Originally from up north (NJ), we missed pizza and sandwiches. Yes there are some good places in Spring Hill. That said we found a diamond. Richie's sells cheesesteak, but omg taste their pizza. Let's not forget the flashback to the Jersey Shore with their ice (try the coconut). You guys have made us a believer. Loyalty to a place is what we strive for and you have got ours from now on!

Amazing cheesesteaks!! We were visiting from PA and were very impressed with Richie’s. They make fresh chips and fries here, too! I would definitely come back.

Cheese steak sandwich was BOMB, soooo good, the cheese they use is so gooey & melty, and the sandwich is full of steak, they don’t skimp. Definitely pleased & definitely will be back. The pizza crust was nice & crispy and held the pizza together well. One thousand percent recommended!

So I Finally got to Richie's cheese steaks. I ordered a couple cheese steaks and some fries with a water and a root beer. The place wasn't busy when I arrived and the girl took my order and brought it to the table in a timely manner. Friendly staff. The fries were fresh cut and golden brown, hot and delicious. I also like that they serve you chilled ketchup. The cheese steak was large and in charge and about a 8 out of 10 for me. I had a huge amount of cheese that sorta overpowered my steak. Garlic also a bit heavy. The roll was great, nice and soft and chewy like it should be. Richie's seem to have a pretty expanded menu that includes burgers, calzones, pizza, wings and many other items. For the most part this place is worth the stop if your in the area. I will be coming in again Richie's. Thanks for the good food and keep up the good work. Expect to spend about $15 per person. And don't complain!! If you do ... FORGETABOUTIT !!!!!!!!!

Richies cheesesteak is by far THE BEST cheesesteak in hernando county. I don’t care what anyone says. I have tried every other cheesesteak place in town and between the hunk soft meat, the delicious flavorful cheese and soft yet crispy bun, they have made music to my mouth. Absolutely perfect. I had tried all the cheesesteaks in town about 3 years ago and I have never had another since richies.

I love this place!! Every time I go, the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The customer service is also great. We love the family deals and the great new and improved website.

Long strand of hair inside my sandwich (different color than mine). Mgr did offer to remake my food at another time , but I don’t want to eat here again smh 🤢 staff needs to make sure they’re wearing hair nets.

A hidden gem nestled in a corner in Spring Hill, FL! Servings are a big bang for your buck and the food is absolutely delicious! Large soft pretzels are great and of course the cheesesteaks are amazing! A must try if you're in the area. Something for just about everyone.

This place is a freaking joke!! The first time we went there, we ordered a couple cheese steak's and chips. We waited almost an hour for them and was repulsed by them, nothing but grease, literally. We only took a couple of bites and decided to take them home for our dogs. We actually drove to Taste of Philly to get good sandwiches and even showed them what we where taking home. Fast forward a year until today, November 10th. Saw they offered 18" cheese pizza's because of Hurricane Nicole for $10. Decided to give them a second chance. I called at 1 to order one, spoke to Kaitlyn and was told, "they ran out of pizza dough, to call back after 3". I just did so, called at 3 exactly, spoke to Kaitlyn again and was told the pizza guy is by himself so it would be approximately 2 and 1/2 hours. Knowing this earlier, why not take my order then for now. To think, I was not only going to give a second chance but I was going to drive across town from original Brooksville proper out by the courthouse. Sure glad I didn't waste my money in gas or for their incompetency. What a joke.

First time trying Ritchie’s and it was very good. I usually won’t order pizza here in Florida because I’m usually disappointed. I tried this place because of word of mouth. I will definitely get pizza here when I decide to get pizza. If I had any sorta complaint it would be they need a better sign for their entrance and onions on my pizza were a little sparse. I’m not sure why but whenever I order onion on a pizza everyone only puts a tiny bit on. There was plenty of sausage and cheese. So my advice is try this place. Great food and price and the service was quick. 👍👍👍🍕

