I had one of the nastiest experiences with a phone receptionist, Cindy. She was highly impatient with me doing my activation process, to where she told me I had until 3pm. Then she gets nasty with me on the phone, only taking like 10 minutes if that. So I called her exactly what she was acting like. I was looking forward to giving this Sex Therapy a shot since I have severe trauma being intimate with anyone for past reasons. Regardless, I would think twice before allowing time for this establishment. I had great tellers before, but she was downright rude. I will mention them on my YouTube channel and spread the word about their incompetence on dealing with new clients. Great job hiring her! Furthermore, she canceled my appointment without informing me first out of sheer spite with a 😃 face text. This receptionist added more fuel to the fire. I can assure you this, she is messing with someone far beyond her intelligence. It is not nice, nor wise to do this to anyone, because you may just regret it with the consequences. I was already having a bad day, but to purposely not answer the phone, either being the only one on duty is not ok. So I will speak to her supervisor, and they have lost my business. I am appalled by this lack of professionalism. Thank you.

From my first phone call to schedule an appointment -to the completion of my Tele-Med visit with Dr. Lado, via Zoom app, I am happy to say how caring and professional the staff members were in guiding seamlessly through my first experience with a Tele-Med doctor's appointment. I am especially grateful for the professionalism and 'screen-side' manner of Dr Lado. It is my pleasure to highly recommend the Lado Healing Institute.

BEWARE! Dr. Lado is not in the business of helping people. Instead, he wants to push pills and ketamine. I had an absolutely disheartening experience with him. After waiting a month for an appointment, I waited an hour to be seen. He never asked my name or what my issues were. He simply asked what I wanted, pills or ketamine. This was after being in his office for 5 minutes. Disgusting. He has no business treating mental health. I told him I thought we would discuss what’s going on with me, and he simply said, I read your questionnaire, which was a short list of symptoms to pick from. He’s a drug dealer in a lab coat. What a joke.

Silvana and staff are absolutely amazing! They care about You! They treat you with compassion and kindness and are genuinely concerned about your progress. Silvana goes above and beyond in every aspect of your journey to living life again!!!! I can’t thank her enough!!

Do not make an appointment at this institute if you are looking for someone to care about you, and really help you if you have depression, and are struggling with life. Dr. Lado should retire. He is jaded and smug-extremely uncaring. If you are looking for someone to give you whatever pills you want this is your place.

For the first time I have hope for the future meds only cover up the problem the Lado Healing Institute lead by Dr Lado are the only group that attack the problem at the source & hope for my future begins.The staff is very caring & Dr Lado gives you HOPE...Thank You !!!!!!!

Short wait times for the nurse practitioner Toscano. She spends plenty of time asking questions and listening.
