This resort is located on the pristine Cefane River with a beautiful secluded beach. It is tranquil and a good place to get away from the rush of city life. The are a variety of different unit types to choose from, but all are generally very comfortable and lovely to spend your vacation in. The resort has a lookout point to watch the sunrise from, great play areas for the kids and safe swimming in the estuary. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises will be any photograph’s dream.

We stayed at Cefani Campsite, near East London on our November 2019 road trip. The bungalows are neat and clean, but a bit outdated although it has all amenities one needs. There are many fishing spots and the sea is nearby. The sea water was warm and pleasant to walk and swim in. The road to the campsite is not tarred, but accessible to ordinary vehicles. Well managed by the owners.

We had a function for the motor bike club on the 5th and 6th of May 2022 . It was a beautiful setting and we had so much fun . We were all blown away at how kitted out each chalet was all you need it to bring towels and your food. It was very reasonably priced and well worth the two nights we spent there . Brilliant family destination. Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for tiring out the busy little kids.

Lovely setting, the sites are lovely and it's close to the beach. Ablutions are not to my liking as the changing area is across the room from the shower. Cleaners are more interested in doing campers washing up than leaving the sinks clean behind them. The stainless steel sinks need a good scour and clean!

Great spot for a get away. Fairly sheltered and quiet, with all the basics you need (self catering chalets). 100% will be going back. Has play facilities for kids too.

Had not been there in over 20years. Was a great weekend and will be back. What made it so enjoyable the staff and owners were so friendly and the place is gated meaning the kids can run around without worrying about them Many fun activities for all to be enjoyed. Awesome weekend family getaway!!

Great experience there are quite a number of things to do. Accommodation is great

No ceiling in cottages so things drop on you during the night, and also makes for hot days and cold nights. The beds consist of a mattress on a concrete base with plywood floor- mine broke in the night and I fell through! Not very clean and basic maintenance needs to be done.

Cefani is my happy place. I am so thankful it's on my doorstep. It is a family orientated resort where the children can ride their bikes & be safe at all times. It has spectacular views, the resort is at all times kept spotlessly clean. Mark & Ash are awesome people & always make a person feel welcome. I rate Cefani a definite 10/10.

What an amazing place

Safe for the kids to run around. The chalets are neat and have everything you could need. Bathroom also neat with shower, toilet and basin. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend it.

Although some of the accomadation is pretty old , they are busy upgrading the remainder not yet done . Quite the most relaxed atmosphere in camp and the most breathtakingly beautiful surroundings . A gem .