In a new area and decided to look for some place to eat lunch and came across this place and the reviews seemed amazing so I decided to give it a try. This is a cute little place that you would definitely drive by and miss, (which I did) so I had to make a u-turn. The Philly Cheesesteak that I had with no bread cuz I'm gluten free and they don't offer gluten-free options, and fries which are fresh cut were so delicious I thought I was in Philly! I truly was impressed since this is my 2nd favorite sandwich. My only complaints were it was freezing cold in there and the MUSIC! At first the song that was on when I sat down after ordering my food had a few profanities so I thought it was just a little mishap because the other songs that followed were clean HOWEVER.. the song that came on as I was almost finishing my meal was called P*$$y Fairy(Jhené Aiko), I do not feel that men and women genitalia, F- Bombs, N-word etc.. is appropriate music for diners to listen to. I understand this is not my place of business nor my place of work but they do make clean versions of songs if you want that type of music played in your establishment. The next time I visit this place if I hear that music I definitely will be getting my food to go.

Words cannot express how wonderful this place is! First time here and will mostly likely become regulars lol. Not one thing was less than great. The calzone was exceptional!! Our cashier Kelly was so kind and helpful! She gave our party many recommendations and gave great service the whole time! She sold me on the Italian ice on the way out… the strawberry lemonade was awesome! The menu is huge, truly a place for everybody. You should go here for lunch or dinner, you will not be disappointed!

The staff, as always, was friendly, helpful, and fantastic. I placed my order on my way to Fyzacal for some PT. And they had it ready for me when I finished. Such wonderful service ❤️.

The food and staff are always FANTASTIC! Whether you're picking up, eating in, or getting delivery the staff is always friendly and attentive. They treat their customers like family! The food is always made fresh, great portion sizes and is always delicious!!!! One of the best cheesesteak I've had in years!!!

When I lived in spring hill I ordered at least once a week...now I live in Wesley chapel and still come here for the cheese steaks...I've tried the 2 famous cheese steak places in Philly and Ritchie is right up there with them...I was reading the reviews on here and some people complain about it being pricey. Have you people been to a chain fast food lately???.....where you get dried up burgers, cold fries,and a flat soda....Ritchie 's is made to order,hot and fresh,and about the wait time, I would wait 20 minutes knowing that I'm going to get good and "made to order " food..instead of waiting 20 minutes at some drive thru and getting cold food without even napkins.....Richie is running a great business and all the years he has been operating the food is consistent..I was a owner/operator of 3 restaurants up north and I know right away if something is good.....keep it up Richie, your place is awesome 👌

I went here for dinner today with my dad. We had ordered 3 cheesesteaks (2 for us and an extra for my mom), 2 slices of Pizza, and an order of bacon cheese fries. The pizza was delicious but had a thin crust. The sauce was not super acidic and had a bit of a sweetness to it. When the cheesesteaks came I was super excited to taste them. I knew that they were going to taste good because the smell was making my mouth water as my dad drove home. When we arrived home, I was super excited to open the cheesesteak. It was so delicious and tasted amazing with all the toppings (I ordered mine with bacon, onions, and mushrooms). The bacon cheese fries were to die for. The cheese sauce was super creamy and tasted amazing with the bacon pieces scattered on top. The service was amazing as well. Staff were friendly and personable. The cashier was super excited to hear I was ordering the bacon and cheese fries because they were her favorite thing on the menu. The restaurant atmosphere is what you would normally expect from a cheesesteak restaurant but I liked that the restaurant was very clean and organized. I was also entertained with watching Hell's Kitchen while waiting for my order. Overall, if I could give this place more stars I would. I definitely recommend this place and would return again.

I've been eating at Richie's since he opened his doors. Never been disappointed. If you order during busy hours expect to wait a little longer the food is cooked to order and well worth the wait. Cheesesteaks, Broad Street bully and their Pizza is amazing. All of the food is always above expectations. Just like they say if it's not a Richie Cheesesteak it is a Mis-Steak!!! Richie and his wife are amazing individuals that run this place with very good employees that are always friendly and ready to serve. Love this place five stars is not enough!

Been looking for a long time for a good cheese pizza and gave them a try yesterday. It was the best pizza hands down for the spring hill area. Dough was perfect texture and thickness, generous amount of cheese and the sauce was delicious. I will be back and highly recommend!
