The food is amazing the activities are tops for kids. If you coming with kids you will literally sit alone because the activities will consume them. Bring a good book or a friend to tag along. Its a great place for families

Awesome feeling of being in nature with great finishes all around, the cutlery and crockery are of great quality, the food is well deserved nourishment with excellent flavoring! Great atmosphere is well noted... their farm stall and fresh produce available is also nice and convenient... definitely a family vibe with abundance of things to do for the kiddies!

Looking for a nice relaxing place to chill and take the kids out to play and have fun? Well this is the place!! As a foodie I can guarantee you that the food is absolutely delicious and filling, It's a bit pricey but it's worth it because the food is scrumdily yum yum!!! The playground for the kids is absolutely stunning and there is so much for them to do. There is even a train that they can go on and take a ride!!! The scenery, view and atmosphere is just the best 10/10

Buffet Breakfast first time ever eat Sweet porridge, and sweetened corn in white sauce. Please leave sugar out. Not usual Buffet breakfast, sparsely food to eat, actually no choice. No Omelette, sausage, tomato gravy, Vienna, pork, lamb sausage only beef sausage, bacon, eggs, toast, post toasties, rice Crispise. Diced fried Potatoes. Ambience OK. Ample seating space. Activities for kids Enjoyable, safe.. Maybe Ala Carte Menu better.

Wonderful places. The areas in the children's play facility must have loose granite 12mm stones... It's too muddy when it rains.

We loved every bite. We used to love going there. Due to the covid, sad to say, we have not been there for over 2 years. The food and price was amazing. Well done to the owners. Beautiful place to relax.

Very good family restaurant experience. There's an open area, ideal for kids to play around while the rest of the family dines out. The food is also very good with extremely generous portions on top of that. Pricing is decent and you'll definitely receive your money's worth. There's even a kid's train that runs when you're ready at a very low cost as well that goes around the restaurant area. Overall it's a really good experience for all.

Perfect place for family, children can't have enough of the playground and the train ride is loved by young and old. My little munchies enjoyed the playing than the food I had to pin them down to eat. I enjoyed the countryside scenery

A bit torn with this rating. Haven't visited since initial lockdown March 2020... popped in today for brunch. Slow service, unsure staff, lengthy wait for food. I judge this on a 30min wait for food as acceptable... this was a near 45min wait. However, food was quality when it came and the venue is still great. So... torn.

All round a nice place. Good food and a nice place to just sit down and enjoy the view. Great place to take your kids to have a place fir them to play and for you to sit and enjoy your meal and at the same time watching them play. Friendly staff and good service. You can also have you Functions and Birthday Parties ๐Ÿฅณ ๐ŸŽ‰ at the same place. Go check it out and find out more for yourself.

Having read the reviews we were looking forward to a family lunch at Pinecreek today, but unfortunately we were disappointed with our visit. The service was slow and when half the meals were served (we were a group of 6), we had to wait 10 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive. One of the meals had to be sent back (the sesame seed chicken salad) as the chicken was still raw in places. The rest of the food was quite nice, but the poor customer service and apparent lack of genuine concern has left us, sadly, distinctly underwhelmed.

I was disappointed to call and book a table for my father's 60th birthday. Only to find that the table had been given to other people. No apology whatsoever ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ then the waitress who was serving us took long to set up the table. Then later refused to serve us. Think her name's was Mihle/Emihle. Fortunately Princess come to serve us and did a wonderful job. Thanks to her my dad's birthday celebration turned out great. The staff also to sing happy birthday to him which also made the day special.

A touch of refinement in a beautiful location. Definitely one of East Londons' boast worthy establishments. PS - they also have a fully operational mini train which kids (and adults) can safely enjoy a trip around the estate and witness the natural beauty of this illustrious venue.

Not same as what it used to be. No atmosphere and nothing interesting. Used to have a lot of things to see and buy. The entertainer disappeared and the place is empty.... Seems that other people share the same sentiment. Personally I would choose somewhere else to spend my hard earned money. It dit not eat there during my last visit, before we sat down, I have changed my mind. But, thanks for the memories we dit have good family times as well in the past ......

What happened to the Pinecreek I used to loved? I always host my group gathering there and introduce friends and family to farm fine dining. The scenery and meal was on spot then. Unfortunately yesterday experience erased as the good past experience have ever had. Christmas lunch was a disaster ๐Ÿ˜ฉ, I was on the queue for starter for over 45minutes not because of a huge crowd but for lack of good planning. There was nothing special to call it Christmas lunch, you wait for cutlery, food ( I think food was prepared in small quantities such that it run out very quickly. Who serves chicken wing with tiny pieces of beef etc for what was served compared to price paid R450pp was a rip-off. My overall experience yesterday is a zero rating ๐Ÿ™ƒ and I felt sorry for the staffs that didn't give good service but had to give tip.

