I will absolutely recommend Vitale Institute to anyone and everyone. The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. They respond to your phone calls and questions promptly. The office and waiting area is spotless. Dr Derbyshire was so nice and so helpful. He addressed all my questions and concerns.

I cannot speak highly enough of the incredible team at Vitale ENT! I enjoyed my entire experience with their staff, from walking through the front doors to checking out. James Hanshew is an incredibly brilliant PA, and Dr. D is one truly in a million. Both Maria and Megan made me feel like family, not just a patient, and I am looking forward to coming back for my follow up appointment.

I was recommended to see Dr. Di Pasquale but was reluctant since I’d seen another doctor. I was very happy with the way Dr. Di welcomed me. He made me feel like he knew me for years so I felt comfortable. I felt I was in good hands because he went over issues and medications and made adjustments. He even took the time to examine me when I said I had asthma and right away sent meds to pharmacy. I’m already feeling better. I love the fact that they utilize technology; no paperwork. Thank you, Dr. Di Pasquale for showing that you care!

Saw Dr D yesterday for 1st time. He immediately diagnosed my issue and started on new treatment plan. So pleased. Recommended to family and they already have appointments for early next week!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was very nervous to get a tonsillectomy but the entire staff made me feel secure through every step & answered all of my questions about the procedure, insurance, and symptoms. The office is quiet and relaxing, & you can tell the staff really cares.

All the staff is very nice and friendly, and professional . The audiologist is so sweet and gentle and explained everything during hearing test. The doctor was very professional, informative and so handsome.. The ONLY negative feedback that I had when I called to make the appointment they took my insurance information and made my appointment and I asked how much will this appointment cost me and the receptionist answered “you pay nothing for this visit, your insurance pays for everything”, go after my appointment to schedule my next appointment the receptionist told me that I owe $134… I told her that I was told this visit would cost nothing but she said that part of the visit was covered, but not the other part. Well, that’s not what they told me. She said it was part of a co-pay and I told her I made my copayment of $25 online. And another girl came up and checked that and yes I did pay $25 so she subtracted the $25 and I ended up having to pay $109. I don’t mind paying my portion, but I would like to be warned ahead of time that’s why I asked on the phone and should have been told my portion ahead of time.

Super friendly environment friendly employees, very attend and informative and attention to detail and Dr. James explain everything thoroughly about my condition and gave me a lot of options that would work for my , I am super pleased with my visit and I can’t wait for the end results. I have been a patient at Vitale Ear, Nose & Throat for about 3 months now. I am very thankful for the care that I have received from Dr. Derbyshire as well as the post operative care that he has provided me. Dr. Derbyshire is very compassionate and he takes the time to explain everything in detail. I would also like to thank Megan for her help along the way. She helped me with scheduling my surgery and has assisted me with the follow up appointments.
