at all time. If I could give a higher rating I would gladly do so.

It was ok except waiting over an hour in super cold office. And the lady tryin to talk to me while I was tryin to use the bathroom. Didn’t help, I need concentration. She was a bit rude and tried to imply that I wasn’t peeing bc she didn’t hear anything. Which I had already filled the cup and stopped at the line before she started talking to me. Which made it hard to start peeing again.

Andrea was great for my visit and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Susan and Ashley are great as well!! Everyone is always smiling and super friendly and just all around great people and great care.

I recently visited Concentra in Bartow. It was busy when I got there but the receptionist, Ashley, was extremely polite. Even though they were busy, they got me in quick. Susan was professional along with Deepu. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. I highly recommend this place!!!!

It was not without misgivings that I went here for a preemployment screening. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and friendliness of all the staff. Thank you !!

The front desk people were nice and polite; however much was left to be desired with the physical therapist on hand. He seemed more concerned about the time and when they leave than focusing on me as the patient. He would tell me to do these exercises that really did not seem to pertain to the injury I have, and then just leave the room with little explanation. My overall experience with the physical therapist at this particular location was not great.

The service at this urgent care is a step up from most as evidenced by staff immediately greeting each person who enters, letting each person know what is going on by sharing potential wait times, and they treat each person as an individual not just a number. I witnessed positive interactions from all staff I observed assisting others. I would recommend this place for best practice because the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Maria and Susan were amazing. They knew how to get things done. They were friendly and professional. More doctor offices need to follow their example.

I arrived about 3:30 PM and was able to do my drug screen within the hour of arrival. I've been before and had to wait a while but that was about a year ago. The ladies I interacted with were pleasant and the facility was clean.

Maria is by far the most awesome amazing customer service representative. She makes the process much simpler when it comes to making sure all necessary paperwork is done and accurate.. kudos Maria keep it up girlie..

The nurses there were very professional Very upbeat and very happy. I could see that they really enjoy their job. Not quite what I expected but I would definitely recommend this place. Good job!!!

Went hear and they just told me they don’t do any care I need to see my primary. Well that’s why I’m here and my primary is closed. She said we don’t any labs or anything. Wasted my time taking a Uber here. Like Urgent care what do you do. The lady at the front stated they just do work related things like workmen comp so I stated for workmen comp you should take a urinalysis or blood test and she just looked at me. Horrible place would give zero stars. It was 3 people ahead of me and it was 4pm they close at 5pm I believe they just didn’t wanna see me

Went in for a simple pre employment drug screening and DOT physical. I’m greeted with smiles and patience immediately. Staff was very friendly and honestly seemed to care, regardless of reason for visit. If I could make this place my primary care facility, I most certainly would!

Easy, and efficient pre-employment testing! I’ve used this facility multiple times for contract work and I have had zero complications. The staff are all friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend!
