Having some nice lunch with family, the place is small and congested, with a big crowd or group it might be uncomfortable

Normally when I get there I get the service you'd expect from Nondos, today I don't understand how the team was working, I waited for more than 20 minutes for just 1/4 chicken and pap, not happy at all

Bought a full chicken with 2 sides, extra chips and a kiddies meal (winglets & potato wedges with apple juice). They didn’t put the kiddies meal in my pack, when i called the store they lied and said they got confused because the orders were separated yet everything was in one order. The staff packing food is also unfriendly.

Hotpot was disappointing. Stringy hard chicken was used. I bought Xtra hot but did not get it. The chicken livers were hard and not Xtra hot. I'm disappointed. Online from Amalinda Nandos is much better.

Clean. Decent service. Nandos is always tasty. But for some reason the last few times I have been for takeout or dine-in at this Nandos, it has taken very long to prepare the food.

The place is a bit small. But we didn't struggle to get a table. We waited over 50minutes to get our food. Yes it was lunch hour but it was not too hectic. They are just too slow, they are used to be shouted at, Because a few who shouted and enquired about their food got them in no time. We waited waited waited until we felt maybe we must also say something, and that's when our orders came with missing items, cold food showing that it's been sitting there. I would actually give 1 for service and 1for food, as it was not even the extra hot we ordered. It was not my first time going there, I always go there when am in East London, this time around, the service had drastically dropped.

Food arrived 50 minutes late, cold, with uncooked chips and the wrong drink. Would not recommend, only reason for a two star review is that last time service and food were better.

As a regular patron of Vincent Nandos I would say their front line staff are excellent and very efficient when taking your orders, however, more often than not, the far corner grillers often take short cuts by leaving out ingredients in some of their dishes and are very heavy handed with the over grill everything to a crisp, When placing orders I always have to ask the front line staff to ask the grillers to ensure we get the full ingredients and not to over cook otherwise they don't pay attention in their jobs.

I ordered on the Mr Delivery app and I am very much displeased. The festa fries had fries which looked like they had been sitting for long because they were hard, the portion was also very small. The chicken was burned also it seemed like it had been sitting for long as it was hard and dry. Non of the food I ordered was how I know it to be. Having ordered from MR D it was hard to return it. I am hungry and disappointed

This was my meal! I ordered from Nandos Vincent park in East London. I'm absolutely furious that this is the quality of food that can leave your stores. I have tried for the last 30 min to get hold of them and nothing. I phoned the call centre I phoned customer care and I am no further. This is horrific and completely unacceptable. R111 for this?? Are joking? I was looking forward to my Nandos and all I have been is angry and frustrated. Where is the garnish? Is this the amount of chicken put into a wrap? But where is the lettuce? The Tomato?? Anything?

Rooms are now equipped with own DStv decoder....loved that....home feeling.

Very rood service from here. I had a problem with my order through Mr D and when trying to ask Nandos for advice they would just put the phone down.

Seldom buy takeout but found the food bowls very sparce on what was promised ... red pepper chicken bowl had more corn and rice than pepper or spinach... but did give me an idea how to make it better at home.

Tough chicken burgers… seems the norm these days.. a reminder of how overly expensive Nandos is and how underwhelming the food is! I placed an early order to be ready at 13:15. The food sat for how hours waiting? Cold chips & soggy burgers, whole chicken manhandled into broken pieces. Won’t see me again. Dissatisfied and disappointed!

The service is absolutely horrendous, the only friendly staff member was at the till. That is after she finished chatting with her colleagues while we were waiting. Our waitress had to be called back to bring our sides 10 minutes after we got the chicken and drink, no apology. Amalinda Nandos staff is always on point, I stay in Beacon Bay but I'd rather use Amalinda for this reason.

Our first time wasn't so great. We waited too long for the food to arrive. I went back to check what's the hold up bcz it was a sit in. The lady said it's coming now now. Still we waited nd waited. Called the guy who was packing up dishes on another table, showed him our slip nd he was shocked as he did not understand what myt have happened so he went to find out for us. The lady came nd told us the system ddnt capture our order number so it was not displayed for it to b prepared. She then went bck, someone else came nd they apologized. Wen serving the food thy gave us free green salad so dats why it wasn't bad all together.

Poor experience with these guys yesterday. Kerb side delivery ordered at around 13:50 and arrived around 14:00. My wife confirmed we had arrived via the app and staff came out sporadically to check vehicles. Eventually, at 14:50 my wife went in, the order was standing there, cold already - the lady inside just said 'ooh, sorry', didn't even offer to warm up the food again. I guess I don't have better things to do with my Sunday afternoons than wait outside Nando's for cold food. Driving to King for Nando's would've been more efficient. I like Nando's but not that much, won't be returning to that branch ever again.
