I
have
heard
of
Parmesan
Pete's
for
a
while
and
finally
decided
to
try
it.
I
tried
going
during
season
without
a
reservation
and
was
turned
away.
So
this
time
I
played
it
safe
and
made
a
reservation
I
arrived
at
5:15
and
was
promptly
seated.
This
restaurant
has
a
family
vibe
to
it
and
can
get
very
loud
considering
how
small
the
restaurant
is.
This
is
not
a
romantic
place
but
great
for
a
casual
family
outing.
The
server
brought
out
2
type
of
bread,
one
focaccia
like
and
the
other
which
a
crunchier
crust.
Both
breads
were
very
soft
and
soaked
up
the
marinara
or
olive
oil
that
it
was
served
with.
As
an
appetizer
I
tried
the
fried
meatballs.
They
were
rather
large
size
and
filled
with
ricotta.
They
were
super
tender
and
juicy.
While
ricotta
gave
it
a
creamy
texture.
For
my
main
I
had
the
chicken
parmesan.
This
chicken
Parm
was
good
for
2
meals.
It
was
absolutely
massive.
I
was
concerned
that
it
would
be
over
cooked
but
was
surprised
that
it
was
crunchy
on
the
outside
while
not
overcooked
on
the
inside.
I
also
tried
the
chicken
giambotta.
While
I
thought
the
chicken
Parm
was
good,
this
dish
was
the
winner.
The
chicken
was
perfectly
cooked
and
tender.
The
sauce
was
salty
and
additive,
I
was
considering
licking
the
plate.
The
dish
also
has
hot
peppers
that
give
it
a
nice
kick,
tomatoes,
mushrooms
and
a
delicious
sausage.
You
are
doing
yourself
a
disservice
if
you
go
here
and
don't
get
that.
Overall
the
food
was
really
good,
service
was
on
point.
I
will
be
back.
