Needed a laptop to be checked and mentioned that I needed to have my coffee machine repaired. The lady who helped me called their branch manger to look at my coffee machine as they also repair them. Talk about going the extra mile. I was able to have a great meal whilst I waited for the laptop diagnosis, as we live out of town. A real one stop shop!
