Beach is wonderful. Car park and facilities not up to standard. Caravan park not bad. Boardwalk better but not maintained regularly. To many dogs on the beach. Great weather most of the time in East London.

Phenomenal

Chalets are not a bad idea however their maintenance is very very very poor. The trampoline was torn into two and kids could not jump. The swing has two swings however 1 was broken and this knowing that children would be there. The weather was cold and children could not go to the beach thus the play facilities were useless to them.

Stands are small and staff at front desk have no clue what's going on. Would have loved to stay however the attitude from front desk made me turn around and leave.

Not getting what you pay for as advertised on the website. One security guard to man 4 gates making security non existing and at night the gates stays open and un-attended. Ablutions is cleaned once a day and on new years the public from the lagoon and beach use the resorts ablutions leaving it in a mess.

Gonubie holiday resort is the best place to be in East London. The life guards they do their job very well . The Resort is absolutely beautiful . I love the sea and the tress on top of that little mountain . I recommend this place to anyone who would like to spend his or her time with his or her family.

Close to the beach, beach is family friendly, but the park is vulnerable to theft.

Worst service. Worst people. Terrible with communication. I still (after 8 months) have not received my deposit back from these thieves. After so many phonecalls and emails, they are full of empty promises. Beware when spending your money here.

Caravan park completly un organized terible state like all minusipalities a lot of assholexs managing their corruption and doing nothing at all wish I could be in controll would madw a hell of a difference.

We come here as a family every festive,it's a nice place. They need to maintain it though. You can't have half of your staff on leave,dstv offline and no new towels during the festive season
