I could write a book. However I'll just be blunt. My husband and I have been patients with Bond Clinic for 20+ years. The decline in patient care is NEGLECTFUL! Dr Juan Rivera, being our primary CARE Physician staff are NEGLECTFUL. Never answers the phones, never returns messages, are not proactive with outside Specialist, does not have patients CARE skills, and are HORRIBLE with following thru with assuring our medical needs are met. Looks like I'll be going to the hospital for the fourth time as my health is declining because I have been waiting since June 15 th for Dr Riveras staff to follow thru COMPLETELY with a referral my outside GI Dr submitted. I am DONE! My husband and I have obtained a new Primary CARE Physician outside of Bond Clinic. I understand that our decision doesn't affect Bond Clinic. We are just a number, as we have been treated as such. I hope Bond Clinics Administration has access to these rating and comment

If I could leave negative stars I would. Bond clinic, not the doctors, nurses, admin but whoever is the "guy at the top". You should be ashamed of how this clinic has completely fallen apart. At best sued for your complete negligence for patient care! Your phone, fax and internet system is ridiculous. I understand the hurricane has something to do with the outage, but truthfully your system was trash before the hurricane. So many times I've tried calling even before the hurricane and the phones are down. It is completely unacceptable for a medical facility to try to operate this way. You have patient lives in your hands and it's taking over a month to fix a system that was severely flawed before the hurricane. You have some great doctors and staff but you have an overall star rating of 2, that is so ridiculous. I've ready your responses to your low rated reviews, all you have to say is we are sorry? This place should be shut down before the lack of accessibility to your facility kills someone!

My doctor sent a referral and I've been trying since October to get an appointment for a mammogram, but the phone handling situation is the worst. I've left numerous messages but with no return phone calls. Today I spent more than 15 minutes calling, having it ring until it was sent back to the call routing message, putting in the extension again and again until someone finally picked up. When it was finally answered by Amanda, she told me she doesn't have a referral on file. Good grief! I give up and I've asked her to send my disc to Akumin Radiology. I wanted to stay at the same place for continuity of care for my mammograms, but this is totally ridiculous!

I can never speak to a person when I call my doctor's office. It's always leave a message, and someone will get back to you, but the never do. I called Dr. Pamala Reyes office on Monday this week to request I be scheduled for a PSA test. I was instructed on the pone to leave a message, which I did. It is now Thursday morning, and I have yet to receive a reply. Looking for another Doctor, at probably another clinic.

Have called Dr Ibrahims office 4 times and left messages evertime and have not received a return call. My mother has passed away and trying to ensure all her appointments have been cancled. If this is how people are treated I'm glad we do not have to deal with this office any longer.

I do not have issue with the two doctors I see at Bond but I certainly do have big issues with how the phone system and patient portal work. I call, go through the prompts, leave detailed messages with phone numbers, but never receive any call backs. Patient portal does not work either. The only way to get results and/or answers is to physical go to the office and not leave until the issues is taken care of. Very poor way to run a business. I would leave Bond Clinic if I had another choice.

This place is a joke. Please take your healthcare elsewhere. In the last year I've had more than a few issues considering I'm a fairly healthy 34 year old who doesn't require frequent care. I will happily drive 45 minutes out of my way to be treated better than this. I feel sorry for the older generation who already may have a difficult time navigating healthcare in general and have to be treated at Bond.

I can never get in touch with anyone, always have to leave messages. The office staff in Dr Reyes r not nice people, and I have not seen the Doctor in 2 years always seeing the nurse. I was told I have to do certain appts for my insurance to cover, which I called my insurance and I was told I didn't have to do that. So the office staff was not true full. I have decide to take my family some where else for our medical needs.

I love the provider we see. I get to understand that the billing department do not inform patients of overpayments and entitlement of your money back. Everytime I would go in, they would never say to me I have a credit on my account. I will always ask becuase I know I have a credit there and they will confirm it. This speaks volume! Why would they have money sitting on my account and not inform me!!! I will highly recommend everyone to check in with your insurance on the amount you really owe them and what you overpaid. If I never use to follow up with claims and bills, I wouldn't have known about the overpayments. I have not received a phone call about it. I get to understand I have to request it. This is very ridiculous! How would I know I overpaid, if I was not informed? Someone needs to do something about this!!! and also reiterate to your staff to be upfront with credits on patients account. That credit can pay a bill or put food in mouths in this hard time rather than holding patient's credits.

