Bad customer service from the Manager Sibusiso Mnxunyelwa, he is arrogant and doesn’t know anything about going an extra mile to resolve customer complaints.

The excellent service I get everytime I'm shopping here. I mean like there are no long queues and you can shop until 9pm everyday when ever you feel like it.

Very busy especially that it is cĺose to the beachfront. Many patrons get refreshments there.

Wide variety of groceries; largely frequented by tertiary- students; open from 0700 to 2000hrs & even beyond that time; even sell electricity. Prices are a bit up compared to other similar stores. Not as full a & the teller-queues not as long as it used to be. Not as full or busy as of now since some of it's main clients ( students) are not around; schools start to re-opening next week.

Great staff, excellent service and you not queueing until you get tired.

The slowest checkout ever. Lunchtime rush and only 3 tills open. Hate shopping there.

Excellent service, friendly ladies on the till. The fruit was very fresh, well done to that. One of the guys from the shop actually helped me with my trolley all the way to my car. It must be a new thing🤔. Well done to the staff & management👌

Excellent variety of fresh produce, ready to eat meals and bakery are well prepared and displayed. The shop is clean, adheres to covid19 rules, the staff is visible and effective. Aisles are well spaced out and shelves always fully stocked. Great shopping experience