We had the Wednesday Carvery Specials at pensioners rate. Wow the food was delicious. There was soup fresh buns and buns filled with chicken as a starter. Rice, potato dish, sweet carrots, sweetcorn and roast mixed veg, roasted ๐Ÿ” and lovely roast beef thinly sliced. Dessert was Chocolate pudding served with soft serve. Darryn served us he was helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

It was a nice day out for the kids. It was fairly busy with almost all tables in the kiddies play area being occupied. I'm not sure if my server was new but she was aloof about most of our engagements. We ordered fish fingers and crumbled chicken strips for the kids and burgers for the wife and I. Food took almost an hour. That seems to be about the usual waiting time. Next time we will order the moment we arrive. The portions were fit for a king. They are beeeeg. Fresh products used, you can taste it. I did expect a bit more of a sting in the prego sauce, but the chicken was succulent on a bed of caramelized onions and pickled gherkins. Very tasty indeed. There were many things the server could have done better, I do hope she does as she had a pleasant demeanour about herself. Always bring the cutlery before the meal. Keep your guests informed on all delays. It reduces the frustrations of them having to keep calling you. Offer a top up or refill of drinks when the meals arrive. Even suggestions can help. Check up on your guests whilst dining. It's common courtesy. Also opportunity to increase revenue for your outlet. Overall, we will be back. Because knowing the owners, they will use this feedback to improve.

Absolutely amazing family restaurant! It is now our favourite spot to eat out in East London! Choice of indoor and especially outdoor spots to sit are a treat, we always go to the tables in the kids play area, our eldest, 3yo has an amazing time! Today was her third birthday, whole family loved getting out, more than safely spaced, so could take grandpa and grandma too. What inspired me to write a review today was touching service from our waitress Sisipho, who after hearing it was my little girls birthday organised her this special piece of cake! Thanks to all, highly recommend!!

The breakfast was good . It was feeling and satisfying until I learnt that they still have Sunday Breakfast Buffets for R59 per person ๐Ÿ™„ The Venue is huge with indoor and outdoor seating for your preference. The waiters are fast and they don't keep you waiting for too long. The management keep on checking on you ๐Ÿ˜œ and that good . You can bring kids along as well. I think you will not be disappointed but just phone and book in advance if you like to seat in the tea garden. Plus just phone and ask if the buffet will be available, you could save yourself a lot of money. Overall, just come check it for yourself.

Such a awesome store, has so many varieties of merchandise to purchase. Food, wine, plants, clothes, kids area, sit down and dine in or out, beers. Itโ€™s worth a stop the kids would love your forever, specially with the awesome train. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The place is clean and well kept. I would go back anytime. The kids area was closed because of covid19 and equipment being broken which was sad.

Poor service Seating arrangements were not coordinated, no front of house service, had to go to the main restaurant to be assisted Not enough umbrellas, had to seat in the sun The buffet service was poorly organized and managed, long waiting times The food didn't meat the hyped expectation The buffet stations service were slow, during the dishing up, the servers dished up untidy and not in a uniform manner. Overall the experience was less desirable than what I expected.

A nice venue and seating area with a view of the play area for the kids. The pizza I had was pretty good. Service was great and Max was a trooper getting our bill sorted and keeping us happy all while having to run around like a crazy trying to serve and deal with complaints. All done with a great attitude Good man.

We visited pinecreek on wednesday and it was so nice. We then decided to book for the christmas day buffet seeing as they were so nice. When we arrived the "owner" did not even acknoladge the fact that we made a resevation he just sent us to any available table (not nearly the table we reserved) they then proceeded to take our order, I was confused when the waiter brought out menus for us seeing as we made a resevation for the buffet. I told het aboyt the table we booked she then tried to get the "owner" to find our booking wich he once again tried not to do. She moved us to a table at the back we sat down for maybe 20 min when she came back saying the "manager" said we had to move because that table was for somsone else. Keep in mind our resevation was for 3 o clock we are now by almost 4 and we have moved 3 times. When we finally sat down at the 3rd table they once again came and said we had to move because that table was also for someone else but we were just told this was im fact the table we reserved. So we decided to leave because this was so unprofessional and we cant get uo to gey our food because we had to keep moving between tables. When we got up to leave all of a sudde the "owner and manager" were present trykng to apologise but when we asked to see one of them they ognored us and kept sending the very stressed waiter to us to try and sort out their mistake. She handled the situation better than her "superiors"!! When we asked for the bill they had the audasity to try and charge us for the buffet wich we did not eat when we refused the manager tried to talk us into staying but the service was unacceptable and by that time we had had enough of it so we left. They did not try to resolve the situation no discount was given and also no apology. I dont know who runs a business like that but they will never see us again and i will make sure that everyone I speak to will know how completely unproffesional this place is!
