Absolutely Amazing and a Beautiful Place to Relax! Every year the Greek Epiphany Event is at this Location. The boats in the pictures is where they jump from and into the water to retrieve the Cross from the Lake. Thousands of people come from everywhere to see the Event take place including the Archbishop of the Orthodox Church and numerous Political people. The Event is Normally in early January.

Such a beautiful place in Tarpon Springs... A small bayou at the west side of Tarpon and you can go there to walk even to relax and enjoyed the environment... Good for picnics at the weekends also and for little kids too... P.S. also here you can see at 6th of January the epiphany and the blessing of the water by the orthodox priests... such a nice experience with so many people...

The Tarpon Springs Bayou is the place where we hold Epiphany every January 6th. It is also the site for many other events like the Fine Arts Festival which is typically held in March every year. They have a saltwater boat launch, restrooms, a concrete path to walk around the Bayou, a park, playground, restrooms and lighted tennis courts. And it's just a block from Historic downtown Tarpon springs. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful park this is. The water is so tranquil and soothing. Lovely place to take a walk, with plenty of shade trees. There are many historic homes surrounding the park. And lots of the original masonry, making this spot extra special. Dogs are allowed, too🐢

Went to see the Manatees and early morning is the best time. A very pretty area to relax and read a book or picnic. Lots of shade and parking.

Great place to see manatees and take a walk. There were at least 8 manatees in the water and they were active the day I was there. There are people kayaking and lots of people walking dogs. It’s a beautiful setting right in the city. There was plenty of parking and it’s free.

Fun place to walk around! They have a cute little coffee shop there with an upstairs that has a cozy little areas to sit on some comfortable sofas and drink your coffee. They have a antique toy store that we visited on the downtown main Street and being that it's December they had a cute little mailbox where the kids could put letters to Santa. You can take a walk down to the bayou and look at the water and we saw manatee. There are lots of manatees there in the winter who come in for the warm water and that's a great place to check those out.

This area is not to be missed when you visit Tarpon Springs. Lovely bayou surrounded by some of the oldest, most elegant, homes & mansions in the area. Several from the founders & earliest inhabitants of Tarpon Springs
