Excellent stay while visiting daughter at UCF. Quiet! Very clean. Very comfy beds. Amazing shower. Breakfast included with gluten free options, nearly everything individually wrapped. We already booked to return. Close to many restaurants for dinner. Love the large tables in the lobby/breakfast area for playing board games after hours!

Oh my. This is the best Fairfield Inn that I've stayed. The breakfast caters to us Vegans and vegetarians and that was super awesome. I will be back.

Room is very nice and very clean. But was surprised to come back after a long day at UCF for orientation to no housekeeping while we were gone . I did request extra pillows before leaving this morning and they were on the bed when we arrived back. Seems like for 150.00 a night we should come back to fresh towels and a made bed, but nope. Complimentary breakfast however was very good.

Now this hotel been to the InTown suites in a hamster treats are guests and they might be a couple dollars they should be an extended stay and I would definitely pay that monthly evening is it is rude especially two females instead of nails because they say they're different they can get caught with crack pipes in crack cocaine in their pocket but a female can be going through postpartum depression and be on medication and the father of their second youngest can eat diabetic and she should walk down to get the scent out of the truck and by all means she is under medication and it had a reaction to her they automatically throw her out into the streets where anything can happen to him they didn't have no they didn't ask her anything or nothing gentleman that gets caught by the police three times in the parking lot is still staying in the same room she was staying and she was paid with the adoption agency was paid Fairfield I don't see you doing that at all by any means to any female that is going through 6start playing refreshing and giving up their fourth child right cuz they never have before and now they feel use because that stupid hotel across the street has gotten all her money and the gentleman is a gentleman that are staying in 219 I'm spent and sucked up all her money please tell me a lawyer I can use to try to get my money back from them because I don't find that at all fair by no means being singled out and staying in the same room and this gentleman is walking around barefoot and nodding out in the parking lot and been warned several times and I never never went out my room never had I slept in the bathroom on the floor for 6 months paid my dues paid out my money paid for when my other baby daddy went into the hospital for his crews living establishment and never received anything back and pay for the hotel matter of fact two weeks cost me $1,000 and I gave my child up for their for them to put me out on the street because I went down to get a syringe used forwhen she is diabetic and I went down there and seen it was in his truck still from the day of hard work so I grabbed it and they have no trash cans walking into the building so you can't throw nothing away so basically it's like they sit and you up for failure and then they really set you up for a messed-up me to get dragged through mud when a rooming that is staying in your room gets caught up with the police three-time and they have paraphernalia on them and they don't kick him out but they kick me out who has not been in trouble once on camera buy them once in the lobby once in the parking lot now I never left the room as it was they just flirtatious with my third youngest son's father I think it's a little bit race and sexual races racism against me and they took my money and said okay now we can put it round house that we got her the Dobson agency pay for her to stay here and them so and they were always laughing and giggling and talking under breast with my baby daddy know we're not together and no he was not the father of the child and they still all took my moneydid you guys have a good blind I would love to drag them into the mud you guys would never do that to someone I know this

Needed a place to stay while dropping son off at UCF. First time student and as you can imagine all the stuff being brought up to make his dorm life comfortable and 1st semester happy. Chose this place due to reviews and images found online. This hotel did not disappoint and cannot find one thing that I can say negatively. If anything it surpassed what one would expect - secure, clean and comfortable hotel. It's also conveniently located just a few miles to son's dorm on the UCF campus. Lastly the complimentary breakfast was ideal and served as a great way to just grab a quick bite and get the day started. It had a good selection and variety of items.

Excellent rooms, staff, and amenities. Nice pond with water fowl. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Stayed for a tournament and they were very patient and accommodating. By far the most easy going. Great job by everyone!

Several stays with issues. One smelly room, one next to lobby with no sound barrier and absolutely horribly rude front desk agent with zero customer service skills.

Well run, clean with plenty of included parking. Good breakfast, pleasant staff, and good value for business and holiday travelers. For its level/price class, this checks all the boxes. Loads of dine in/take out food options within a 5-10 minute stroll.

I have stayed here quite a few times. Staff is always super kind. Hotel is clean and in a safe area. Unfortunately, it has one of the worst hotel breakfasts. So if you need a hotel breakfast, this isn't the best choice.

Loved our stay! Everything we wanted to do was close by, the rooms where clean and the place looked very welcoming. Our favorite part was the breakfast, Dianek was very helpful, professional and sweet. 10/10 would recommend and visit again.

We stayed here for UCF orientation and it was great! Front desk service was very nice, room was clean and comfy. I was hesitant due to AC reviews but ours was perfect. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast so no complaints. And the hotel was literally minutes feom UCF. I will definitely recommend this for any future UCF attendees.

This is an excellent property. Every person we spoke with was friendly and welcoming. The rooms and public space are very bright, cheerful, and immaculately clean. Rooms are smallish, but given the affordable price, perfectly adequate. Even number rooms will have the better view.

My mom and I come up here a lot for both business and pleasure. 2 of my kids live and go to college up here... so between them and work and my Disney AP, I'm up here a bit. The service from the staff has always been phenomenal. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and the rooms are always clean and the overall environment is nice and quiet.
