Lovely place tucked away in a nice and spacious space. Always friendly staff who are quick and eager to serve.

I never got what I asked for. I bought 2 legs and 1 breast with extra sauce but when I got home they all breast....and the extra sauce wasn't extra.

Was not too crowded for a month end. It seems they are disconnected from the Nando app. They could not trace our order.

On the 22nd of August I purchased a full chicken from the Nandos drive thru in Amalinda. The lady at the window swiped my card twice. Being its an incentive card there is no pin required. After learning that the payment had gone through twice I reported it to the manager on shift that night. She asked if I could be called back the following day as the first payment should return. I agreed and the following day there was not moneys returned or any phone call from her. So I went back to enquire and I was asked to provide a statement which I did sent on the 23rd August. On Saturday the 24th August I returned again to enuire and I was told I'd be called by another manager who never did. However the matter was escalated to their head office and I'd be called on Monday. Again no call So I returned yesterday again and Cameron the manager on shift said sorry he can't help. There's nothing he can do about. So 3 return trips (which is my fuel that I'm using) and many empty promises later still no resolution.

Every time when I ask for extra sauce, they do not add it. M eating a dry rice and I insisted on asking if they did add it and they said yes.

U have to double check if ur order is correct, otherwise the food is always hot & fresh

Order wasn't complete.therefore had to reorder at collect window of the drive thru.also received the wrong flavour milkshake.

I like Nandoos bt they need to upgrade their cooking or we need a fresh chicken.

Extremely friendly face greeted me at the front desk, the drive through is also very efficient. All in all a great experience.

Service is very slow, they never improve,each time you go there you wait for more that 20 minutes in a drive through,wasting time and fuel.

When my family and I came to nandos, we waited more than an hour for our food. We ordered Fiesta fries with no onion, and when we got it, it came with onion. we sent it back, and again, it came with onion. Maybe they just gave the same one back again. So, on the 2nd try, we gave up and had to take the onion out ourselves. The chicken pieces were extremely dry, and the chips were completely raw. The livers were burnt, and they gave very little sauce even though we paid for extra sauce. If you are wondering why we didn't send any of the food back, it's because we waited more than an hour for our food, we were so hungry already and just had to be content with whatever they felt was quality to come out of a Nandos kitchen. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Funny enough, the drive-through was moving continuously, so perhaps it's a Nandos policy to have people who are seated inside wait until the drive-through is empty of cars

We ordered Mr D and our food was so late and the drive Nando's food is so nice but todays food was just not up to the standard..I ordered a fiesta chips and the portion size was for a child for R90 in a huge bowl...I was so disappointed

Was a little bit out of my way, but totally worth every meter. Was without doubt the best Nandos chips I have had to date! Very friendly staff, and the chicken was pute perfection, thanks a mill. Will definitly be back!

Messed up the order .

Quick and easy. Very quick experience ordering via the drive-through as well. Overall took less than 5 minutes to finalise the order (mostly chicken pieces and sides).

The staff member that assisted at the drive through pickup window did not communicate that there'll be a wait time. We ended up having to ask what the hold up was before she informed us. I ordered extra hot for my meal items, but tasted more like mild.

On rhe 22nd day of december 2022 we went to nando's Amalinda to make a purchase at their drive thru but i was disapointed at the level of service we recieved that evening we after odering we waited at the drive through passage for more then an hour . Instead of the customer service assistant kindly asking the cars infront to park in the parking lot they allowed the cars to be packed in the drive way for the duration of that hour meaning we could niether revers of go foward.even if we wanted to give up on the order ,when we finally got to the collection window the lady at the counter did not even apologise for the inconvenience .Again on the 26th day of december 2022 i went to the same nandos to order a full chiken cut in eight and i noticed that both thighs were halves meaning for some reason they were cut in half and i was given half a thigh i would like something to be done about these two separate incidents as i am a loyal customer and i couldnt want to end the relationship i have with your store

Terrible service, manager useless. Was told 8min wait for our order, after 20min I went inside to find they hadn't even started! Manager could only say sorry and no further explanation! Promised it would be ready in 1 min, 10min later she packed it then unpacked it cause it was wrong! Very disappointing and frustrating experience!

The food and service is efficient

I must say after my order was taken and time to pay the till froze up. They still cotinued getting my order ready and made me feel like I matter and they got my food to me on time! They are definitely very experienced and I think the owner are very lucky to have such competent people working for him! 11 out of 10 for the service! No jokes!
