I cannot stress how horrible this place is, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! The good reviews on here are fake or they work here. No sane person can say this place is good to live at. The insane amount of issues I had living here for two years. First the HOA here is absolutely horrible, no one can do their jobs. For the simplest issues I would wait a week for mechanics then to have them leave a job half done because they didn't bring the right tools or supplies. Next most of the neighbors are extremely loud or are drug dealers. Everyday I walked to my door to the smell of weed, to have cops come to my door questioning me because of neighbors. Lastly, the people who live here for years think they run the place. I had a nieghbor throw poop at me and the administration that runs this neighborhood made excuses for his actions because he lived there for 5 years with no issues. Also, had an issues with another neighbor who was on the board who screamed at me for having my dog in a certain area. The people who run this neighborhood do not care about new residents just keeping the people who live there long term. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!

The staff is friendly and efficient. Shari is terrific and John and Alphonso are always taking care of everything that has to be taken care of. Absolutely love the community! The people and the grounds are well kept. And the neighbors are always super friendly.

This is an amazing place to be at. Own or rent. Great amenities and and an amazingly friendly staff that are here day to day running things. The only bad thing that I can say about it is the people that do not cre to follow the basic rules (i.e. parking in resident spots without a sticker, blocking the walkway for others with excessive bikes and scooters that could pose a hazard for those on the ground floor with disabilities trying to exit their homes in case of fire. Aside from those two small complaints the place is a paradise

Wonderful neighborhood to call home in. Office management is the best. The maintenance is fantastic. Condo fees include building, roof and street sealing, landscaping, trash and outside pest. It has cameras. The location is so convenient to local attractions, food and shopping and Palm Harbor is a great city to live in. This neighborhood has plenty of amenities. I feel blessed to have lived here for so long.

I have lived here for more than 10 years and it is a great place to live the grounds are beautiful the place is well maintained Sherry the complex manager knows everyone by name it's also a very safe place to live with plenty of security cameras there's a nice little gym and a beautiful pool area at the clubhouse I can't speak highly enough about this place. But if you are having someone over for the first time or having something delivered make sure to tell them whether you're on the North or the South side of the building because depending what entrance they come in they can get really confused almost every single time the first time

Been here 5 years. Awesome complex with awesome staff. The only problem is dogs. We have a dedicated area for dogs to do their thing however some residents as seen in other post being rentors think their animals can go wherever they want .It is a short walk to doggy area. 50 feet in some cases. Their is a dedicated area and to make the racist remark is beyond contempt
