Woolworths offers a great selection of products at a level of quality not found at any other store... There fresh produce is always fresh and also looks so appetizing... if there is an exotic item you are needing for your recipe, woolworths most probably has it was there wide selection of products... there prices are not to bad and when you compare it to the quality it is worth it in the end.

Nice Woolworths store with both grocery and fashion sections. It's grocery store is not the biggest, and doesn't have all the odds I would typically buy, but has more than enough of the essentials. Customer service is also good with plenty of on-floor shop support.

Great range and selection of high quality groceries and just about anything you'd want from a grocery store. The fruit and vegetables are to die for and they have great ready-made meals. Their bakery is great and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. While it's not an inexpensive shop, you know that every cent goes to ensuring good quality. The only down side to Woolworths in general is the amount of plastic in their packaging of almost everything.

Love Woolworths as they mostly have what I need and their music is muted. My only complaint is that there is seldom an assistant around. Perhaps if the assistants could wear clear signage on their clothing, it would help.

Spacious. Clean. Items labeled nicely and neatly. The gentlemen sanitizing the trolleys are doing a great job and are very friendly.

Quality food (we already know this) and the queues are fast. I love that all the tills are always occupied by a cashier unlike some stores. 👀

Very big store and fully stocked

New food section is great. Service in the hot food section needs to be improved. My orders were not completed correctly as some items were left out. I had to go back when I was already paying.

There is no suitable clothing for the "over 60's" age group.What happened to David Jones range?I have bought Woolworths clothing for over 40 yrs...size 10 or 12... styles now are so big, strappy, crop tops etc.Bras are weird colours... JT One T shirt bras are good but nothing suitable to wear under a light colour top! I Only buy Ciabatta bread , cuppachino & a few items in the supermarket.

Not enough tills. Also that chicken counter irritates me. Too many people standing in line there. This shop needs to be redesigned Not fast enough if one is in a hurry, esp over weekends

Woolies will always be woolies. But at this one, be sure to always expect that something will hinder your shopping experience. For me, I qued at the hot food counter, only to come to the front, and be told that the label machine isnt printing. Excellent just great. Other times one has to wait for the roast chicken to available and and and...

Store is always clean. Their staff are friendly. I did not have to worry about loadshedding because they have a generator.

Top tier customer care, shelves are always neatly packed. High quality food & they pccasionally have good specials on baby products

Great mall, but very small, mostly food, clothes and health care products is all you will find. I say this but it interior is modern and has a easy in easy out. Meaning you won't have to stand in lines a long as bigger malls.

I like The Vibe we as Woolworths staff create to make our customers feel welcome. We serve with pride and yet the business also delivers as promised to both staff and customers. Lol and yes we do sell food in Woolworths I was surprised when I found out that the locals in the townships around E.L don't know that Woolworths have a food market. For more info come to my store. I dont usually shop here but was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the produce and even got a few specials. Very friendly, neat store and worth a look
