In all the years I've been using this garage it is very disappointing to say I was treated really badly by an attendent this morning. I had 2 flat tyres, and had been waiting in a queue to be helped, while moving forward as it was my turn the attendent stood in the way and made me wait longer while pushing another vehicle who just came in, in front. No apologies neither... He blatantly kept turning his body so that I couldn't take his name down neither. I was so embarrassed and humiliated to be put in this position, causing my daughter to be late for school and myself late for work. Please check your cameras and address the situation. Highly upsetting.

Clean well stocked shop, Wimpy on site. Only frustration the incredibly busy forecourt. Always a wait to get fuel.

It was bad service because the guy didn't know how to put in coolant and I had to tell him to take out some water using the air hose when he said there was no need for a coolant,yet my car told me that I have to put in some coolant,I also told him to ask for assistance from his fellow workers 🤭

This is a very busy almost a mall like place. 2 entrances one from settlerswsy and one from Pick & Pay.its a very clean place, service beautiful. You hot a Chemist, Kuntucky drive thru, Car wash and lots more.

WAY overpriced.. chocolates are double what you pay in store (R16+ for KitKat, Chocolate Log etc.) and even their coffee is double what you pay at any other Engen garage. Not impressed...

Waited 15 minutes and did not get served at all! Utterly useless.

First time coming to the Eastern Cape, and I loved it, pity it was a work trip so didn't get to do much. Think will come back with my husband this time.

Just wanted to throw in fuel at engine garage and what a disappointment, I completely understand that it's under construction fine, as the guys are directing traffic and gave me the go ahead to pass through to a pump thats open a person coming from the opposite side sees me pulling up and just takes the spot and the petrol attend says let me tend to her first instead of telling her I was 1st. I just drove off. Wish I could give no stars.

Great service and the staff is kind and full of energy.
