Over the past month I have done a number of infusions with Dr. Zohar. I can say without a doubt in my mind that this treatment has changed my life. After years of PTSD nightmares, anxiety and treatment resistant depression I have finally been able to sleep peacefully and have had more energy than I can ever remember having. My only regret comes from not trying this sooner. I have read quite a bit about ketamine therapy being used for this kind of treatment and after researching clinics around FL I decided to give Florida Mind Health Center For Ketamine Therapy a call. I must admit, I was a skeptic initially. Partly because I lost hope that anything could change my life for the better and also because this seemed to good to be true! I was certainly in for a surprise. After 2 weeks of treatment my life and everything in it changed. I was at peace, happy, and dealing with situations like I could have never imagined! Last week I finished three KIT at Dr Zohar Levites Florida Mind Health center in Gainesville. Because I travel my time was condensed and my treatment for Depression/Anxiety/Addiction was aggressive and intense……but it seems to be working, and that seems to be one of my hurdles was to believe something could work, and something Dr Z told me was to believe. For my first KIT experience I cannot say enough about Dr Z and staff at FMHC, the whole thing from last Wednesday to now has been life changing. Another bond we share is he is a veteran Officer of the IDF and I served in the US Army for most my adult life:). His concern is genuine, he has a gentleness, a big smile and he listen and provides timely feedback. My only current regret was not seeking this treatment sooner, but thankful I was able to receive it. My treatment was three infusions spread over 4 days and time in the chair was really intense as the dosage was to really pump up the positive levels of good things. I also have nightly Troches of 50mg, and like I said everything seems to be going fine. Daily my clarity, my desire to be productive, and overall happiness increases and I find myself smiling for know reason. One last thing is a message to my US Military Veterans Dr Z is a veteran of the IDF and he understands the “Suck” we face, it’s a very endearing quality in my book. So with that if you are looking for a place to receive treatment I cannot recommend Dr Zohar enough, I like his motto “Talk about mental health loudly “ Currently at day 10 and still noticing positive change every day and still free of all that weight and pain dragging me down. Zohar is great at what he does and very personable! However, for those who can't afford to keep coming back for boosters, I feel compelled to let you know that spirituality is strongly linked to mental health. Even if you aren't a believer and have to force yourself to read from Genesis to Revelation, I would highly recommend reading the Bible daily as a supplement to your treatments so that you don't relapse. I used to be atheist, buddhist, then agnostic, but meeting Jesus is ultimately what revealed the root of my problem and grafted me onto a different tree, giving me hope for the future despite our rapidly degrading society and planet.
