Very disappointed with the 2 young managers there ... my car was in for a full valet, dropped it at 08:30 and supposed to collect between 16:00 and 17:00 , well my car was only ready at 17:30, removable mats only got pressure cleaned at 17:00... I had to point out so many places they missed, it seemed like my car was abandoned and only seen too late in the day, only when I arrived did they start pushing. R900 is alot of money to be treated that way, I will not recommend anyone to valet their cars there, customer service sucks big time, one day their own staff will bliksem one of those boys. Airvents were not cleaned/detailed at all. You will never see one of my vehicles again

Took my car for a clean, which cost R400. My interior was still full of sand and dust. Visible areas that weren't even wiped. The outside still had visible dirt as well. I have had my car cleaned more thoroughly for a lot less. Not value for money. (Also they only accept cash, which is inconvenient)

Outstanding customer service from the owner, took time out his busy day to answer all my questions about paint protection and cleaning. Will never use another car wash again. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Very disappointed. Had a full valet which was on special for November. I only noticed these issues after I left due to poor lighting in the area. The interior was poorly cleaned. I guess carpets and seats were correctly cleaned since they were wet but that is where it stops. Door panels were not cleaned. Still have marks which I know come off when wiped with just a damp cloth because in the past I have done it myself. The door storage recesses have dirt still in them as do the under dash storage areas. The sun visors have not been cleaned. The door pillar panels have not been cleaned. These are as they were when I took the car in. Simple soap and water would clean it. The seat track still have dirt in them. There is still dust residue in the air vents. When you open the cup holders they still have dust in them. The dash had more streaks than a woman's hair highlights. The exterior still has polish residue in many places. Some areas like the number plate recess, have been missed both in wash and polish. Included was an engine clean. I even signed an indemnity. Well this too has not been done. This is just at a quick glance. I gave up looking any further as I was just getting more upset. I guess discounted price means discounted service. First time I used them. Guess it's last time

They're very very bad. My car was not clean at all. You won't notice it when collecting it because of the darkness underground. They're expensive. I'm not using them again.

On my return home I noticed that there was still sand and dust in the interior and on the seats, mud marks on the driver's door, I had taken it there specifically for the mud marks, I showed a family member and they agreed that the car was not cleaned inside, or poorly done, I then removed the sand from the door.

Best quality service ever. Doug had got such a wealth of knowledge on car detailing. There is only one place to go to get your car pampered in East London. Try them once and you never regret the experience. This is a 10/10 CarWash ….. way above any.

Un-welcoming staff paid R150 for a lecture about greetings instead of getting the information I needed. The owner did come atemp to mediate, which I appreciate. However the whole experience still left me wanting. I say this in an effort for management to treat their paying customers like gold, the customer is always right! When we ask questions, we except answers.

For a R150 exterior wash and interior clean, I was really disappointed with the service and standard of work. I actually brought my car back after picking it up - back windows weren’t cleaned, boot was still dirty, car was not properly vacuumed, sides weren’t wiped and the exterior had certain areas not cleaned. I ended up vacuuming and wiping my car down when I got home - should have just done that in the first place and saved my time/money.