Phone number on the website doesn’t even work anymore. I’ve been trying to get a refill on my prescription for a few weeks now but I can’t even get a response. I’ll definitely be looking for a new Dr. and clinic to go to. I shouldn’t have to struggle this much to get a hold of my doctor.

Dr. Koilpillai and APRN Shawana Gibson are a dream team! Happy I made the switch to Bond Clinic to find an awesome new PCP.

I would NEVER go to this office (Dr. Teffeau). I waited a month-and-a-half for an appointment, only to be called less than 24 hours before to tell me that he wasn't listed as my PCP and would not see me. Incredibly unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible pediatric office. The staff is rude, you cannot get anyone on the phone. Took me over a week to get ahold of anyone, even after leaving a voice mail. My kids have been with this doctors office since 2018 and it has just gone down hill since.

They manage to screw up my lab work every 6 months, making it very difficult to keep current with my meds. The phones never work. They are severely understaffed, and the staff they do have are very rude. This place is absolutely awful. When it rains, the roof leaks and they have to put buckets in the hallway to catch the water. After Hurricane Ian, there was an inch of water on the floor inside the building and it smelled like rot. The roof still hasn't been fixed.

I just got discharged this week from physical therapy following rotator cuff surgery. Every therapist I worked with was friendly and highly skilled. They all definitely knew their art and craft. They paid close attention to my reactions during therapy and shifted activity when needed. I had a great experience and I highly recommend this clinic.

After 2 months of waiting for medical attention with Dr. Flabio Arana and due to being late due to an accident, they cancel your appointment and I was calling to let him know that I was going to be late but the receptionist was not available. They want to give you the other one Appointment for 2 months later that lets you know that they are too full and they don't have more time for you. Advice for all those patients who think of seeking this doctor, do not hire him as your doctor, look for the one who has the time and puts your health first That the first time of the appointment he has a lot of money and I know that he is going to lose you as a patient at some point, be it because you looked for another doctor or you died anyway.

i am a new patient. i went to dr hanson, an orthopedic surgeon. he ordered an MRI on my wrist. His office staff supposedly sent an order to another part of Bond clinic to schedule. it has been a week and still no word and my wrist is still swollen and sore. today i called dr hansons office and was given another number to check on the MRI. they said my ins hasnt responded. i call my ins and they have no record of a submission for an MRI. they told me all they have to do is call and give them the info. i called bond clinic back and no one could tell me who submits the request to my ins. Dr hansons office says it should be scheduling, scheduling says it should be dr hansons office. so frustrating. now after a week dr hansens office said they would check on it and call me back and i am waiting.

Showed up for a 845 appointment with Dr Eldeeb/their nurse practicioner. Waited an hour! Turns out the doctor wasn't even there yet and they had no idea when they were going to show up. And if I hadn't mentioned anything we would have been waiting indefinitely with no explanation. No wonder this clinic has a 2.6 rating. Had to take off work for this and then had to reschedule because I had to go into work after the wait.

While my provider was very kind, I felt as though my concerns were disregarded. I have a hard time coming to the doctor as it is and for this being my first time at the clinic, I was not entirely pleased. I requested to be seen by Dr. Arrango but instead saw Appratto, an APRN. He listened to my concerns regarding my condition that I have had for a few years, and then stated that I was too young and needed lab work to consider anything. While I understand needing lab work, I feel as though age shouldn’t have been a factor considering I am a young adult and know myself well enough by now to know what my body needs. After paying a $50 copay to be established, have to return in 2 weeks incase I have “changed my mind” about my decision and to discuss blood work. The experience wasn’t terrible, I just believe that when someone has a genuine concern regarding a condition they have, a provider should want to help them in every possible way.
