ALIYAH. Someone give her a raise! She’s amazing. I needed the plastic stuff and bow that goes around a gift basket for a bridal shower tomorrow morning. She brought me to exactly what I needed right away and stuck by my side the whole time and consulted me on everything I needed (great for someone so indecisive like myself). She even ran and got a measuring tape for the basket I brought in to make sure I had the right size of everything! She really saved me tonight. I came into the store 30 minutes before closing and she really took her time with me. Thanks Aliyah!!! ❤️

They have slowly discontinued products to force you online. Sad because soon I will find another place to buy. Not everyone wants to shop online.

Do not get your pictures re-matted at the Michaels in Palm Harbor. I took a picture back to get it re-matted and they couldn't match it to the other three they've done previously. Now it is looking like I have to bring in another picture off my wall so they can see it better, as there was nothing in their computer system detailing the work. Very frustrated as it costs a lot to get pictures re-matted.

Good micheals location. Clean store and well stocked. Came in looking for blacklight reactive stuff. Found some UV glow paints and UV glow glitter.

Nice big parking lot. Easy to get in and out of...not like other craft stores. Great local place to get homecrafted DIY supplies

This Michaels store is the only one in Palm Harbor, and it's our go-to for everything and anything craft related. It's always clean, the staff is friendly (Especially Darcy!), and very knowledgeable about what they have in stock, and where to find it. They also do a great job of keeping everything in stock. Rarely do I ever see a "hole" where product should be. It seems like they always have what you want, at all times. If you are a crafter like myself and my wife, this is the place to find your stuff (paints, yarn, jewelry, etc).

They started in JULY with Halloween decor!!! I'm NOT complaining. I could easily drop some money here. You walk in with an idea for a craft and have a list....good luck sticking to that list! I tend to "meander" and find myself grabbing other items that were not on my list. They have lots of stuff! I think they are amping up their resin section as they had one for resin jewelry and another for larger resin projects. Super cool! Lots of scrap booking papers, buttons, foam, artificial flowers, battery operated fairy lights for projects, etc! Go there if you have a craft in mind!

What more can you say, they have a wide variety and assortment everything I need for my tarantulas. Some things prices are a little steep, but nowadays sometimes you got to pinch pennies.

Well stocked with a good selection of products. Nice variety and like the store layout. Especially like the self check outs.

Always a good source for crafts and projects. The store is clean and well organized. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Generally the staff can offer ad ice on projects. I definitely recommend.

Had item in store on clearance for $5 (exact item on shelf label). Got to register and item rang up for $10. The cashier had someone price check it online and in the store from the shelf label. Online was $10 but in store label was $5. Cashier would not discount it even though it was a mistake by the management in the store. Bad customer service. And then they were going to leave the clearance label on the shelf. 🤨 Not too bright!

I had a fabulous time at Michael's All the beautiful items to look at and admire. Friendly Work Staff. Found what I wanted to purcase.Had a great Visit.

Girls were great & helpful. In frames there was an awesome sales person. Store didn't have hooks to attach to the back of my frame. She made sure I left the store a pleased customer. Just like my previous framing I've had done there, great job & service.

I looked in five different locations for an item I needed for a baby shower. I was finally able to find it at this location. The location is clean and the employees were very nice and informative. I would recommend this location.

Had everything but different kinds of birthday bags. Just not alot of variety but still a great place to shop.

Big sale before Christmas season starts. A lot of items for 40% and 60% off. Michael's has a huge inventory so the sales are great!!!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Hurry in to snag great fall decorations on sale and Christmas goodies. They have new self serve registers as well as one manned one so line goes quickly.

I was in awe at all the scrapbooking products they had. A lot of scrapbooking tools. You won't find that sort of selection at other craft stores. I've looked and been to the other 2 large competitors.

It's a great craft store. This location has a decent variety of things but not as much as the location on Tampa rd. I found a couple of the items that I need but had to go to other stores but that didn't bother me much. It's just something to think about if you hope to get everything in one place. Sometimes it's not possible.

I like to crochet and they do not have a very big selection of yarn, so I did not purchase anything

The staff is very very nice. The reason I could only give it 3 stars is due to availability. Their shelves were nearly empty and I had gone in one day and purched two items that I liked, but wasn't sure it would work for my project. We'll, it ended up worked great, so I went back to get some more and they were out of stock. No big deal, it happens. However, I went back in again 2 weeks later and they were STILL out of stock! At this point I'm at a loss because I've checked all of the Michael's locations in my area and they're all out of stock. So I went on the Michael's app- and I thought I'd actually found the product, but because the pictures are such low quality and because I no longer had the packaging to scan the barcode, I literally have no idea if that's the item I want. And you have to spend $50 for shipping. I'd hate to spend that much for just a few containers of what I need, only to find out that it's the wrong color, as the Michael's containers don't specify the exact color- just like the tags on their flowers don't name what type of flower it is, etc. It's very frustrating because now I can't finish my project with the exact product and it will end up looking weird in the end. So that's why I cannot give Michael's more than 3 stars. Like I said though, the staff there are extremely nice!

Love that they give a military discount. I wish you could use more than one coupon at a time. Great store for supplies of any type of crafting you may do plus more. They have a coupon every week and you can build points on the app to receive money off once you reach a certain $ amount.
