We stayed in 310 overlooking the water. Beautiful place. Quiet neighbors, and less traffic. We were surrounded but all the great beaches, including Clearwater beach and St. Pete. So nice to be able to eat out in the balcony and watch dolphins. Had everything you needed to cook with, and was well made cookware,not cheap stuff. Bed slept good and the whole thing was very nice for our family of four. Daniel was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. If we go back that way, he’ll be the first guy I’ll call.

Absolutely amazing place to stay! It was perfect in every single way! The location couldn’t be any better, it’s within minutes of everything you need! Only 15 minutes from the bigger beaches and less than 10 from some of the smaller but still amazing beaches! So many great places to close by too! The condo was immaculate, very clean, super cozy, couch and bed were very comfortable and it has all the amenities you need plus some! The pool was wonderful and the views are just absolutely breathtaking! I would highly HIGHLY recommend staying here! Daniel was extremely kind, response and accommodating too! So, so thankful to have found this slice of Heaven and will definitely be back!

Daniel was a very responsive host for our stay in unit #310. The unit was clean and the lock code for the door made getting in a breeze. Arriving after midnight, the bottle of wine was a welcomed gift after being at the airport! The sunset views from the balcony was probably our favorite. There were plenty of pots, pans and dishes for our stay. The dishwasher made clean up easy. We made good use out of the coffee maker which did k-cups or by the pot. The sleeper sofa was probably the most comfortable spot! The king mattress was nice but I prefer something a little softer because of my back. The codes for the pool only work 1 of the pool gates. The pool closes at dusk but many told us that was more of a suggestion than a hard rule. The other gate was chained closed. Access to the kayaks and bikes were easy to locate. The fishing gear was a nice touch and we did use that and caught probably 10-15 catfish off the private dock using shrimp as bait. The dolphins visited early in the mornings. One owner told us there was an alligator in the marina a few days before our arrival but we didn’t get to see it.

My mother, daughter and I visited this condo complex in December and the property was so nice, I knew I wanted to visit again with my husband and children. Daniel's condo by the water was PERFECT!!! Much to our delight, there was even a complementary bottle of wine for us on the table. The kids really enjoyed the pool and I really enjoyed the hot tub in the mornings and evenings. The only true negative is at dusk, some "grumpy old men" would come out to remind us that the pool/spa area closed at dusk. We are already thinking about our next stay! Views were awesome, proximity to cool restaurants, shops, beaches and bars! Can't wait to go back!

My Wife and I stay in Unit 310 for a quick one week get away. We had previously stayed in unit #410 back in January both of these units were awesome. They were just as advertised, check in was easy parking was perfect. The place is in a great location with stores and restaurants close by. The pool and hot tub are perfect and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again. Daniel was very responsive, and you can tell he cares about making sure guest are satisfied! We would highly recommend this place. We stayed in Unit 410. We absolutely loved this unit. Everything in the unit is 1st class, towels, appliances, furniture. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we enjoyed watching the sunsets and all the boats going by. The complex is squeeky clean and beautiful and the pool was heated! We used Pinellas Trail each morning and was easily accessible. Check in and access was so easy and the owner was great to work with. We would definately stay in this unit again!

#310 had a spectacular view of Boca ciega bay! The condo was comfortable and the pool and hot tub overlooking the bay was also very nice and convenient on days when we were unable to make it to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again but will be sure to get proper access to the bicycles available to the unit to explore the Pinellas trail.

Beautifully updated condo with everything you might need, stunning views with dolphins and manatees with sunsets right off your balcony, quiet getaway if you just need some space. I loved that it came fully equipped with a washer/dryer access to kayaks, grills and beach chairs, fishing poles. Really anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable and a home away from home. Plus it was exceptionally clean, and David was extremely friendly and responsive even being so far away, I would stay with him again in a heartbeat!
