I always get my tyres changed here, but never again... This is the second flat I've had since my last tyre change and it's the second time that I can't get all of the wheel nuts off because they are way too tight. They are so tight, that I actually broke the spanner on the first nut. Now I'm stuck on the side of the road on a public holiday. Thanks a lot.

From the moment we arrived at Hi-Q we were taken care of by Sam who was very helpful and communicated clearly as to what work needed to be done on my car and the time it would take. I highly recommend Hi-Q in Beacon Bay. Joanne

45 minutes for a mushroom plug at R 160 seemed excessive. The most I've payed at any other tyre center for the same service has been R80.00 and in half the time. Next time please let me know how long I'd have to wait, as well as an estimate for the cost. Other than that the plug was done properly.
