I stopped in to try on a particular pair of shoes. The store manager, Emontre, greeted us immediately and asked how he could help us. He worked with me for at least 40 minutes trying on all different kinds of shoes until we landed on the ones I wanted (all while juggling 5 different customers in his own). Emontre was passionate and helpful. I do hope the ownership understands how great an employee they have with him.

I tried on a pair of shoes and decided to buy them but noticed they had been worn before. I asked for a new pair since I didn’t want to pay $130 for used shoes. The girl at the register went and got another pair but when we got home we found out that this pair was worse off than the first. It had dirt and rocks in the tread, grass stains and a stain on the top of the shoe. We drove back out to return them and the manager at first said we couldn’t return them because they were worn. My boyfriend insisted that they came that way and the manager said they don’t sell used shoes. A young kid working there vouched that we were there earlier and the manager finally let us return them. The two younger kids working there were super friendly and helpful but I would definitely recommend inspecting your purchase in store before buying so you don’t have to deal with trying to return a used product.

Julia and James, Thank you so much for your help today. I am a long time fit2run member and on cloud lover. I had recently had an issue with an on cloud online purchase, instead of going into the retail store. They sent me the wrong shoe and it was a hassle to get the original shoe purchase. I went into the Fit2run store inside of the Countryside Mall (so convenient) and was able to make the shoe purchase. The shoe I originally wanted was not available but Julia made it HAPPEN! So grateful because I had my heart set on these On Clouds. Great teamwork! Thanks again.

I have very hard feet to fit (high arches that collapse) and went to Madison who helped me find the best shoes for work. I work in retail and need comfortable shoes I can stand in all day! Overall, the customer service experience was great! I’m very happy I went to this location as the customized service and knowledge base Madison had was very impressive!

Was a great place to get on cloud shoes but they cut back the selection of colors. Now I’ll just get them online.

Terrible experience overall. Purchased two pairs of shoes online, One was for pickup from the store and the other was to be delivered to my house. Went there to pick up the pair that they had in stock and was told I couldn't get them because I had to wait for the other pair to arrive. After talking to customer service they called the store and released the shoes to me. This isn't the first time I've had issues.

I spoke to Cece on the phone yesterday before I went in to the store to make sure they had the shoes I wanted (Hoka's). Cece was so helpful on the phone and awesome when I went into the store today. She took the time to explain the difference in the Hoka styles and love the feetures socks. Thank you so much Cece

Shout out to Ryan for coming to my work place and yelling at a full staff of women co-workers and I about his coffee not being prepared, when we were busy and moving as fast as we humanly could. It’s never appropriate to yell and scream at someone , especially in your Fit To Run uniform in the middle of a mall, and while complaining about leaving their store location unattended to grab said coffee. Go to a different location or be in risk being serviced by a man with no patience and no respect to others.

I've been on the hunt for comfortable shoes for about a year now, and this is one of the few times I've felt truly listened to! Both women were very nice and considerate and listened to what I needed. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Thank you!

Great staff each of the of the three ladies was friendly helpful and awesome! My mom spilled her awful starbucks angry elf coffee and they helped her and were really sweet. I love getting new workout shoes (ON). Thank you all for being so welcoming.

I went to buy the latest new balance sneakers.The salespeople we’re inattentive.They need to be watchful and serve customers on a first come first serve basis.I was waiting sneaker in hand and another customer who came in later was served before me. I walked out costing the store a$159.00 sale.I then purchased them from the New Balance store in Tampa.

Julia and Madison were amazing! I brought my 89 yr old mom in for sneakers. They were so knowledgeable, so helpful and so HAPPY! It was busy with other customers and they still helped lace up her shoes with special laces and made sure everything was just perfect. Thank you girls for being you!

Went in today due to having Plantar Fasciitis and my doc recommended going here! I think the girls name was Sophie?!, sorry if I got that wrong but she works Tuesday and Thursday and was fantastic. Great advice and very knowledgeable, never felt pressured and had lots of patience as I tried every insert in my shoe numerous times! Even got a great pair of Brooks as per her recommendation too! Thanks for great customer service!

I just want to say how amazing the customer service was at this location. I do a lot of running in my line of work and with physical fitness. The young lady's in there are not only nice but know what they are looking at. Some of the best shoes I have ever ran in. Thank you guys for all your help and I will definitely be back!!!!

I had an excellent experience! As soon as I walked in, the associates were very friendly and welcoming. Madison helped me - I was worried about her getting stuck with my many “feet issues” but my fears melted away quickly with her reassurance. I was impressed how knowledgeable she was by knowing exactly which style, brand and fit would solve my problems. Kudos to Madison!!!

Natalie P. was so helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. We were very happy with the experience and bought three pairs of running shoes. Natalie was a pleasure to work with and we will keep coming back to your store because of Natalie.

I came into the store on two different occasions and had Natalie help me both times. Natalie was extremely helpful and sweet while I tried on so many different pairs of shoes. She was so patient with me and genuinely cared about making sure that I was happy with the shoes I picked. She remembered me a month later when I returned to the store and asked about the hokas I purchased. When I returned the second time it was because I was having an issue with their website. She helped me complete the order in the store and had it sent to my house. Natalie is a great employee and this company should be grateful to have such an awesome asset to their team. Love meeting people that still have such an awesome attitude and willingness to assist, it is hard to come by these days.

Bad experience I called ahead to ask if they had a good selection of recovery flip flops to which the women replied they do. I then asked do you have a men’s 11 in the slides. Her reply was ‘probably’. I made the thirty minute drive anyhow. I walk in the place is in shambles. Minutes after I walk in a younger kid walks in an belches in my ear. I then had to beg the lady to go in the back and look for the slides. She comes out with nothing and asks me should do I need anything. Twilight zone. Whoever runs this place needs to wake up

I came with expectations to find shoes for my long runs and they were met!! They were patient with me as I tried 3 pairs of running shoes. I even test out 2 of them on the treadmill. This was just what I was looking for as a runner. Plus they had Garmin watches and all running brand shoes. If you are a runner or looking into running, this is definitely the store to go to for help, recommendations, and to try them out on the treadmill😉 I highly recommend them!!

Robin’s customer service and follow up are why we will return to or order online! I called and explained my concern with a shoe we purchased 2/24 & they exchanged it no questions asked. The membership is well worth it. Thanks to both ladies at the store and corp. for making us a customer for life.

My feet are hard to fit, and I can wear both women’s and men’s shoe. Julie was incredibly nice and very helpful and competent. There were lots of sizes in stock, even wide widths. For sure my favorite shoe store.

I recently went to this store to try on some good running shoes after an Achilles Tendon injury. Julia helped me out with different sizes and differences in the shoes I was checking out. She was helping several people at the same time and so kind and professional. She was running that store and with a smile in her face the whole time.
