One
of
my
worst
resort
experiences
ever.
It
started
off
great
and
the
staff
at
the
front
desk
are
very
nice
and
welcoming.
We
checked
in
and
spent
a
few
hours
in
the
room
before
going
out
to
enjoy
Clearwater
for
a
bit.
Upon
return,
everything
went
downhill.
We
got
back
to
our
room
around
2
am
ready
to
relax
and
soak
in
the
in
room
jacuzzi
tub.
Unfortunately
there
was
no
hot
water.
We
called
the
desk
to
be
informed
that
there
wasn't
anything
that
could
be
done
it
that
time.
At
10
am
they
finally
came
up
to
fix
it
as
we
were
already
getting
ready
to
check
out.
I
brought
it
up
again
at
checkout
and
again,
I
was
treated
nice.
The
lady
apologized
and
said
she
could
refund
me
a
max
of
$100
out
of
my
$1100
a
night
room.
(Not
much
but
better
than
nothing).
She
apologized
and
told
us
that
we
were
still
welcome
to
use
the
facilities,
hang
out
by
the
pool,
then
stop
by
and
she
would
put
us
in
another
room
for
a
few
hours
so
we
could
enjoy
a
hot
shower/bath
before
we
leave.
We
went
to
our
vehicle
to
drop
off
our
bags
and
on
the
way
in,
we
were
stopped
and
told
that
the
side
entrance
is
for
guest
only
and
construction
workers
won't
allowed
in
the
area.
Again.
I
paid
$1100
for
a
room,
I
didn't
get
to
shower
so
at
that
point
we
did
look
a
mess
but
the
guy
was
very
rude
even
after
I
told
him
I
was
a
guest.
Now
we
get
back
to
the
pool
area
to
lay
out.
Within
3
minutes
of
being
there
we
were
approached
by
2
other
young
men
(which
were
actually
polite)
to
ask
for
proof
that
we
were
supposed
to
be
there.
We
had
our
room
keys
on
our
wrist
but
they
said
their
manager
wanted
proof
be
cause
we
looked
like
we
didn't
belong.
Even
after
showing
them
our
keys,
we
were
told
that
people
often
find
the
keys
on
the
beach
and
use
them
to
come
into
the
pool
area.
The
2
young
men
admitted
it
was
wrong
and
apologized
but
the
manager
never
came
up
to
apologize.
Finally
we
get
to
lay
by
the
pool
but
that
lasted
for
about
another
3
minutes.
At
this
point
another
young
came
up
and
told
us
that
his
manager
sent
him
over
to
tell
us
that
we
cannot
be
on
the
pool
deck
because
we
have
a
dog.
I
told
him
we
are
guest
on
the
top
floor,
I'm
paying
$1100
a
night
and
that
the
dog
is
my
finances
ADA
registered
service
dog.
(Not
emotional
support).
She
is
allowed
in
hospitals,
restaurants,
planes,
anywhere
but
he
insisted
that
it
was
his
managers
doing.
So
once
again
I
asked
to
speak
with
the
manager.
I
offered
to
provide
any
documentation
needed
even
though
it's
not
required
and
also
made
sure
to
point
out
the
sign
that
said
no
dogs
allowed
except
for
service
dogs.
Which
she
is.
We
were
still
forced
to
leave.
At
that
point
we
were
already
approached
by
3
people
so
it
was
the
most
embarrassing
experience
ever
as
everyone
watched
us
leaving
like
we
were
kicked
out
and
didn't
belong.
Her
solution
was
that
we
could
use
the
beach
if
we
wanted.
Keep
in
mind
Clearwater
Beach
is
free
to
the
public
so
not
much
of
a
solution.
If
you
want
to
pamper
yourself
this
is
not
the
place.
We
were
repeatedly
profiled,
disrespected,
and
embarrassed.
Beautiful
rooms
but
a
lot
of
people
working
there
should
not
be
in
the
hospitality
industry.
Beautiful
rooms
but
overall,
I
give
it
zero
stars
due
to
the
experience
we
had.
