Dennis was fantastic! He was able to accommodate me the same day I called and did his job perfectly. He went far and beyond even fixing the garage door and saved me quite a bit of money. He was punctual, friendly and very customer oriented. He completed the job in a timely manner, took the broken parts with him and his fees were very reasonable. I will hire D&L again without any questions in my mind. Great job! Great experience.

Phenomenal service he answered first ring. They got to me in 15 mins and got me back on my way in 5 minutes. It Really helped he got there so fast cause truck was running. I highly recommend them!

I called this company a few months back we just moved in and needed a few locks changed out and wanted them rekeyed. I was expecting the company to send someone out they sent out a whole other company/guy who wasn’t very professional and I like to know who I’m expecting as a single woman so I can know who’s coming to my house. And the guy did everything rather fast and charged almost $500 it felt extremely high for a few exterior doors that I provided all the hardware for but it’s a lesson learned. I wish I remembered the buisness the guy d&l sent out without my knowledge so I could write a review for that guy but since I called and scheduled via d&l in finally getting around to writing a review. I saw he had such good reviews so I thought I’d get affordable and good work but the main door is very wiggly and not installed very well and that could be the lock itself and not the installer but it just felt like a lot of money and I didn’t know who they sent to my house so I was a little disappointed. I will say there could have been a family emergency or something so I understand but I was just a call or text message away to reschedule we already pushed back the appointment before because d&l wasn’t available that day I wouldn’t have minded pushing it back again. It could have been an off day I’m just getting settled in and finally had time to sit down and write a review. I have the receipt somewhere I’m sure and text messages but I’m still out $400-$500 dollars maybe that’s the going rate so maybe I’m stuck in pre inflation prices who knows. If I find the guy who d&l sent I’ll make sure to write a review on their page but I scheduled with d&l so this is all I have to go on at the moment.

I highly recommend John with D&L locksmith. Great family and they're always supporting our small community. My uncle broke his FOB key and john came out that day and made a new FOB. Great prices and amazing workmanship. This is the only locksmith company we will ever use.

John was able to open my safe and repair the problem so that my safe is in better condition and more secure than it was before.

My experience: On September 8th 2021 at 630 pm I locked my keys in my car with all my groceries after shopping. I had a good cry, called a few locksmiths and then called John. Saw his 5 star reviews on his web page. Decided to contact him to open my safe that I had messed up the lock on. He told me he would have to cut a large hole to get to the lock. After arriving, he told me he thought he could drill a hole to get it unlocked. He spent a lot of time working on it before he got it opened. He could have cut the large hole and been gone a lot sooner. I expected it to cost me more than his original quote. I was very surprised when he didn't charge more since it took him so long. He even told me that I could by a replacement lock for the safe. Didn't try to get me to buy one from him. I highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance on a lock.

In 30 seconds, John retrofitted my E30 89 BMW 325is keys to the more modern E46 3 series key fob with a working alarm. The absolute best at what he does. A++

We had 4 biometric dead bolts installed on our new home. John came out on a Saturday morning, installed them, programmed them with our chosen number codes and set up the fingerprint recognition feature, and didn’t leave until we were certain that we knew how to use it.
