I
had
such
a
bad
experience
the
second
time
with
Miranda
that
I
haven’t
been
able
to
get
up
the
courage
to
go
to
a
new
salon.
I
literally
left
with
half
the
extensions
not
put
in
because
she
took
so
long
and
I
had
to
get
my
kids
from
school.
I
was
supposed
to
return
after
picking
up
the
kids
but
once
I
seen
that
she
had
ripped
half
my
hair
out
when
removing
the
old
extensions.
She
said
that
they
didn’t
have
the
correct
clarifying
shampoo
in
order
to
remove
the
glue.
She
didn’t
highlight
my
hair
like
asked
only
toned
it
turning
it
grey
blue
on
the
ends
and
my
roots
were
not
done
so
they
were
a
light
brown
dirty
blonde.
And
chopped
it
off
so
badly.
Taking
inches
off
hair
that
was
just
trimmed
weeks
before
when
the
extensions
were
first
done.
The
new
extensions
that
were
placed
didn’t
match
my
hair
at
all(even
if
my
hair
would
have
been
dyed
correctly).
They
were
a
cheaper
brand
and
looked
like
shiny
plastic
Barbie
doll
hair
yellow
gold
blonde
color
and
other
pieces
were
platinum
with
red
lowlights
.
She
placed
them
in
so
tight
I
had
a
horrible
migraine
for
days.
She
was
aware
of
my
large
scars(sensitive
bald
spots)
from
a
car
accident
and
my
insecurities
of
them.
She
purposely
sectioned
the
hair
revealing
the
scars
and
walking
off
to
talk
leaving
me
feeling
exposed
in
the
chair.
I
was
having
an
anxiety
attack
the
entire
time.From
the
beginning
she
began
to
complain.
She
actually
told
me
that
she
hated
doing
hair
and
was
joining
the
military
and
felt
as
if
she
should
have
never
been
doing
hair.
It
was
a
complete
180
from
my
original
experience
with
her.
And
this
wasn’t
a
cheap
visit.
I
left
crying
and
my
friend
that
was
there
watching
had
seen
how
badly
I
was
being
treated
and
continued
asking
me
to
speak
up
and
to
tell
Kelly
how
bad
it
was.
It
didn’t
matter
my
anxiety
and
her
attitude
had
me
frozen
and
I
was
screaming
inside
and
couldn’t
wait
to
leave.
Just
to
get
home
to
spend
hours
using
Pam
cooking
spray
to
remove
the
800$
worth
of
hair
and
washing
my
hair
with
the
correct
shampoo
to
remove
the
chunks
of
glue
leftover
from
the
other
extensions.
I
literally
am
a
nervous
wreck
to
go
to
any
salon
again
after
this.
She
admitted
to
being
a
marijuana
user
and
I
don’t
know
if
that
was
her
on
a
day
not
high.
But
I
have
went
months
keeping
this
to
myself
and
I
finally
need
to
let
her
know
that
she
is
a
horrible
person.
The
things
she
said,
the
way
she
treated
me
was
like
Regina
George
in
mean
girls.
I
am
not
hoping
that
you
get
hit
by
a
bus
or
anything
but
I
am
reporting
this
to
the
licensing
department.
Because
I
now
have
the
courage
to
say
that
Miranda
should
not
be
allowed
to
touch
a
person’s
hair
again.
She
shouldn’t
be
allowed
near
a
customer
service
job.
And
her
self
centered,
entitled,
spoiled
self
does
need
the
military
because
hopefully
they
can
break
her
down
and
then
fix
her
to
be
useful
for
something
that
doesn’t
require
her
in
customer
service.
Two
visits
and
I
spent
close
to
3,000$.
First
visit
amazing.
I
haven’t
had
that
confidence
since
my
car
accident.
But
the
2nd
visit
ruined
my
hair
and
my
view
on
trying
a
new
hair
salon.
Kelly
the
owner
is
amazing.
But
when
I
called
to
tell
her
about
my
complaints
I
was
on
speaker
and
they
all
were
laughing
and
just
repeating
what
I
would
say.
Charisma
deserves
karma!!
